Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities and service. Our room was cleaned twice a day, which made the stay feel very comfortable and well taken care of. We had a night flight and arrived early in the morning, but check-in was smooth and there was no problem arriving early. We booked a club room with lounge access, so while waiting for our room we were able to relax in the lounge. At that time they were still serving breakfast, which was a very nice bonus after the flight. The elevator ride up to the rooms offers a beautiful view of the Museum of the Future, which is a nice touch and makes the arrival to your floor feel special. Breakfast in the main restaurant was easily an 11/10 a fantastic selection and great quality. The pool area was also very nice. There is a covered pool for kids, which is great for families. Special thanks to the lifeguard who was very alert and attentive at all times, which made the pool area feel very safe. We would definitely recommend this hotel. One small point for improvement: although our stay was very pleasant overall, we felt the staff at the lobby could be a bit more welcoming. Overall, a wonderful stay and a hotel we would happily return to.

I have been staying at Jumeirah Emirates Towers for over 20 years, and it has always been one of my preferred hotels in Dubai. On this recent stay, we arrived at 5:00 AM despite having booked and paid for the room from the previous day (12:00 PM onward). The front desk team was kind enough to check us in immediately, which we truly appreciated. Suite 1000 However, shortly after entering the room, we noticed the air conditioning was not functioning properly. While trying to adjust it, I removed the blanket and unfortunately discovered what appeared to be a bed bug. I had also felt a bite earlier, which was very concerning and disappointing, especially at a five-star property. To their credit, the reception team acted quickly and changed our room immediately. That responsiveness was appreciated. However, we did not receive any formal apology or acknowledgment of the seriousness of the issue, which felt unusual for a hotel of this standard. Additionally, on the day of checkout, a delivery rider was denied access to the hotel because the room had already been marked as checked out. While I understand policies, the situation could have been handled with more flexibility and courtesy. I share this feedback with respect and with the hope that standards continue to match the reputation this hotel has built over the years. I do have photos but prefer not to create a major issue

had a great stay at this 5-star hotel and would definitely come back. Here is a breakdown of my experience: • Service & Staff: The employees are extremely helpful and kind, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. • Rooms & View: The rooms are clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Plus, the view from the room is simply superb. • Dining: The breakfast offers a wide variety of high-quality options. While the bar on the 51st floor was unfortunately closed, there is a great outdoor bar on the 1st floor with various activities to enjoy. • Check-in/Check-out: Although an early check-in was not possible, the hotel was very accommodating by granting a late check-out instead. • Minibar: The minibar is well-stocked, though the prices are very high. • Location & Transport: • Very easy to reach by car, offering both valet and self-parking. • The Metro Red Line station is about a 7–10 minute walk away. • Perfectly located: only 1 station from the World Trade Center and 2 stations from the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. Summary: A fantastic stay with minor downsides regarding minibar pricing. I would gladly stay here again!

Amazing location and top-notch service! Had a wonderful stay at the Jumeirah Emirates Towers. The location is unbeatable—right next to the Museum of the Future and a stone's throw from the metro . The room was spacious with incredible city views, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I've had . The staff were attentive and made the experience even better. Highly recommend for both business and leisure!
