Dear Hotel Manager, We are staying at your hotel for the third time, and once again, we are delighted with our visit. We would especially like to highlight Chef Ahmed Maher, whose pasta at lunch and dinner is absolutely the best we have ever tasted. His cheerful and welcoming attitude makes every meal a true pleasure. Overall, we continue to enjoy the wonderful atmosphere, beautiful facilities, and friendly team. Every stay brings special memories, and we truly appreciate the consistent effort your staff puts into making guests feel welcome. We look forward to returning again in the future and enjoying more of the excellent experiences your hotel offers — especially the incredible dining thanks to Chef Ahmed Maher.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our holiday. The room was very spacious, clean, and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable from the first moment. The staff were extremely attentive to our needs, especially considering that we were traveling with our 10-month-old baby. Their kindness, patience, and professionalism made a big difference and helped us relax and enjoy our time. The buffet food was good, although not exceptional. However, the à la carte restaurants were excellent. The Brazilian restaurant in particular stood out. Chef Muhamad Ali made us feel special and served an outstanding beef dish that we will definitely remember. His passion and hospitality created a fantastic dining experience. We were also very satisfied with the diving center team. We had a great offshore diving session, and the instructors were professional, friendly, and very reassuring. Special greetings as well to the beach bar staff, who were always kind, welcoming, and ready with a smile. Overall, we are very happy with our stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful evening at the Italian Restaurant at the Rixos Premium Hotel in Hurghada, and a big part of that experience was thanks to our amazing waiter, Mobark Khalefa. From the moment we arrived, Mobark made us feel genuinely welcome. His service was professional, warm, and perfectly attentive without ever being intrusive. He explained the menu with great knowledge, offered excellent recommendations, and made sure every detail of our dining experience was flawless. The food was delicious, authentic, and beautifully presented, but what truly elevated the evening was Mobark’s positive attitude, friendliness, and clear passion for his work. He has a natural talent for hospitality and made us feel like special guests throughout the entire meal. Thank you, Mobark Khalefa, for your outstanding service and for making our dinner so memorable. You are a real credit to the Italian Restaurant and to the Rixos Premium Hurghada. We will definitely be back!

We had a truly wonderful visit in the Lalezar restaurant with Manager Rezzak, who made us feel welcome from the very beginning. The service was attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. The food was absolutely incredible—beautifully presented and full of flavor. After trying all the restaurants in the hotel, this one clearly stood out as the very best. It was an exceptional dining experience that we will happily remember and highly recommend. Also the restaurant mykonos amazing food and service from Mohamed Saleh and chef Ibrahim ⭐️

Ramey nady from the pool bar is lovely is always asking do you need anything or a drink with great cocktails too with the other staff at the main pool bar and panorama staff are amazing too with the best drinks. We definitely recommend coming to them two bars as some of the other staff in can be a bit rude and blank you and even tell you there closed but we have came out of season. The la carte are definitely worth doing the food at the Asian is the best with great service from Ayman adly who we have meet from a couple of the la carte.
