we reserved a full wings and every section was looking beautiful. what I like the most is the room serves specilly the housekeeping. Their cleaning was perfect and house keeper and all stuf was kind. However, I would appreciate it if you could add opaque curtains to the bed rooms for more privacy

I had another wonderful stay at the InterContinental Dubai Festival City, which remains one of my favorite hotels in Dubai. The hotel consistently delivers an outstanding experience, with excellent facilities, a great atmosphere, and exceptional attention to detail. One thing that stood out during my stay was the cleanliness of the room. Everything was spotless and maintained to the highest standard, making my stay extremely comfortable. I would also like to give special recognition to Goman Dinesh from the Housekeeping team. His service was truly excellent, and his professionalism, dedication, and positive attitude did not go unnoticed. Goman, well done and thank you for your hard work. It is because of employees like you, who perform their duties with such care and commitment, that this hotel continues to maintain such high standards. The InterContinental has always been known for having some of the best staff, and Goman is a perfect example of that. Thank you to the entire team for another memorable stay. I look forward to returning again soon.

We chose this hotel for our weekend stay mainly because of its wonderful family-friendly atmosphere, and it turned out to be a very convenient choice for a family getaway. One of the biggest advantages is that the hotel is directly connected to the mall, which makes everything so easy when travelling with children. The kids can spend part of the day exploring, playing and enjoying the activities in the mall, and later we can simply return to the hotel to relax and enjoy the facilities, especially the pool and kids’ club. The breakfast buffet is excellent and very generous, with a wide variety of dishes and different cuisines that cater to the tastes of every member of the family. There is genuinely something for everyone. Another thing we appreciated is the value for money. The prices are quite reasonable for a five-star hotel, particularly for families, and the availability of two-bedroom suite options makes it much more practical and comfortable when travelling with children. Overall, it has been a very enjoyable family weekend. The combination of location, convenience, facilities, spacious family accommodation and good value makes this hotel a great choice for families looking for an easy and enjoyable stay in Dubai.

Didn't use the rooms so cant say much about that. The gym is very clean and quiet most of the time. They have most of the machines you need to use. Swimming pool is also very nice, clean and quiet. Main thing i like about this place is how nice are the staff. I've been to many hotels around uae and I would definitely say this hotel has the best, friendly and pro staff. Highly recommend the gym and Swimming pool

I had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental Hotel. The reception team was exceptionally welcoming, professional, and attentive from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, providing a truly relaxing experience. Room service was excellent—prompt, courteous, and the quality of the food exceeded expectations. The hotel facilities and overall hospitality were outstanding and reflected a high standard of service. The only disappointment was the valet parking service. Unfortunately, my vehicle was misplaced, and it took approximately an hour for it to be located and returned. While the staff were polite and apologetic, this caused significant inconvenience and is an area that requires improvement. Despite this issue, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel for its excellent accommodations, outstanding reception team, and high-quality room service.
