Simply the finest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was perfect from the rooms, staff, location and the facilities. We stayed in a Star Prestige Junior Suite in the La Balconada terrace and it was fantastic. The room was well appointed and immaculate with a very comfortable bed essential for me as I have a bad back. The whole area was so peaceful with plenty of sunbeds, free drinks and snacks throughout the day and what better way to enjoy a relaxing sundowner than in one of the whirlpool baths! My wife is coeliac and the hotel was very accommodating ensuring gluten free bread and sandwiches which was a lovely touch. Special mention to all the staff including Davide, Manuel, Sophia, Ghojan and Diana who always greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome. Tiziana was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. This was our first stay at the hotel but we are already looking at coming back later in the year. Yes really it’s that good!!

We had a fantastic time here at El Mirador. We both came for relaxation, sunshine and de-stressing & we certainly got that. The staff were so friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. The array of food in the morning for breakfast was incredible & we tried all restaurants while we were here & they were all excellent. The weather was sunny every day and the location of the hotel was perfect. We would definitely like to return next year.

Just back from a week at this wonderful hotel. Comfortably, the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The facilities, location, food and drinks are excellent - the thing that really sets it apart is the exceptional customer service - staff are falling over themselves to help you and all very friendly indeed. The guys who get your loungers set up; the yoga / pilates instructor who gets you moving; friendly bar staff serving you great cocktails; very welcoming reception staff; and the breakfast team who were unbelievably on the ball with clearing plates and being there exactly when you need something - Genuinely, world class service! The breakfast buffet is sublime! First time in an Iberostar, but I will be checking their other hotels first, when booking our next holiday. Faultless!!

After staying at all the nearby 5* Hotels, the El Mirador is by far the most superior. Just got back from our 2nd stay in their Star Prestige rooms, and yet again, it didn't disappoint. The important thing to be said about this hotel in which ever room you stay in, is the beautiful "consistency" of excellence in all the staff. It has to be said, their recruitment and training program is certainly their best asset. Everyone is just so happy 😊 and it shows through the perfect service in ALL the departments. The amount of guests we've met who are regular returns surely proves the point, we are now part of the El Mirador family. Special thanks to our butler team, Diana & Sophia, restaurant and bar staff, David, Felitzia, Roberto & Jennifer, and all the others who made our stay a memorable one 🏆🏆🏆 See you again, soon I hope 🙏 Howard & Kay 🙂

We have just returned from out eighth stay at the Mirador and as always it was an excellent stay. The main thing that makes the Mirador such a pleasurable place to stay are the staff. We would, in particular, like to give a big thanks to Diana, Sophia and Pablo from the butler service and Tiziana from the management team for being so wonderful at what they do. I am sure they genuinely enjoy making sure guests have a wonderful stay. The hotel is quiet and clean but may be ready for a refurbishment some time in the future. The buffet restaurant is very good and I've never had a meal there I haven't enjoyed. The al a carte element is its saving grace. We are already looking to return later in the year. It would be remiss not to also give a thank you to Mr Clement, the manager, who makes it all happen.
