I had an amazing stay! From the moment I arrived, the check-in and check-out experience with Mr. Amir from Egypt was seamless and welcoming. A special mention also goes to the Lebanese lady at the front desk whose kindness and professionalism stood out, even though I didn’t catch her name. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed with great amenities. Breakfast was excellent—everything was thoughtfully covered with plenty of variety to suit all tastes. Overall, a wonderful experience that made my trip truly memorable. Highly recommended!

I was checked in by the lovely Georgina who was quick and efficient. I was given a smoking room which I didn’t want and Georgina very quickly changed my room to a non smoking room. The service was very quick and efficient. The rooms were nice and clean with all amenities. I was also greeted by Humaid at the reception desk. He was very polite and kind enough to explain the hotel services and amenities. The views from the room are beautiful of the creek.

As a regular visitor to the health club at the InterContinental DFC Hotel, I would like to sincerely appreciate Mr. Abdul Kuddus from the Front Office for his outstanding hospitality and professionalism. Every time I visit, he welcomes me warmly and always makes the experience smooth and comfortable. He is respectful, attentive, and genuinely cares about guests. Small things like remembering familiar faces and always being ready to help make a big difference, and Mr. Abdul Kuddus does that naturally. His positive attitude and excellent service truly stand out. Thank you for always making guests feel valued and comfortable. The hotel is lucky to have someone like him at the front office.

I had another wonderful stay at the InterContinental Dubai Festival City, which remains one of my favorite hotels in Dubai. The hotel consistently delivers an outstanding experience, with excellent facilities, a great atmosphere, and exceptional attention to detail. One thing that stood out during my stay was the cleanliness of the room. Everything was spotless and maintained to the highest standard, making my stay extremely comfortable. I would also like to give special recognition to Goman Dinesh from the Housekeeping team. His service was truly excellent, and his professionalism, dedication, and positive attitude did not go unnoticed. Goman, well done and thank you for your hard work. It is because of employees like you, who perform their duties with such care and commitment, that this hotel continues to maintain such high standards. The InterContinental has always been known for having some of the best staff, and Goman is a perfect example of that. Thank you to the entire team for another memorable stay. I look forward to returning again soon.

I had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental Hotel. The reception team was exceptionally welcoming, professional, and attentive from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, providing a truly relaxing experience. Room service was excellent—prompt, courteous, and the quality of the food exceeded expectations. The hotel facilities and overall hospitality were outstanding and reflected a high standard of service. The only disappointment was the valet parking service. Unfortunately, my vehicle was misplaced, and it took approximately an hour for it to be located and returned. While the staff were polite and apologetic, this caused significant inconvenience and is an area that requires improvement. Despite this issue, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel for its excellent accommodations, outstanding reception team, and high-quality room service.
