Staff in general are pretty miserable. Bar staff were a little rude and the staff in the restaurant area were better. The receptionists were a little abrupt and brash in their responses. The tour reps, however, were very pleasant. We had problems with our hot water and we had to mention almost every day for the first 3 days. Also, our room only had 2 available sockets, which meant we had to move lamps and the kettle around the room. It was pretty ridiculous. They sent a multi plug extension lead to our room to fix the problem! The food was very good, breakfast was the same every day, but the choices were good. Don't bother booking Ala Carte, personally I didn't enjoy it. However, if you want some ambience and some quiet time, then go for it. To mention the spa, well, the manager wasn't the best at communicating and his customer service skills are questionable. We had an issue with my friend's privacy not being respected. At the time of booking and before we went for our hamaam experience, we made it clear that men and women are to be kept separate. During the treatment, there was a male staff walking around (places where we are walking around in underwear). My friend mentioned it a few times, and then it became a point that she had lost her patience and quite rightly so. The manager tried to blame her and made it out we were not clear, which was a complete lie. It was a very upsetting experience for her and no apology was given to her by the staff in the spa. She complained to main reception and they weren't sympathetic to start with, and then having spoken to 2 or 3 managers later, they came to a point to understand her complaint. We had a lovely holiday, but just found Paraoh Azur difficult in terms of their customer service! Not a hotel I would return to.

My family and I stayed here for our autumn vacation for 6 nights, and everything was just perfect. The staff were amazing — very friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The food was fantastic, with a wide variety of options and something new every day. Everything was always fresh and delicious. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I also want to highlight that my daughter uses a wheelchair, and all the facilities were easily accessible, which made our stay even more enjoyable. There was entertainment every day, and the hotel’s territory felt like a green paradise in the middle of the desert — beautifully maintained, clean, and full of life. The beach was spotless, with plenty of sunbeds for everyone. The reception team was wonderful and helped us resolve any questions quickly and with a smile. Honestly, I tried to think of something negative to mention so it wouldn’t sound like a fake review — but I really couldn’t find anything! Everything exceeded our expectations. A huge thank you to the entire hotel team — you are truly amazing! You provided excellent service and made our vacation unforgettable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back again soon.

I couldn’t have asked for a better holiday! The hotel was fantastic, and after reading lots of Facebook recommendations, I booked all my trips with Lily Anderson. She made everything so easy and enjoyable. My whole experience was smooth, organized, and truly memorable. Absolutely recommended!

I had a very pleasant stay at Pharaoh Azur Resort. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The facilities were well maintained, and I especially enjoyed the beach area and the easy access to the sea. The only downside was the music on the beach. It was the same playlist every single day, which became repetitive after a while. A bit more variety would really improve the experience. Other than that, everything was great and I would happily return.

Good value for money. Overall, everything was pleasant. The stay was comfortable and the room was clean and nicely prepared. The reception team was welcoming, and check-in was quick and smooth. The beach is really nice for swimming, especially from the pier area — a lovely spot! The main downside was the long queues almost everywhere — at the reception bar, the beach bar, the pool bar, and in the restaurants. It was a bit frustrating, especially during busy times. Also, there was no drink service available in any of the areas — guests had to queue, which added to the inconvenience. Overall, it was a good stay and I would recommend the hotel, but I hope they improve service organization and staffing to reduce waiting times and enhance the guest experience.
