This hotel is good for business travelers or for a short stay. The Saray spa was the highlight for us. Great massage and fantastic facility. Carry a swimwear if you intend to use their steam and sauna rooms. Keep atleast 30 mins extra after the massage to truly enjoy the experience. We chose this hotel for our anniversary and were disappointed as they didnt do anything special. Considering the high standards of hotels in Dubai, this is a let down. Other Mariott properties are well ahead in this game The housekeeping didnt turn up the second day despite our requests. VNTG is a great place to try wines and chees. Not many such places in Dubai. Btw, this should be included in the 30% discount for deals for Mariott members. The property is huge and have plenty of elevators ( very important as the hotel is high rise ). The breakfast is decent spread- they make fresh Indian dishes which are well done.

Our stay at the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai was absolutely exceptional. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and incredibly clean. The staff was always friendly, professional, and very attentive. The leisure and sports facilities were excellent, and everyone truly enjoyed their time there. What impressed us most was the outstanding cleanliness, organization, and luxurious atmosphere throughout the entire hotel. We felt welcomed and comfortable from the very beginning. A big compliment to the entire team — this hotel truly deserves the highest praise. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful stay at JW Marriott Marquis Business Bay. The entire experience was absolutely amazing, from check-in to check-out. The staff were extremely helpful, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The best part of the stay was definitely the incredible variety of food served during both dinner and breakfast. The staff at Kitchen6 guided us through all the different live kitchens and cuisines, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. With six different cuisines available, there was something for everyone. The gym, spa, and swimming pool were all very clean, well-maintained, and pleasantly less crowded, which made the experience even more relaxing. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay, even though it was only for one day. We will surely plan another visit very soon.

Every single staff member made us feel so welcomed and cared for. A special shoutout to bellman Simpo, who made our honeymoon extra special 🥹 He was always so friendly, chatting with us and making us feel at home. When he found out we were on our honeymoon, he even surprised us with thoughtful gifts & a handwritten note, such a sweet gesture we’ll never forget! He also patiently helped us with directions whenever we needed. We also want to thank Jayamuthu at the front desk, who has been incredibly kind and patient throughout our stay. Always greeting us with the warmest smile every time we left or returned, it really made a difference in our experience. Honestly, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. Outstanding stay at JW Marriott! The service was exceptional from start to finish, and the staff went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome. They prepared thoughtful surprises for our daughter, and every detail of our stay was handled with genuine care. The room was spacious, the amenities were excellent, and the views were fantastic. Easily one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at, and we would happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.
