⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars Our stay at the Hilton Hurghada Plaza was absolutely outstanding once again. This was not our first visit, and just like every previous stay, the experience exceeded our expectations. The hotel continues to deliver exceptional service, warm hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere that keeps us coming back. We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to every member of the hotel team. From the housekeeping staff who maintained our room to the highest standards, to the restaurant and bar teams who consistently provided excellent service, and the front desk staff who were always professional, helpful, and welcoming. Everyone played a part in making our stay truly memorable. A special thank you goes to the wonderful animation team, especially Susi and Khadija, for their energy, kindness, and dedication to ensuring guests have a fantastic time. We would also like to express our appreciation to Mr. Islam and Ms. Sara Midhat for their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests. Most importantly, our biggest and most heartfelt thank you goes to Mr. Tarek Emad. His exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and personal attention made our stay truly special. The kids' club left a very pleasant impression. The staff is kind, attentive, and knows how to connect with children. Every day, engaging activities, games, creative activities, and a mini-disco ensure the children have a fun and exciting time. Thank you to the kids' club team for their care, warmth, and positive attitude. Parents can relax knowing their children are in good hands. It's staff like this that make family vacations even more comfortable and memorable. We'll be happy to return!

This is overall comprehensive review over 3 visits to Hilton in the last five years. During the first in 2021, the first impression and experience with the hotel was incredible. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff with good vibes. Clean rooms, clean facilities, and very well taken care of in terms of maintenance in the hotel. The staff were helpful with any request, and always smiling, same as the lifeguards at the pools and beach. Food was excellent, the all inclusive was deserving of the money paid for as-well as the free snacks and drinks included in the all inclusive. We were given 3 vouchers for the 3 restaurants in the hotel grounds. The second visit in 2023, met my expectations from the previous visit. Not much changed, but the same good vibes and friendly staff, nothing much difference. The entertainment team was better and always included the guests in a lot of their late night shows, best team of the 3 visits. In this visit in August 2026, there were noticeable changes in quality. Firstly, the hotel was extremely busy way more than usual and way more than we saw in the last two visits, more chairs and tables were added, and the hotel felt crowded at many times to the point of where there are long lines during meal times. I feel the staff to guests proportion isn’t balanced, the staff is always busy and the supervisors at many times have to get in and help with the work, there’s too many guests than what the staff can handle. In addition to that the staff were overall less friendly and helpful but that could be excused due to the quantity of guests at all times. Yet still at many instances at the bar and main restaurant and the outdoor area next to the bar I’ve experienced staff prioritizing foreign guests over us (Egyptian guests). In the restaurant I’d call to a waiter to clean up a table so my family and I could sit or call him with my hand and he’d glance at me and go check another guest then come to me. Same in the outdoor area I’d sign for a waiter to order something and he’d give me a side eye and pretend to not see. At many times I had to go and get my stuff. The staff were less friendly and they’d openly joke in an unacceptable way while working at times. I felt this time that there was discrimination to Egyptians, not much help gestures or what is expected was done for us compared to other guests. The service quality isn’t consistent, at the beach bar one time I asked the staff for a mojito and sunshine but just gave me a sprite with syrup, later on went to the same bar the other staff gave me the same drinks provided with the lemons and lime and mint. Housekeeping as well the consistency of cleaning and organization isn’t the same all the time. Sometimes they don’t refill the freebie coffee or tea packets and sometimes they don’t add tissue paper and since we checked in not one time the mirror in the room was cleaned. As well as with a hijabi family member in the lobby restroom, the janitor entered the ladies washroom to get his cleaning supplies, there must be a janitor of both genders for both washrooms, which is completely messed up. For the food, I noticed less variety and repeated foods in every meal. As well as in two incidents I found hair in my food. I’ve seen a very noticeable drop in staff quality and service compared to my two previous visits the price for value gap is becoming wider and the stay was less pleasant than previously expected as we consider or considered Hilton as the second home for vacation. Most likely the next vacation trip won’t be here unless the issues are dealt with.

I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Hurghada Plaza. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and perfectly located with stunning views of the Red Sea. The rooms were spacious, modern, comfortable, and always kept spotless by the housekeeping team. What made our holiday truly special was the entertainment team. They were energetic, friendly, and professional, creating a fun atmosphere every day with activities, games, and evening shows. They always made guests feel welcome and included, and their enthusiasm added so much to our experience. The staff throughout the hotel were kind and attentive, and the facilities were excellent. I highly recommend Hilton Hurghada Plaza to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Egypt. I will definitely return in the future!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with beautiful views and excellent housekeeping every day. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was delicious, with a great variety of fresh dishes for every meal, and the restaurants offered something for everyone. The hotel facilities were excellent, the pools and beach were well maintained, and the atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable throughout our stay. The entertainment team also did a fantastic job, providing fun activities without being intrusive. We truly enjoyed every moment of our vacation and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect holiday. We will definitely be coming back!
