Our stay at JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai was truly outstanding. From the very moment we stepped out of the car, we felt a sense of genuine warmth and hospitality. The welcome at the entrance was gracious, and the front desk team handled our arrival with efficiency, professionalism, and sincere kindness. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably maintained, with a spectacular view of the Dubai skyline. Waking up to that view each morning was something my mother will never forget, especially as this was her first visit to Dubai to celebrate her birthday. What impressed us most was the attentiveness of the team. Every question we had was responded to promptly, and any small request was handled with care. The level of coordination between departments truly reflects a well-managed luxury property. A special thank you to Reshma and Dipshika for their thoughtful communication and personal attention throughout our stay. Their professionalism and warmth made a meaningful difference in our experience. The breakfast experience was also excellent — beautifully presented, diverse, and of very high quality. This hotel manages to combine scale and sophistication with genuine human warmth, which is not easy to achieve. We leave with wonderful memories and sincere appreciation. Highly recommended, and we would gladly return.

What an INCREDIBLE hotel and Staff that run the hotel. The resilience strength , care, hospitality that your staff have despite the current situation the staff here at the Marriott have made it feel relaxed inside and continue to make things feel normal despite probably feeling anxious themselves. This hotel is safe, strong, clean, professional and grand. Thank you JW Marriott and all of the team from the cleaners, the cooks, the managers, the door men , the room delivery staff that delivered the food and also reassured me when I told them I felt worried , you are incredible . You certainly are more than a 5 star hotel, your staff carry this place with Grace and dignity and have inspired me to be honest. If I ever come back to Dubai I would come back to this hotel as they have consistently, always been remarkable.

We had a wonderful stay and were accommodated in the Deluxe Corner Suite which was spacious comfortable and had lovely views. The room service was exceptional and the food was always delivered fresh and hot. We opted for the half board package and both the breakfast and dinner spreads were excellent with a wide variety of options although there is some room to further improve the dessert selection. The staff were warm welcoming and always smiling and greeting us. A special mention for the thoughtful gesture of gifting our 6month baby a sweet camel soft toy which was truly appreciated. While the hotel is not within walking distance of Dubai Mall the location is still very convenient. Taxis are always easily available and the hotel also provides a complimentary hourly shuttle service to downtown. Overall it was a great experience and we truly enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I had such an incredible experience here for our honeymoon. We'd had such a long travel time by the time we arrived (15 hours of flight time), and were praying for a smooth check in. Amr did such a great job. He made us feel so welcomed. Also, once he found out it was our honeymoon he upgraded us to an Executive Suite, and gave us some wonderful chocolate as a gift. The room was breathtaking, as it had such a great view of the city. The lounge was amazing as well. Every meal was great, and the service was excellent. Can't wait to visit again, and definitely look forward to staying here again.
