Our room was very elegant, we were welcome with Dubai chocolates, bowl of fruits and cute camel plushies for our kids! ♥️ The view from the hotel and around the resort was breathtaking!💕 I especially love our view from Pierchic😍 The water was so clear on the beach, I can see fishes swimming from the ONDA bridge! We had our first dinner at Laparrilla, the journey from Al-Qasr to Jumeirah beach hotel at night was just a breath of fresh air. Very romantic scenery everywhere. So many good restaurants with beautiful views next to the Arabian Sea, definitely would stay here again! 😁 The only hiccup was when we checkout, the receptionist didn’t take her time to explain thoroughly additional charges made, I assumed she was new, but other than that, a great hotel and experience for me and my family, Syukur Alhamdulillah 🥰

The hotel is huge and really great. Staying here by business, I was really very impressed by the hotel´s conference team, their help and professionalism is top notch. Min is one of best event managers I have met over my 25 years experience in hospitality. The real problem is that other hotels staff still trying talking in russian to Ukrainians, as the nice touch to chat and even if you mind russian language, telling that I am Ukrainian and don’t speak russian, they still insist that it´s the same language. May be some additional training required for the staff not only to be nice but recognise some conflicting issues? And please, tell them we are not the SAME SAME as they are claiming

Mind blowing, amazing, spectacular…take your pick they all apply here. We arrived in Dubai the evening and drove into the hotel while it was bathed in the best lighting I’ve ever seen. We couldn’t believe how beautiful it was. From the gold statues of stallions through to the magnificent entry, this place went straight to the top of the list. Everywhere you look there is beauty, tasteful, luxurious and welcoming. There is too much to detail here it is quite overwhelming. The restaurants, (best breakfast ever!) bars, pool area and the beach are all absolute number 1 of anything we have encountered anywhere in the world. Then there’s the staff. So friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient, they are key to the hotels success. The rooms are stunning, we loved the traditional touches and the pure luxury. Do yourself a favour….stay here and reward yourself. It is firmly in our number 1 spot.
