For affected reservations booked prior to 13th May 2026, we are pleased to offer an alternative stay at JA Beach Hotel, located within JA’s award-winning beachfront destination in Jebel Ali. JA Beach Hotel offers direct access to a private beach, a vibrant resort environment, and a wide range of leisure, dining, and family-friendly experiences.

All existing bookings made prior to 13th May 2026 will be fully honored at the same rate, with all confirmed booking terms and benefits remaining unchanged. Guests will also have the option to cancel arrangements.

Our stay at JA Ocean View Hotel was absolutely fantastic. We travelled as a family of four—2 adults and 2 small children—and from the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Every member of staff was warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel genuinely welcomed and valued throughout our stay. Although we experienced a very minor issue with our original room, the hotel handled it brilliantly and upgraded us to an amazing suite. This was such a thoughtful gesture and truly exceeded our expectations. The suite was spacious, beautifully presented, spotless, and offered breathtaking ocean views. It was the perfect place for our family to relax and enjoy our stay in comfort. A special mention must go to Aseef from the restaurant staff, who went above and beyond to cater to our every request. His attentiveness, kindness, and dedication to ensuring our family had the best experience made a real difference to our stay. He is a true asset to the hotel. The same goes for all other members of staff we interacted with. Especially James, Hutu, Renuka and Thea. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend JA Ocean View Hotel to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality, luxury, and exceptional family-friendly service.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at JA Oean view and I can honestly say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming, making it the perfect place to unwind. The staff were attentive, professional, and always ready to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The facilities were well-maintained, and everything was organized to ensure guests have a comfortable experience. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the food. The quality, variety, and taste were all excellent, and every meal was something to look forward to. Overall, I had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway. I would gladly return in the future.

We came 11 days me , my husband and my 2 kids. Everything was extremly good, the beakfast, the restaurants, the cleaning and also the facilities. The hotel has a really good location close by everything supermaket, restaurant, at 2 min from the beach.The kids club was closed unfortunatly because of the lack of tourist nowadays and also the greek restaurant. We have tested the massage at the spa. It was ok. The pool was under supervision which is confortable when we want to sleep at the beach. Despite the few things closed we did not have difficulties to keep the kids busy because there was a lot of things to do all around. Maybe it would be better to let allow 30 min padel per day instead of 30 min per stay. We have find the cleaning clothes really expansive as we paid 1116 dhr for 2 bags of clothes. The wifi was really good because we had to do a webinar during our stay and we had a good connexion from our room.

Our stay at JA Ocean View was genuinely excellent. The experience was smooth, comfortable, and consistently pleasant from start to finish. The staff deserve special recognition. James and Tundai outside were incredibly helpful and welcoming, while Fernandez and Paul at the front desk were professional, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. Service like that makes a difference. This was our second stay, and we will definitely be returning for a third. The complimentary room upgrade was truly appreciated, especially as it elevated an already great experience. The ocean view from the room is exactly what one imagines when picturing a Dubai getaway absolutely stunning. Breakfast was another highlight. The spread was generous, varied, and beautifully done, easily one of the better hotel breakfasts we’ve had. Overall, JA Ocean View continues to deliver on comfort, service, and atmosphere. Highly recommended, and we look forward to coming back

We stayed at JA Ocean View Hotel Jumeirah Beach, and our vacation was perfect from start to finish. The hotel is located on The Walk, JBR — an incredibly convenient area with the beach, restaurants, and shops just steps away. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a stunning ocean view — waking up to the sound of the waves was truly magical. The staff were wonderful: very attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. You can feel the high level of service in everything they do. The beach is within walking distance, the pool area is cozy, and the breakfast is delicious and diverse. We loved everything — from the atmosphere to the small details. We definitely recommend JA Ocean View Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, beautiful, and relaxing stay in Dubai! We will absolutely come back! 🌴✨
