InterContinental Dubai Festival City by IHG was a really good stay overall, and the service was one of the main things that stood out for me. From check-in onwards, the staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The hotel has a premium feel without making the experience too formal, and everything was well maintained throughout my stay. The breakfast was definitely one of the highlights. They have a very wide spread with plenty of choices, so there’s something for almost everyone. Whether you prefer a light breakfast, pastries, fruits, eggs, or a heavier meal, the variety is really good. It’s the kind of breakfast where you can actually take your time and enjoy it. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious, and the room service was excellent. Everything we ordered arrived properly presented and the service was quick, which made the stay even more convenient. The location at Dubai Festival City is also a big advantage, especially with the mall and waterfront nearby. Overall, InterContinental Dubai Festival City is a very comfortable hotel with great service, an impressive breakfast selection and reliable room service. I’d definitely consider staying here again, especially for a relaxing stay in Dubai.

We always love coming back here! The pool and gym facilities are excellent, and the staff make every visit truly special. They always take such good care of us, make us feel welcome, and ensure that everything is perfect. The food is very good, and the service throughout the hotel is excellent. Everyone is attentive, helpful, and genuinely committed to making guests feel comfortable and appreciated. Thank you, Jonny, and the entire team for always going above and beyond. Our stay at the InterContinental Dubai Festival City was absolute perfection! From arrival to departure, the service level across the entire property was genuinely five-star. A special mention goes to Saroj at the front desk—she was amazing! Her customer service skills are far superior, ensuring a seamless check-in, assigning us a beautiful room, and thoughtfully assisting us with our future stay. Krizia and Alwyn were also wonderful with guests, making us feel incredibly welcome right away. Ahmed handled our bags with total ease and professionalism, setting a fantastic tone for the trip. We had a fantastic time at the Club InterContinental Lounge. The entire lounge team is exceptional! Heartfelt thanks to Pan, Hamza, Shatra, Yanky, Godhelp, Fatma, Rakan, Allan, and Ali for taking such great care of us. The food and drinks were very good, featuring a delightful and varied assortment of options every single night. Breakfast was equally impressive—plentiful, with a brilliant selection spanning all types of international cuisines. Alaa, Thundar, and Adarsh took wonderful care of us every morning, keeping us well looked after, especially with top-tier coffee service. Our room was kept freshly stocked and immaculate throughout our stay, thanks to the wonderful work of Mohon and Mozmmel. The hotel also features a very nice gym where Mahesh and Ashfak were extremely helpful. We can’t wait to return!

Unfortunately,I really experienced few major issues during my recent stay at Intercontinental hotel Dubai Festival City . Firstly, On 16/10/2026, I dined at Anise restaurant of Intercontinental hotel. Before ordering anything, I asked the restaurant staff to double check if I have enough credit in my booking(booked with dinner included). They confirmed to me that I have AED150 credit The total price of dinner was AED 188 so I can order the dinner if I pay the rest of the amount and we agreed on that. After I finished the meal, the staff accompanied me to pay the amount left to pay. However, I was disappointed when I was told that there was no credit in my booking and was asked to pay the full bill. I therefore was given incorrect information before ordering and was not informed of the problem until after I had finished eating. I felt that the staff took the advantage on me and they were not honest with me. Secondly, I asked to meet and discuss the issue with the manager on duty. Unfortunately, nobody came to discuss the issue with me till I left the hotel next day. That was another disappointing matter as I felt that I was ignored. Thirdly, throughout my stay, the hot water in my bathroom was consistently cold.: I informed the reception and the maintenance team came to my room, but it was not resolved till I checked out.This fell well below the standard expected from a hotel of this category and affected my comfort for the whole stay. Therefore with this bad experience, I wouldn’t think to book again with Intercontinental hotel Dubai festival city anymore and personally I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to family or free following my experience with them.

Amazing experience from start to finish! All the staff, from customer service and reception to the concierge, spa team, and housekeeping, were incredibly kind and welcoming. We received a lovely upgrade and absolutely loved our spacious room and beautiful view. The spa was so relaxing and peaceful, and the buffet had a great variety of options. The only downside was the limited privacy in the bathroom. Thank you to the whole team for the wonderful hospitality. InterContinental never disappoints! 🤍
