I was genuinely impressed by the Brazilian restaurant at Rixos. The quality of the meat was outstanding — absolutely delicious, beautifully prepared, and a real highlight of our stay. This is the first restaurant at the resort that has truly exceeded my expectations, both in terms of food quality and service. The team made us feel that we were finally experiencing the level of quality and attention to detail one would expect from a five-star resort. It was a genuinely enjoyable dining experience. My only disappointment is that guests are allowed to make a reservation at this restaurant only once during their stay. We are staying for 10 days, and I would have loved the opportunity to return, especially as the restaurant was not even fully occupied during our visit. When choosing a five-star resort, these special dining experiences are an important part of the overall value. It would be wonderful if guests could enjoy this restaurant more than once, subject to availability. Given the quality of the food and service, I believe it deserves to be a more accessible part of the Rixos experience. Thank you to the team for a truly memorable dinner!

Amazing Restaurant Staff & Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The restaurant staff at Rixos Magawish are absolutely amazing! They are extremely hardworking, attentive, and always welcoming guests with a genuine smile. The food is also very good, with a great variety of dishes and something to suit every taste. What really makes the experience special, though, is the staff. They are always around, very helpful, polite, and go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and enjoying your meal. A big thank you to the entire restaurant team for their excellent service and positive attitude. They truly make the dining experience much more enjoyable. ❤️

Excellent Kids Club with a truly outstanding team! All the staff members are professional, friendly, attentive, and genuinely great with children. Special thanks to Nina, Arina, and Sohaila for their excellent work and dedication. We previously stayed at Baron Palace, and I can confidently say there is a significant difference in the Kids Club experience. The level of engagement, organization, and attention to children here is noticeably higher. Our children absolutely love it, and as parents, we really appreciate the effort the entire team puts into making their experience enjoyable. One of the best Kids Clubs we’ve experienced. Highly recommended!

Our whole family would like to express our sincere gratitude to the wonderful team at the Asian restaurant: Farha, Iman and Magdy! We celebrated our daughter’s birthday, and thanks to your care and attention, this evening became truly special for her and for our entire family. A huge thank you for the wonderful surprise, the birthday cake with a candle and for singing birthday songs in three different languages! It was incredibly touching and made us very happy. Your smiles, kindness and genuine attention are truly priceless. A very special thank you to Farha! She is incredibly attentive, friendly and professional. Everything we ordered, from delicious dishes and treats to drinks, arrived at our table incredibly quickly. She was always attentive to us and did everything she could to make sure we felt comfortable. Farha, you are amazing! Thank you, Iman and Magdy, for your attention, positive energy and for making our daughter’s birthday even more memorable and special. We are leaving the restaurant not only with wonderful impressions of the Asian cuisine, but also with very warm memories of the people who work here. Thank you from our entire family!
