I don’t know where to start but… I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Jasmine Palace Resort in Egypt. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with anything needed. The resort itself is beautiful, well maintained, and offers a relaxing atmosphere with plenty of activities to enjoy throughout the day. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the animation team. They are incredibly attentive, energetic, and genuinely care about making guests feel included and entertained. Whether it was pool activities, games, or evening shows, they created such a fun and friendly environment that made every day enjoyable. A special mention goes to one of the animators a girl with braids from the Czech Republic who was absolutely amazing. Her enthusiasm, kindness, and ability to engage with everyone really stood out. She made a big effort to include everyone and made the experience even more memorable. Overall, the entertainment team added so much to the holiday, and their dedication really shows. I left feeling relaxed, happy, and already thinking about coming back. I would highly recommend Jasmine Palace Resort to anyone looking for a great holiday with fantastic staff and entertainment.

The hotel its self is lovely, the staff are fantastic and very helpful. The food in the buffet restaurants have plenty of choice, we weren't a massive fan of the chinese restaurant, you will get approached a lot poolside to book camel rides, massages, boat trips etc but just ask for a red flag to put on your post and they won't bother you. You have to pay extra for the juice bar or fancy cocktails or nicer coffees which I didn't like as its a all inclusive resort. All in all its a great place with great staff especially the entertainment team

Very good location, lovely big complex with lots to do. Staff were so friendly and great entertainment in the evenings. Always a welcoming atmosphere and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Cleaners are great, they made amazing towel decor which was exciting. Very child friendly. And good range of food all day. Will definitely be returning:)

The hotel and layout is brilliant. I love the way the pools are so you feel there’s lots of space around the pool. Rooms are very clean and big. The staff and very friendly and very helpful. My only complaint is being a vegetarian there wasn’t much choice in food but adding gluten free was harder but after talking to people the will make you meals that are ok for me to eat. But all in all a very nice hotel to stay in

We spent 3 weeks at the jasmine palace and we have no complaints. Very spacious room, exceptionally clean throughout the whole resort. All the staff are helpful, Friendly and welcoming, a special thank you to Muhammad at the Arorau buffet restaurant he was amazing, and also yoseff, and Abdul at the wave bar. I am a very fussy, picky eater,but managed to enjoy some really good food. we will definitely be going back next year x
