Amazing stay! The hosts were exceptional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, especially the restaurant team!! The entertainment was fantastic, and the whole team did an incredible job creating a fun and enjoyable atmosphere throughout our stay. A special shout-out to Mia, Jade and Ella from the entertainment team, who were absolutely brilliant – friendly, energetic, and always making sure everyone was having a great time. Everyone at the hotel was welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about the guests. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable holiday. We would definitely recommend this hotel and can't wait to return! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We have just had the most amazing stay and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff made us feel so welcome and looked after. The hotel was spotless, the food was delicious with plenty of choice every day, and the facilities were excellent. We also ate at three of the à la carte restaurants, which were all included in our stay. It was such a lovely touch to enjoy table-service meals as well as the buffet, and each one was fantastic. We’d especially like to say a huge thank you to Jade from the animation team. She was always so friendly, full of energy, and made every activity so much fun. She worked incredibly hard to make sure everyone felt included and was enjoying themselves, and her enthusiasm really made our holiday even more memorable. We’d also like to give a special mention to Mahmoud (Ana) in the restaurant. His service was exceptional throughout our stay. He was always welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cared that we had everything we needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he always greeted us with a smile, making every meal a pleasure. We’ve stayed at Jaz Hotels before, and this one is definitely up there with the best. The staff are what really make this hotel so special. Their kindness, professionalism, and hard work don’t go unnoticed. Thank you all for giving us such a fantastic holiday—we’ll definitely be returning and recommending this hotel to our friends and family!

We had a really good stay in this hotel. Best holiday we had so far in Egypt. Hotel is so beautiful and the area is very clean. Top entertainment here, they make sure you are always welcomed to all their activities and u can have so much fun with them. Pink pool party was really nice, also beach party's and all the evening shows. We will definitely be back soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Jaz Elite Casa Del Mar Hotel and were extremely satisfied with everything. Our room (1072) looked exactly like the photos, was very comfortable, and was cleaned thoroughly every day. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of dishes available every day. The staff were exceptionally kind and professional. We would especially like to thank Ammar, Adel, and the entire team at the main restaurant. Unfortunately, I cannot remember all their names, but every member of the staff was friendly and attentive. The staff at the outdoor restaurant were absolutely amazing, always smiling, welcoming, and making guests feel special. The beach bar team was equally wonderful. What impressed us most was that they treated guests with the same kindness and respect whether they received tips or not. We can honestly say that this hotel exceeded our expectations and made our vacation truly unforgettable. The room was supplied daily with several 1-liter bottles of water, which was appreciated, although personally I would have preferred smaller bottled water options as well. Thank you to everyone at Jaz Elite Casa Del Mar Hotel for making our holiday so enjoyable. We would be happy to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation!

Absolutely Fabulous Hotel – 10/10! 🌟 We have had the most wonderful holiday at Jaz Elite Casa Del Mar! From the moment we arrived, everything has been absolutely fabulous. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the food is out of this world, and the staff are so friendly, attentive and always willing to go the extra mile. A special shout-out to the amazing animation team, especially Yousuf, who is such a happy, positive person. Sasha is also so friendly took time to speak to us. A lovely young lady. He makes me smile every single day and really helps create such a fun atmosphere around the hotel. 😊 A huge thank you also to Ismaile, who cleans our room and always goes above and beyond. He makes the most lovely and thoughtful creations from towels — such a wonderful personal touch that makes us smile every time we return to our room. 🥰 And of course, we can't forget Donnie — he is absolutely hilarious and always makes us laugh! And Karim, who looks just like my nephew — you can't help but love him! Every member of staff has helped make our stay so special, and their hard work and kindness have not gone unnoticed. I would highly recommend Jaz Elite Casa Del Mar to anyone looking for a fantastic holiday. For us, it is a definite 10 out of 10! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you to everyone for making our holiday one to remember.
