The stay has been lovely. We did half board and the dinner buffets are amazing, they are themed and have sooo much variety. Amazing! The location is stunning and the sea is beautiful. We were upgraded to a balcony room for free too. The hotel puts on many shows and activities throughout the day thanks to the animation team, everyone is very energetic and make the stay enjoyable. Oumou especially was very friendly and pleasant and tried to get us all involved.

I’d like to give special thanks to Ahmedlbr Ahim, Saeed Khalil, Ehab Tharwat, and Sara Mehat, Bob, and the animation team who, along with the rest of the team, provided exceptional care throughout my stay. Their professionalism and warmth made the hotel’s excellent amenities even more enjoyable. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and super comfortable, but what truly made my stay special was the incredible staff at the restaurant. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The hotel has been very accommodating and hospitable. There is a range of activities and things to do from evening shows to the animation team who are motivating and engaging for guests to feel included and have fun. I enjoyed their Zumba class by the beach as well as stretching morning sessions. The food has been lovely and all the staff have been very nice. I would highly recommend a stay here especially all inclusive. The whole hotel area and grounds are kept clean and tidy. Any issues, staff are prompt. We were really looked after by Ahmed Sabah who was really attentive and kind, ensuring we always had an enjoyable dining experience!
