lol Where shall i start……. Currently writing this from the hotel with no wifi i had to pay extra for. Let’s break it down Food- awful, on first night found hair in my food (which wasn’t the only time) not good selection either. If you have a child that’s a picky eater they will be eating their frozen fries. Also you have to pay for everything extra, smoothies extra. Waffles extra. Ice cream extra unless you get the watered down one for free. Fruit extra. Everything extra. Money money money. That’s all it is. “À la cart” restaurant get one free meal but its “fully booked” if you want to pay extra its ok….. snacks bar only serves same stuff every day (koftas in a bun) or leftover hotdogs from the morning. No coctail menu or drink menu. Will tell you to hurry up to make an order and pull faces when u ask them if they have anything specific. Deserts dont have labels. If you have allergy good luck. Non of the food has allergy labels. Overall hotel- stinks of sewage especially reception and entertainment area. Impossible to stay outside. Made us feel sick. Kids play areas not open. Towels get stolen, staff don’t care will say not my problem. Beds taken at 7 am (the front one, “heated pool” ). Unable to relax all staff try sell you things… smoothies, spa, excursions and make up their own prices… be careful. Rooms- we changed our room 3 times…. First one. Ew. Said we can smoke in the room even though we booked balcony and we didn’t get one. Cleaned well to be honest, can’t fault them. Other family got bit by bed bugs a LOT. Staff- very unprofessional. Many will ask if you’re single. The shisha man is nice but tried to rip me off at first until he realised i smoke 3 shishas a day. Got my shisha in the end for £10 from £20. Taxis are more expensive, use the app “in drive” they rip you off at the hotel. Staff at the cafe were nice. Reception awful, asked for manager but they didn’t get us him and refused to help with issues. Location- nothing around it just 2 shops that make up their own prices. There’s so many more the list could go on but i just can’t wait to get on my flight….. peace out

Me and family all 19 of us stayed at the El Karma in February.. and can honestly say that the staff were amazing.. my cleaner Khalid Amin was so friendly and made sure we had all our essentials every morning and asked if we needed anything else which I thought was extremely helpful and sweet of him. our room was cleaned everyday.. rooms are so spacious. all staff are welcoming and friendly.. definitely coming back here again😘

our recent stay at El Karma Aqua Beach Resort. My family of six stayed at your hotel from 10th February 2026, and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing. Firstly, the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms was unacceptable. The rooms were dirty upon arrival, and we discovered bed bugs in the beds. Both myself and my children were bitten during the night, which caused discomfort and distress throughout our stay. Secondly, the hotel facilities and services did not match what was advertised on your website. The BBQ restaurant was closed during our stay, and only the main restaurant was open. The food lacked variety and was repetitive every day. Additionally, several of the water slides were not working. For the slides that were operating, there were not enough floats available. We had to wait approximately 45 minutes to get a float, and when we finally received one, the handles were broken and some were not properly inflated. The overall condition and service of the hotel do not reflect a 4-star rating as advertised. In our opinion, the standard was far below what we expected and paid for. This was meant to be a family holiday, but instead it caused stress and disappointment. I would appreciate a full investigation into this matter and appropriate compensation for the poor experience we encountered.

My experience was really good. The food was nice and the drinks were good too. I had lots of fun at the swimming pools and played with friendly cats. The animation team was really friendly. Sam the tunisian guy was very kind, funny, welcoming, helpful, amazing and entertaining. He lighted up our whole experience with his big smile. The hotel was very friendly and welcoming. Samah was very helpful and kind. I really recommend this hotel for families.

The food was average. Room service Kept leaving 2 towels when there was 3 of us, gym opened at 10am, booze was awful paid all inclusive spent more on alcohol in the other bar, pestered every day 4/5 times for massage etc, no night time entertainment except y Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, entertainment staff did morning Dane one and afternoon one looked bored, nothing for teens. Staff were lovely. Will not be returning.
