We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily come back again. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed — the entire team was friendly, warm, and very helpful. The service throughout our stay was excellent; whether at the restaurant, the bar, or the reception, everyone was attentive and always made an effort to ensure we had a pleasant and relaxing holiday. The food was another highlight. There was a wide variety to choose from, everything tasted fresh and delicious, and the options changed enough to keep things interesting. The animation team also did an amazing job. They were upbeat, motivated, and created a fun atmosphere during the day and in the evening, without ever being intrusive. The hotel grounds are beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. We enjoyed spending time around the pool, in the gardens, and throughout the communal areas — everything felt inviting and well cared for. The evening entertainment deserves a special mention. It was surprisingly good, varied, and professionally organized, making every night enjoyable in its own way. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

The staff consistently demonstrated genuine friendliness and professionalism, and whether we were at the reception, dining area, or bar, we always felt truly cared for. Paired with attentive service, dining was something we enjoyed every single day. The animation team also deserves special recognition. Their upbeat attitude and enthusiasm added an enjoyable spark to daily activities. They managed to keep guests entertained without ever being intrusive, striking exactly the right balance for people who enjoy fun as well as for those who prefer a bit more relaxation. The overall condition of the hotel was impressive. The grounds were immaculately clean — from the walkways to the pool areas and the beautifully maintained gardens. It’s the kind of place where you naturally want to spend time outdoors simply because everything feels so well cared for. I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The animation team was absolutely fantastic – always energetic, friendly, and offering fun activities throughout the day. The evening entertainment program was just as impressive, with great shows and a vibrant atmosphere every night. The food was delicious and varied, with plenty of options for every taste. The entire hotel complex is beautifully maintained, with clean facilities, lovely gardens, and relaxing pool areas. My room was spacious, modern, and spotless, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the daily disco tour offered by the hotel – a great way to explore the nightlife and meet new people. Overall, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend it and will definitely return!

Just returned from a 2 week all inclusive stay. I posted a short review earlier but wanted to give full version. The hotel was excellent. I only dropped a star because we had a garden view (fine) but next to the staff gate. They were prepared to move us but the location in all other aspects was perfect. Food choices good, drink choices fine but a decent whisky would be a major improvement. All in all the catering was excellent. We made so many friends but wanted to give a special call out to Heysham, Omar & Bishoy in the main diner, Mia and ALL the entertainment team who were fantastic. Hathim and all the a la carte restaurant team including Mahmoud and the bar staff in Le Coucou Parisian bar. I could go on and on but sadly we couldn't remember all the names (lucky you). Thinking about spending next Christmas at the hotel. Missing the TEAM already.

I spent a week at this hotel and can genuinely recommend it. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable. A special shout-out to Omar from housekeeping – he did an excellent job every day and was always friendly and reliable. The overall service was attentive and well organized. I also want to highlight the animation team, especially Ela. She brings real energy, motivation, and good vibes to every activity. The programs were varied and professionally run. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay: great room, strong service, and entertainment that truly adds to the experience. I would gladly come back.
