We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful resort from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and well taken care of, and we had a fantastic experience overall. The true jewels of this resort are the people who work here. Every single team member we encountered was kind, professional, and genuinely committed to making our stay special. This applies across all departments — the service level is outstanding. A very special mention goes to Ajed, who took care of our room during our stay. His attention to detail, dedication, and warm attitude made a real difference for us. We truly appreciate his hard work and effort — thank you, Ajed! The resort itself is stunning, with a wonderful pool area and a beautiful private beach that invites you to relax and unwind. The restaurants within the hotel are also not to be underestimated — we enjoyed excellent food and great variety throughout our stay. All in all, we had a great experience and would happily return. We can’t wait to see the new rooms. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-quality resort with exceptional service and a fantastic atmosphere.

My stay at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray was truly unforgettable. The hotel’s Ottoman-inspired architecture and luxurious interiors create a unique and elegant atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The rooms are spacious, beautifully furnished, and extremely comfortable, with attention to every detail. The private beach is stunning and well maintained, and the pool area is perfect for relaxing. The breakfast selection is excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality dishes. The Talise Ottoman Spa is absolutely world-class and a must-visit. The staff were friendly, attentive, and highly professional throughout our stay. I would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

This is my favourite hotel in Dubai, and it is top rated for a reason. The culture in this hotel is second to none. The staff are super lovely all the time and really well trained and supported. The staff turnover seems quite low and we always come back to the same friendly faces at each visit. It is really consistently good. We've been staying here for winter sun since 2022 and you can feel the consistency every time you visit. The food in the Imperial restaurant is superb with great variety across the week. The staff are very flexible, and listened to our request for a quiet room, and the manager Kamilla Chakir helped us overcome a personal difficulty with exceptional skill and kindness. Also a special mention to for Jose, who provides free of charge life advice by the pool! There are lots of perks round the pool from the person who cleans your sunglasses, to the fresh fruit that comes around in the afternoon. The pool is big but do not worry, the little ones will be safe, with at least 5-6 lifeguards on duty at any one time. One more thing that I really like is that they have stopped offering day passes, so the hotel feels quiet and restful, without filling up with day trippers at the weekend, a really nice touch that puts guests first. I can't fault it.

We’ve stayed in lots of hotels in Dubai and on the palm but this was our favourite stay ever. Even though the room was a little tired and in need of an update the service we consistently received throughout our stay was exceptional. However the bed was very comfortable, huge bath was amazing and the room in general was huge! The service was where this hotel truly stood out. From the happy friendly room cleaning team, to the beach team to the service in the restaurants at night, everyone we encountered made us feel cared for with their exceptional service. We loved little touches like water being immediately brought to you at the beach/ pool in a cool bag with ice. The spa was without doubt the best hotel spa we’ve had in Dubai and I would return for this alone. However I have learned that it is no longer included in a stay with the hotel which I think is a huge shame as it’s why I booked in the 1st place. It’s separated out as men and women but there are several different amazing areas such as 2 saunas, steam room, SNOW ROOM, hot tub, warm pool, chill out areas and thallaso therapy pool we could use it every day which was such an amazing option to have included. All of the food we had from the breakfast to the Indian and Lebanese restaurants on an evening was delicious and well priced (we just had b&b but chose to eat in these as we’d heard good things and they didn’t disappoint. Oh and even the room service was excellent food and never took too long. The final thing is the other guests. We stayed in the W palm last year and paid more than the ZS but the clientele was not great. However, at the ZS, everyone was respectful, not drunk, not loud, classy, tasteful and respectful. We will be returning to the ZS for sure

We recently hosted a company breakfast and it was a wonderful experience. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious food, fresh fruits, and refreshing drinks. The staff were extremely helpful, professional, and welcoming, making everything seamless. The hotel was spotless, smelled beautiful, and had such authentic, luxurious vibes throughout. A truly lovely setting for both corporate events and leisure highly recommended.
