The property is well maintained and picturesque with flowers and palm trees. However, there are a few issues that need addressed. Rooms: Only one pillow was provided, which was low quality. There were no tissues. When we asked the receptionist, they confirmed that they do not have any. Otherwise, it was quiet and comfortable. Service: Overall, the service felt cold and low effort. This was particularly obvious during check-out. No „thank you“, no „how was your stay?“. We asked for two small water bottles (had booked all inclusive) and were told to pay 5 €. Management could also consider including public bathrooms on the resort map; they are hard to find. Gym: Very old, rusty equipment. Towels were not always provided. It was also very hot in there because there were only large fans for cooling, no real AC. Food: Was good and varied, but very strict meal schedules (2 groups) and loud restaurant interior. Outside was better, but then the buffet is a bit far. We enjoyed the sun loungers by the beach and the Sky Bar with nice views over the sea. This resort is probably best suited for families and people who enjoy a bustling atmosphere. I personally would not recommend it for couples and those seeking calm and warm-hearted service.

We were in the hotel for a very short period of time, celebrating my 70th birthday. It was a surprise trip organised by my children and grandchildren..... and I must say it was amazing. There were 15 of us, including myself, aged from 70 to 2 months old.... and ALL of us including the baby 🍼, had a wonderful time. It is a beautiful hotel, and the minute you see it, right at the entrance, and as you set foot inside.... the beautiful perfectly combined modern and Arabic aesthetic is lovely, giving you a very clean summer holiday vibe. From the beginning, the staff in the reception were super-friendly and helped my family, keeping the secret until I was inside the room and found them all waiting for me there 🥹... They helped my children coordinate the whole thing so that the experience turned out to be the very best. The hotel management handled date and room changes for a very planned event that lasted a full year. They helped my daughter constantly changing and managing the whole family's schedules so that we could all be there, and they were extremely patient and understanding through the whole process. There are many of us, so it was difficult to juggle so many different schedules so that we could all make it. Especially as we were ALL coming from different places (Cavan, Ireland, Barcelona, Madrid, Cuenca) and some of us had to fly there and drive for an hour from the airport, while others got there by car... The cleaning staff were also patient with our family as I have 7 grandchildren and they were very accommodating with us. So kind and understanding. The pool staff and waiters and waitresses in all the different bars and areas were also amazing.... they were alert and helpful in every way. Helping with the children and making us all feel welcome, comfortable and at home. The rooms were lovely, spacious, extremely clean and beautifully decorated. And as for the location, being right in front of the beach was the best!! The food was delicious. Variety and quality for all tastes and ages. I totally congratulate the chefs. They are really the best. Also, the fact that you can eat as much as you like was incredible. (especially for my 21yr old son, who has a neverending pit as a stomach, and can eat non stop forever 😅) You could go to the area near the pool if you missed your lunch or supper schedule and eat something there, plus have afternoon snacks... There was fun to be had for all ages..... The discotech, the dancing, events that were organised for children and adults.... And the prices also very competitive. Really good considering that it is an all inclusive. My WHOLE family enjoyed themselves..... and believe me, THAT is no easy feat as we are a bunch. I never saw anything other than a smile from the hotel personnel during our whole stay.... I must say, I already knew that people from Andalusia are very open and friendly, but this was more than I expected.... Even the little shop right next to the entrance has kind saleswomen.... Patient, helpful and friendly. I do not have a single bad thing to say about this hotel and its staff, nor this extremely beautiful experience. We will definitely repeat... hopefully with even more, new family members. one of them already on the way. 😉 I would rate this a 20 out of 10 if I could!!! Thank you Impressive Granada. I wouldn’t bother going. You can’t have floats in the pool for adults. Not allowed to drink when in the pool and if you do both of these things the life guard blows a whistle to the and embarrass you. I asked why we can’t have a little ring float and they just say it’s the rules. They even sell floats at the shop. It doesn’t make sense. The fridge has three waters in there but they do not refill them once they are all gone. The toilets in the restaurant look like they haven’t been cleaned for ages. The reception staff are rude. The location is lovely but I will not be returning because of the other things. It doesn’t feel like a holiday with people constantly watching

Not a luxury hotel. Worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. I stay in hotels nearly weekly with work, I have travelled all over the world. I have NEVER experienced this level of disrespect from staff in my life. None of the staff know what’s going on, and none of them care. It’s a cash only hotel, in 2026. Cash deposits for everything, €20 cash deposit for an adaptor. Ridiculous. Couldn’t charge my phone to find an ATM. Paid for accommodation only, got given a wrist band that gave me a rash - showed the rash to the staff and was refused food all weekend because I wouldn’t wear my band and I’m paying for the food. I asked to pay for a coffee and was refused a COFFEE 🤣 No restaurants or cafes near the hotel, been here two days and we are starving. Staff members are the rudest I have ever come across in my life. Eva and Carmen in particular, easy simple questions and conversations are turned into heated debates and arguments. Condescending and sarcastic. Everywhere we go, we are a problem to this hotel. We ask for a drink, it’s a problem. Asked for towels for the pool, it’s a problem (yes, they didn’t give us towels) All hotels have rules and regulations, that’s absolutely fine, my extrended family are in the hospitality business. We understand and respect hotel rules, but this place is on another level. I don’t mind getting told “this is how we do things” but it’s how the staff say it. It is not human, there is no kindness, and we will never ever be back, nor will we be spreading the good word because there is not one good word to say about it. In replies to reviews, the hotel states they treat all guests “with respect and helping attitudes” - I couldn’t agree less. There is a total lack of accountability in this hotel.

We are here to celebrate Christmas , arrived 24th evening and Eva welcomed us so well . The hotel is beautiful and we had our Christmas buffet meal on the eve and it was all classical. The rooms ( ours 2007 Cordoba) are clean, warm and appropriately furnished . The Restaurant staff are amazing , we loving it here ! There is a football pitch/ tennis and gym which our boys love . Actually they live in the gym and on the pitch so what a great hotel to have all these in one place .The atmosphere is so welcoming even the lobby bar guy. I recommend this hotel, its almost 100km from Malaga so go online and book taxi !! We hope to enjoy rest of our days.
