We have just returned following an excellent all inclusive holiday at Salome Tenerife. Having previously experienced many other top resorts on Tenerife, we consider this to be the best we have found. This is effectively a ‘hotel within a hotel’, providing an adults only experience, with exclusive facilities such as dedicated breakfast restaurant, separate bar/lunch restaurant, a good size pool, separate infinity pool with massage jets, all with extensive views of the ocean. All of the facilities of the main hotel (Anthelia) are available, restaurants, extensive buffet, etc. We did not use the Spa so cannot comment on that. Undoubtedly the ‘icing on the cake’ is the outstanding customer service, from both the personal Butler service and every member of staff we encountered, be that the bar and restaurant teams or the housekeeping team. We highly commend them all, too numerous to name everyone individually, Aldair and Raquel, Rebeka and Janeth, to mention a few, thank you all, we will return!

This is the perfect place to relax. The small annex to the much larger Anthelia gives the best of both worlds. Adults only and quiet, with its own lovely pool area, plenty of comfortable sun loungers and staff who provide friendly service. Lots of treats and extras and the butler team are very helpful both in arrangements for dinner reservations and information. Especially Aldair who gave us so many great recommendations about how to explore this beautiful island. There are the bars and restaurants of the main part of Costa Adeje if you want more lively entertainment and walking in the opposite direction to the village of La Caletta takes about an hour of easy walking.

Couldn't fault the service at the Joia Salome. Its part of a much larger (family) hotel but this part is the private adults only area. Service is incredible and the staff are all lovely and very friendly. Food is pretty decent too at the a la carte restaurants (which we've exclusively been using as we have the all inclusive package). Particular shout out to Vicky who was especially lovely and looked after me throughout my stay (i'm pregnant). I'd flag the clientelle is older at salome and we were the youngest by some distance, but we wanted peace and quiet and a relaxing holiday so it was perfect for us. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay!

We've had a fantastic week at the Salome, for our honeymoon. What a lovely hotel,the staff were without exception absolutely lovely, they really couldn't do enough for you,especially Rebeca in the pool bar area.The facilities are first class and the food was excellent.Our accommodation was superb with a terrace overlooking the pool area with our own sun loungers and chairs as well.The bath had it's own jacuzzi function which we liked.The pool area is lovely and it's just a very short walk to the beach.Its not the cheapest place to holiday, but with complimentary Tattinger and Cava on tap was very acceptable.If you're looking for an adults only hotel I would highly recommend this.

This hotel has been fabulous in every way. The Salomé is part of a bigger family hotel and has mate every expectation. The hotel is spotlessly clean, has lovely restaurants and good entertainment at night. All staff have been lively and incredibly helpful. A special shout out to our butler Jocelyn and our pool server, Amanda. Both have gone over and above to make sure our stay has been perfect. Thank you to both of them. We will most definitely be back.
