This is our second time here in 6 months, We had a fantastic stay and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The hotel offered great value for money, with comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere throughout. The location was convenient, the facilities were well maintained, and there was always something to do. The food had plenty of choice, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would happily return in the future and recommend it to anyone looking for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday.

This was our second stay at Jasmine Palace and sadly we would never return. The bar and restaurant staff were all fantastic and couldnt do enough for you, they are the only reason we have awarded the 2 stars. We booked two premium rooms, which were not ready on arrival. This in itself would have been fine as we did arrive earlier than standard check in. However the staff sat us to the side of reception and just left us there with no communication or time expectations. When we approached after an hour we were told to have a late breakfast and it would be ready, it wasnt and again told to wait half an hour. 45 mins later and we were told to wait again. At this point staff became rude and very unhelpful. On arrival to our rooms, they were not pool view like we had booked, instead sea view, which for some might have been better but for us meant we were miles from the main hotel which is not what we wanted. The rooms had lots of issues. Air conditioning broke twice, toilet wouldnt flush and we had powercuts every 5 minutes for nearly a full day. The phone was hanging off the wall in the bathroom, the shower was Intermittent. Myself and my husband spent most of the trip unwell with stomach issues despite being very careful which also wasnt great. Overall the hotel grounds are lovely although signs of wear are showing and they just dont have the time to fix due to being open all year. Entertainment was pretty much non existent unless you want yo play volleyball or do pool aerobics which is the same each day.

Honestly, it was a wonderful and memorable experience! The hotel deserves great praise for its lovely atmosphere, comfort, and the care shown to its guests. ❤️ One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the amazing animation team! 🎉👏 They were friendly, welcoming, full of positive energy, and always doing their best to make everyone happy. They made every day full of fun, laughter, and enjoyable activities for both adults and children. A huge thank you to the entire animation team for their hard work, enthusiasm, and wonderful spirit. You truly made our holiday more special and unforgettable! 💃🎶 Special thanks to the hotel management and all the staff for their hospitality, warm welcome, and dedication. It was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely love to visit again. ❤️🌹

This is an authentic, raw review for people considering staying here. I don't expect the issues mentioned below to improve, judging by the management's rather generic replies to other reviews. 😂 Special thanks to Ashraf, Ahmed, Khaled, Mohammed, Ali (all from F&B section) + Ibrahim (selling shishas) for taking care of us. Give these guys a raise. Shoutout to the housekeeping team. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Reception - pure comedy, funnier than the animator team itself. We received a secret code of another guest and could see the guests bookings in the Jasmine Palace application the whole time. They also clearly can't read Latin characters because when we asked for our passports they started to hand us all possible passports that were there. 😂 Probably poor organization and chaos in room numbers assigned. Also, one day, we came to our room and saw a guy changing our card lock scanner. Out of nowhere. He said that our cards are not going to function anymore and that we have to get new ones at the reception. Oh well, thanks man, appreciate it. 😂 But at least they all speak a bit of English. The reception was kind and also changed our rooms on demand so all good. Food - well, quite good. Every day a different style (Egyptian / seafood / Asian etc...) so variety was there. Every breakfast / lunch / dinner, approximately 300 people rotated in the dining hall during the 2-3 hours. Especially if a company had an event there. Quite overcrowded. We were giving out quite a lot of tips so we always managed to get a table. The quality of food varied a bit depending on how familiar the chefs were with the cuisine type but beer was always good. 😂 We didn't experience any stomach issues or anything so all good. Place - 10 / 10. Beautiful landscape, beautiful environment and surroundings. They are clearly taking care of the place. The resort is quite huge so everywhere you walk, you walk approximately for 5 minutes from point A to point B (for example from your room to the beach). All in all, not a bad experience. I recommend this place to people who are looking for entertainment and for some constant action but NOT for people looking for peace & quiet. You'll get harassed by the animation team all the time to do stuff with them. If you don't, they start to get pushy. Was amusing for the first 3 days, wanted to punch some of them right in the face for the rest of the vacation. 😂 Not to mention vendors harassing you on the beach, pushing you to buy dolphin show / massage / blah blah but that's common in some resorts so I'm used to it.

We had a wonderful holiday at Jasmine Palace and overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, very well maintained, and offers plenty of activities and entertainment for both adults and children. The speciality restaurants were excellent, with lovely food and a great dining experience every time we visited. The only area that could be improved was the quality and variety of food in the two main buffet restaurants. On some occasions, we found it difficult to find dishes that appealed to us, despite not being particularly fussy eaters. We also felt that the children's ice cream and slushy was only available for a short period each day, meaning our little one often missed out. Most of the staff were absolutely amazing – incredibly friendly, welcoming, and hardworking. A special mention goes to the team at the juice bar, who were always cheerful and provided fantastic service. We did find some of the reception staff a little frustrating at times, as they occasionally came across as rude and unhelpful. Despite these minor issues, we loved our holiday so much and made some wonderful memories. We would happily return and would recommend Jasmine Palace to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing family holiday in Hurghada.
