We had an excellent stay at JA Ocean View Hotel. Everything from start to finish exceeded our expectations, especially the outstanding service. The staff truly go out of their way to meet your needs and make you feel comfortable. A special thank you to Paul, who showed great care and professionalism and made sure our needs were fully met, leaving us feeling valued and well taken care of. A special mention also goes to the lounge breakfast experience — Joni, Methue, and Chef Ashish made us feel genuinely welcomed every morning and provided exceptional service. Their attention to detail, kindness, and professionalism really stood out and made our mornings memorable. The hotel itself is beautiful, with breathtaking ocean views that you can enjoy right from your room. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and inviting. I had a wonderful stay at JA Ocean View Hotel. From the moment of arrival, the welcome was warm and professional, and everything was well organized. I had requested a few special arrangements in advance, and they were all properly executed, which I truly appreciated. The breakfast buffet was well arranged, with a good variety and a pleasant atmosphere. Most importantly, the staff were extremely friendly, polite, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, good service, and a welcoming environment. I would happily stay here again.

Currently in room 2511. What a fantastic view. Very clean. The light show was amazing from our balcony. Methyl, chef Ashish and Rahman have looked after us very well. Very professional and attentive. I am gluten free and nothing was too much trouble. Our overall stay has been amazing Thank you

Just leaving JA today. Stayed on B&B rate. Fantastic location for JBR beach and Marina. Lovely clean rooms. Excellent staff. Taxis are best way to travel. Use city/Hala taxis with coloured roofs. When dropping you off they will park around the corner ands it's a 2 mins walk which is no effort at all. The road config has changed so it is helpful to the drivers. They will always collect from hotel. Use concierge to call if no apps on phone. And then a huge thanks to breakfast staff in particular Francis and Sumanth. So very polite courteous and welcoming. A credit to the hotel. We would have no hesitation returning to JA Ocean View

Had the most amazing 2 nights in the hotel in a junior suite. The standard of cleanliness was first rate. The whole staff at the hotel are amazing. Special mentions to Rainbow, Jonny and Ramesh are room cleaner. Also tall the door staff are wonderful. I won’t hesitate to recommend staying here.
