The resort is more than wonderful. The exterior and interior design are both superb. The furnishings are exquisite. Cleanliness is excellent throughout, both inside and out, despite the resort's vast size. The true mark of excellence is the entire resort staff, who go above and beyond to fulfill every need and desire without being asked. This is especially true of Nashaat, Yahya, and Abdul Rahman at reception; Ayman, the restaurant manager; Mohamed Ali; Mohamed; all the waiters and chefs who serve food with warm smiles; and the staff in all the restaurants, whose food quality and taste rival those of five-star establishments. All the bar staff are always smiling, and all the pool and beach attendants are equally impressive. It's a truly unique and exceptional experience compared to other five-star hotels. A huge thank you to the entertainment team, Howaida and Tito, for their dedication to making all the children happy. This hotel truly deserves to be seven stars, without exaggeration. One would need a very large space to fully describe the perfection of this unique resort.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was relaxing and perfect for a holiday. A special thanks to the animation team — they were energetic, fun, and made every day enjoyable with great activities and entertainment. Highly recommended!

The place is very clean, the rooms are super comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the whole stay. It was honestly a lovely and memorable 5-day experience, and I’d definitely consider coming back again in the coming years. There are a few points that could be improved. If your room is located at the front of the hotel, it’s quite a long walk to the beach, so I’d suggest having golf carts available to take guests there. The food was a bit inconsistent some meals were good, while others were just average. Also, there were quite a lot of flies in the main Karnak restaurant during breakfast, lunch, and dinner, which was a bit uncomfortable. The Italian restaurant, unfortunately, was a disappointing experience as the food wasn’t good at all. As for the Wi-Fi, it worked well sometimes, but other times it was unreliable. Overall, still a good experience and worth it. Thank you so much!

Absolutely lovely hotel. Firstly the beds are quite hard but they are so comfy I was deliberately going to bed early! The food can be samey but its delicious and there is always something nice. The staff work very hard for their customers. My room cleaner, Ahmed, is a lovely young man and he did a great job keeping my room clean. The animation team did everything they could to get me off my sunbed! Dancing and stretching looked and sounded great but I really enjoyed talking to them and listening to their life stories. Kiona and Noor are both such lovely and sweet girls who again couldnt do enough for us. Beware of the people who work in the shoe/handbag shop. They craftily overcharged me. Even tho I was looking out for it!! And make sure you get a taxi from reception - we got a taxi from outside the gates. They seem to be run by a horrible man in the Bizarre down the road. He took offence at me buying from another shop and shouted abusively and followed us outside demanded we buy from his shop; promising me a free dress. As hes in charge of the taxis I went in and got a dress and a bikini but he still charged me for the dress even tho we told he he’d said it was free. STAY AWAY!! I was traumatised!! My final comment is about the excellent Mohammed Rahman on Guest Relations! A great young man who listened carefully to our concerns, took them onboard and got the manager involved. We were asking for a sign to be put up so no one else gets one of those taxis. The Manager very kindly let us have our room til 4pm on the day we left. I hope you have a lovely time.

Hotel was great, good service and friendly staff. Entertainment in general was amazing. They have every night different show and they are really good. The hotel offers a big range of activities at the beach and the pool, you always now what to do. Animation team was great and full of energy, really loved them.
