My stay at the InterContinental Dubai Marina was excellent from start to finish. The staff were genuinely attentive and professional throughout our visit. I would like to especially mention Mr. Takee Khan, whose care and attention to detail made a real difference. He was extremely kind and ensured that everything went smoothly during our stay. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade to a beautiful apartment on the 32nd floor, offering a stunning Marina view. The space was elegant, spacious, and impeccably maintained. Waking up to that view each morning was a highlight in itself. The dining experience was equally impressive. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all varied and thoughtfully prepared, with high-quality ingredients throughout. The breakfast stands out in particular. This is among the few hotels in Dubai where you can order coffee made on a professional bar espresso machine, prepared fresh to your preference, which adds a refined touch to the morning experience. Overall, the hotel combines attentive service, excellent accommodation, and very good cuisine. I would gladly return.

Review – InterContinental Dubai Marina The hotel has a very good location in Dubai Marina. It is about a 10-minute walk to the beach, and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable. However, if you choose a room without a balcony, the room can feel a bit humid because it is not well ventilated. The service overall is good, but you should not expect exceptional or luxury-level service. The staff are polite and helpful, but the experience feels more standard than premium. Breakfast became repetitive during our stay. Because the same dishes are served every day, sometimes the food did not feel very fresh, which is definitely a downside. During our stay we experienced an unusual and stressful situation due to security alerts in the region. At night there was an alarm, and we went down the emergency stairs ourselves. The hotel staff were there and guided guests to a safer area inside the hotel. They provided water, blankets, and pillows, which was very thoughtful and helpful. However, considering that the situation was uncertain and our flight was cancelled, it would have been nice if the hotel had shown more flexibility or offered a small discount for one or two extra nights. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The gym is quite small, and if you come to the pool later in the day it may be difficult to find available sunbeds. Overall, I would rate this hotel 4 out of 5.

Excellent stay at InterContinental Dubai Marina. The hotel has a modern, elegant, and peaceful atmosphere, with comfortable rooms and great facilities. The breakfast was fresh, diverse, and of excellent quality, with a wide selection of dishes, attentive service, and a welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant. A special thank you to Hilal in the restaurant for his professionalism, friendliness, and outstanding service during breakfast. His warm welcome, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made each morning especially enjoyable. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

We visited the hotel on the third day of Eid hoping to relax and enjoy our stay, but unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The booking clearly included a child, yet when we arrived there was no baby bed prepared in the room. No one even attempted to arrange one until we personally requested it, even though this should have been handled before our arrival. Housekeeping service was consistently slow and unprofessional. We repeatedly had to call and remind staff for basic room cleaning, only for them to arrive almost two hours later. On our second day, we left the room around 10 AM for breakfast and returned to find the room exactly as we left it — dirty and untouched. What was even more frustrating was the excuse given by reception, claiming that because we were checking out that day, the room was not cleaned. This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially considering that guests are paying for comfort, cleanliness, and proper hospitality throughout their stay until the moment they leave. I was also told that a supervisor would contact or visit us regarding the issue, yet no one came and the matter was simply ignored. The delays continued even during check-out, where we waited nearly an hour for someone to collect our luggage. Instead of enjoying a peaceful holiday stay, we spent most of our time frustrated, waiting for basic requests to be handled. Sadly, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had, and it is definitely not a place we would ever consider visiting again.

I stayed here with my work colleague and i have to say it was such a pleasure. The place is great, views are amazing. And i specially loved the VIP lounge on the 39th floor. I have got a weeks work done in 1 day thanks to the flowing drinks and food! Special mention to Sanjay Thapa who has taken amazing care of me. He def needs to get a double raise! Other mentions are Swe, Taniya , sintya who were also very attentive, helped me with cookies and diet cokes along the way. looking forward to coming again ! :) Big ups to Angie (met her at the reception) who handles all this with finesse!
