This is our second time here in 6 months, We had a fantastic stay and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The hotel offered great value for money, with comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere throughout. The location was convenient, the facilities were well maintained, and there was always something to do. The food had plenty of choice, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would happily return in the future and recommend it to anyone looking for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday.

This was our second stay at Jasmine Palace and sadly we would never return. The bar and restaurant staff were all fantastic and couldnt do enough for you, they are the only reason we have awarded the 2 stars. We booked two premium rooms, which were not ready on arrival. This in itself would have been fine as we did arrive earlier than standard check in. However the staff sat us to the side of reception and just left us there with no communication or time expectations. When we approached after an hour we were told to have a late breakfast and it would be ready, it wasnt and again told to wait half an hour. 45 mins later and we were told to wait again. At this point staff became rude and very unhelpful. On arrival to our rooms, they were not pool view like we had booked, instead sea view, which for some might have been better but for us meant we were miles from the main hotel which is not what we wanted. The rooms had lots of issues. Air conditioning broke twice, toilet wouldnt flush and we had powercuts every 5 minutes for nearly a full day. The phone was hanging off the wall in the bathroom, the shower was Intermittent. Myself and my husband spent most of the trip unwell with stomach issues despite being very careful which also wasnt great. Overall the hotel grounds are lovely although signs of wear are showing and they just dont have the time to fix due to being open all year. Entertainment was pretty much non existent unless you want yo play volleyball or do pool aerobics which is the same each day.

We had a wonderful holiday at Jasmine Palace and overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, very well maintained, and offers plenty of activities and entertainment for both adults and children. The speciality restaurants were excellent, with lovely food and a great dining experience every time we visited. The only area that could be improved was the quality and variety of food in the two main buffet restaurants. On some occasions, we found it difficult to find dishes that appealed to us, despite not being particularly fussy eaters. We also felt that the children's ice cream and slushy was only available for a short period each day, meaning our little one often missed out. Most of the staff were absolutely amazing – incredibly friendly, welcoming, and hardworking. A special mention goes to the team at the juice bar, who were always cheerful and provided fantastic service. We did find some of the reception staff a little frustrating at times, as they occasionally came across as rude and unhelpful. Despite these minor issues, we loved our holiday so much and made some wonderful memories. We would happily return and would recommend Jasmine Palace to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing family holiday in Hurghada.

I will update my review accordingly, for now I am rating the A La Carte restaurants. Jabbur Indian Restaurant - not very clear how to get there and that you have got to go up the stairs. The food is not Indian food it is more like Persian/Turkish albeit tasty but when you’re expecting Indian food as a south asian you expect Indian food that’s spicy, flavourful with masala’s. The culture is missing. Mamma Mia Italian Restaurant - starter was a Caesar Salad, it was tasty could have done with a bit more ceaser dressing. Both pizzas were overcooked and were not saucy. The Tuna pizza was nice but a little oregano would have helped enhance the flavour. The margarita was not very cheesy. Dessert - apple pie with ice cream - the ice cream was delicious, the apple was nice. Rasta Pasta - the menu has pickles and bread on it. When I asked for the pickles and bread apparently the waiter said it had already been served to us which was just some dry Foccacia and another type of bread with olives and pineapple. This is not pickles as described on the menu. The menu is basic however the fish pasta with creamy sauce was delicious! The pasta was Al Dente so far the best A La Carte restaurant here and the hospitality was amazing.

We had the most amazing stay in Egypt — everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. From the beautiful surroundings to the incredible service, every detail made our holiday unforgettable. The staff were always kind, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. A special thank you to Ahmed Samir, who truly took the best care of us throughout our stay. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made our experience even more special. We felt so relaxed, looked after, and genuinely happy the entire time. We will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.
