A wonderful hotel with very comfortable rooms, great poolside facilities, and good food options. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The service, however, was a bit of a mixed experience the staff always followed up on requests, but delivery was noticeably slow. To be fair, the hotel was fully booked during my stay and it’s a huge property with multiple towers, so that may have contributed. The only real downside for me was the location. It consistently took around an hour just to get out of the road opposite the hotel and leave the business district. If you’re on a tight schedule or have multiple meetings across the city, the traffic around this area can be quite challenging. Otherwise, a solid hotel with good amenities.

Excellent location and large rooms which are in a good state. I am always impressed how a hotel w/ 1011 rooms can run such a good operation. Breakfast can be busy but is still good. The Exec Lounge is one of the best in the Middle East. The pool is fairly small though and the pool area lacks a bit of love. The Vault on floor 71 would be a great bar - on a normal weekday though all the woman at the bar are escorts (often 10-15 at a time), something which isn’t really a problem for the hotel. Traffic around the hotel is a mess and taxis not always available.

I had an amazing one-day pool access experience at Aqua. still one of my favorite pool spots in the city! The panoramic Downtown views are stunning, and the AED 150 redeemable on F&B is such a great deal. The food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. Special shoutout to Kelvin and Anubav for their great service and help with my order. The whole venue feels peaceful and relaxing… truly the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a day by the pool.

One of the largest downtown Dubai hotels, the view of it from outside is almost better than the views from inside. Overall excellent service from the staff, you may never have to leave since there are so many different restaurants to choose from, and if you are given access to the club lounge, you can work and eat there too. The rooms are very well spread out from each other so you dont see or here much from the hallways, there is a nice curve to the hallways and lighting. The hotel is so big that each floor almost had its own lobby with seating area (as big as some hotels actual lobby). There are many elevators but still can take a few minutes sometimes for your elevator to arrive. There is some kind of system that assigns you an elevator as soon as you press the button. The rooms themselves have comfortable beds and a high end shower and bathtub. The pool has the pool and then also a sun deck area which is larger and less crowded. The pool does get crowded quickly (the lounge chairs not in the actual pool) but it is well attended to for towels and food/bar. There is even a small complimentary sunscreen dispenser by the pool check in desk. The best view of the hotels tower is from the pool. Did not try any of the restaurants but there is a great selection of different types of cuisine and all have elegant modern decor. Overall it was an excellent stay and highly recommended in the downtown Dubai area.

JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai delivered an exceptional experience. From the moment we checked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a beautiful night view of the city. The pool area is one of the most impressive parts of the hotel. It’s spotless, well-organized, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Watching the Burj Khalifa view directly from the pool is truly unforgettable. The sunbed setup, towel service, and poolside hospitality were all perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and top-level service in Dubai. I would love to visit again soon.
