We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to families with children. The staff were friendly, the facilities were excellent, and the atmosphere was welcoming throughout our stay. A very special thank you to the animation team for their outstanding work and energy. Their involvement with the children was truly exceptional. They made every day fun and engaging, ensuring that all the kids felt included and entertained. Our children especially loved the evening activities, including the face painting, dancing, and games with the animation team. The nightly disco was a highlight of the holiday, and they looked forward to it every evening with great excitement. The animation team’s enthusiasm, kindness, and dedication helped create unforgettable memories for our family. Thank you all for making our vacation so special. We can’t wait to return! 😊

We had a very positive stay at Tropitel Sahl Hasheesh. The staff throughout the hotel were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. As a vegan family, we really appreciated that vegan options were clearly marked. The restaurant staff were always happy to help, and they even arranged an extra vegan dessert when there was none available on the buffet. The food overall was varied and very tasty. The guest relations team were also excellent and regularly checked whether guests were happy or needed any assistance. The hotel is especially good for families with younger children. The kids’ club is available throughout the day, and the children clearly love the staff. Activities and animation are not really our thing, but there was a good variety available and guests were warmly encouraged to join in without feeling pressured. The evening entertainment was varied and often very funny. We chose the location based on reviews of the house reef, and although it was not spectacular, it was still one of the highlights of our stay. We made a point of visiting it daily and really enjoyed the opportunity to snorkel right from the hotel. Overall, a very enjoyable stay with excellent service, good food, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere.

I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff, they made us feel incredibly welcome. The room was spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and the bed was easily one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. ​The location is perfect. The dining options on-site were fantastic, offering a great variety of high-quality dishes. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the genuine hospitality. Every single staff member went above and beyond to ensure we had a relaxing time and that all our needs were met. It was the perfect place to unwind and recharge. 10/10, highly recommended! Wonderful stay at Tropitel Sahl Hasheesh! 🌴☀️ We have just returned from a wonderful 11-night stay at Tropitel Sahl Hasheesh and honestly didn’t want to leave! From the moment we arrived, the hotel was beautiful, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent. We were absolutely delighted to receive a room upgrade to the 5th floor with a gorgeous sea view, which made our holiday even more special. We were celebrating my partner birthday while we were there, and the hotel went above and beyond. We were treated to a lovely birthday cake and our room was beautifully decorated. 🎂❤️ A special thank you has to go to Hamdy, our housekeeper, who was absolutely brilliant. He was so friendly, hardworking and attentive, and the birthday decoration he arranged in our room was beautiful. He really helped make our stay memorable and deserves a special mention. The hotel itself is lovely, with beautiful surroundings, a fantastic pool area and everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We particularly enjoyed being able to relax at the resort without feeling that we needed to go out every day. We have made some wonderful memories at Tropitel Sahl Hasheesh and would happily return. This Hotel could be so much more!!! As soon as I arrived at the hotel and checked in, I was interrupted 4 times, and the receptionist, instead of asking the other guests to wait their turn, ignored my existence all 4 times. The room service is poor; I had to ask 3 times before they replenished the shower gel and shampoo. The all-inclusive concept is a scam; there are many things that are extra, and the drinks at the bars are weak. The hotel has excellent facilities, but it leaves much to be desired in basic services for a hotel that claims to be 5 stars.
