Had a great time November 25. Rooms are slightly dated, but clean and functional with nothing to complain about. The only thing I would say is the sockets are all vertical, not horizontal. This impacted some of the plug ins for mozzys etc. but other than that fine. Service from staff was exemplary in all areas. Frequent waiter service in all areas and staff always willing to help. Facilities were great with multiple restaurants, bars, lobbies and seating areas. Kids accomodated too by aqua park, pool, and the animacion team, as well as the beach. Enormous footprint of a site, and can also use facilities in the sister hotel on the same grounds. Close to the airport too...transfer took around 20 mins in a taxi. Really enjoyed it and will book again again

The check-in process was quick and efficient, and we were immediately impressed by the hotel’s elegant design and stunning atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, offering every comfort you could wish for. The housekeeping team did an amazing job keeping everything fresh and immaculate each day. The food was simply outstanding — an incredible variety at every meal, with something delicious for every taste. The themed restaurants were especially memorable, offering both local and international cuisine prepared to perfection. The pool areas and water park were a dream! There’s something for everyone — whether you want to relax in peace or enjoy some fun activities with the family. The beach was just as impressive: clean, well-maintained, and perfect for snorkeling or simply soaking up the sun. What truly sets the Titanic Palace apart, though, is the staff. Every single person we met went above and beyond to make our stay special. Their friendliness and professionalism made us feel like valued guests every moment of our vacation. We’ve stayed at many resorts, but Titanic Palace truly stands out for its combination of luxury, comfort, and genuine hospitality. We’re already looking forward to coming back! Highly recommended for couples, families, and anyone who wants an unforgettable holiday experience in Egypt!

I stayed at Titanic Palace again after 12 years, and the quality has clearly dropped. The hotel definitely does not feel like a 5-star property. Rooms are worn out and cleaning was poor. Food was repetitive with very limited variety. Staff seemed tired and not very friendly. Entertainment and animation were weak, and there were almost no pool activities. Overall, the Ultra All Inclusive service did not meet expectations. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the hotel based on this stay.

There is nothing to complain about with this hotel, would recommend it to anyone! Super friendly and helpful staff. Lots of great food options, great pools and plenty of sun beds too! Overall amazing hotel would definitely stay again
