Absolutely amazing hotel. Everything was very good from the moment we arrived, even exceeded expectations. The hotel is beautiful, cozy, very clean and perfectly organized. Beautiful territory and a great sandy beach. Great location, next to the promenade with many shops. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The food is outstanding. The staff was warm, attentive and helpful. The animation team is simply great. Special thanks to the service staff - bartenders and waiters - friendly, attentive, always smiling and caring. Thank you for the excellent service and friendly smiles:) This was my first time in Egypt and a very successful first impression :) I highly recommend this hotel and I hope we will definitely come back again. P.s. Thank you for the attention shown and the birthday cake :) !

We had an amazing stay at Jaz Elite Casa Del Mar. Everything was absolutely perfect from the moment we arrived. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and extremely well organized. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and high-class. A very special thank you to the animation team — they were outstanding! Full of energy, friendly, professional, and they really made our stay even more enjoyable with great activities and shows for all ages. The staff in general were kind, helpful, and always smiling, which made us feel truly welcomed. Honestly, everything was super nice and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back again.

The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it the perfect place for a memorable holiday. entertainment team Their energy, creativity, and dedication bring life and joy to every day and night. There was always something fun to enjoy, whether it was daytime activities or evening shows, and they made every guest feel welcome and involved. Overall, Jaz Elite Casa Del Mar is an excellent hotel, but it is the entertainment team especially Mia and Ella that makes it truly exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect mix of relaxation, fun, and unforgettable memories. I can’t wait to come back!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel from start to finish. Everything was well maintained, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff were always polite and approachable. There was a nice, relaxed atmosphere throughout the hotel which made it easy to unwind. What truly stood out was the entertainment team. They brought so much energy and positivity every single day. The activities were fun and varied, and the evening entertainment was impressive and engaging. The team made everyone feel welcome and created a great sense of community among the guests, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
