  • Management reserves the right to amend opening hours and days based on business demands. A minimum of 70% of the overall restaurants and bars across JA Palm Tree Court, JA Lake View Hotel and JA Beach Hotel will be available.
  • Alcohol is served only to guests who comply with the Government of Dubai guidelines regarding alcohol service.
  • Guests must provide identification to verify that they are 21 years of age or older.

  • House guest cancellation policy applies.
  • Confirmed bookings require a minimum of 12 hours' notice prior to cancellation.
