We had a really enjoyable stay at Kaila Beach Hotel from start to finish. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, making us feel genuinely looked after throughout our visit. The room was beautifully kept — cleaned every single day, with water always restocked, and it never felt like anything was overlooked. It was fitted with good amenities and maintained to a high standard throughout our stay. Whenever we needed anything, whether it was a simple enquiry or a recommendation for something nearby, reception and guest relations were always happy to help and went out of their way to be useful. The photographer was also fantastic — very friendly and professional, and we’d really recommend having your pictures taken by him if you get the chance. We also treated ourselves to the spa, and it was well worth it — the hammam experience in particular was so relaxing (just a tip: do it before you’ve been in the sun, not after a sunburn!). This definitely won’t be our last visit to Kaila Beach Hotel — we’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

This was our second time staying at Kaila Beach Hotel, and once again we had a great experience. We enjoyed it so much that we’ve already made plans to come back next summer. Everything was great, but the staff and the food stood out especially. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the overall food quality was excellent. The only part we didn’t enjoy as much was the à la carte restaurant, which didn’t quite match the quality of the rest of the hotel. Overall, another excellent stay and we’re looking forward to coming back next year!

A Journey of Restoration at Kaila Beach Hotel As a business owner, I understand how difficult hotels are to operate. Exceptional hospitality is created by hundreds of people doing small things correctly every day. My partner Emilija and I arrived exhausted after flight delays and lost luggage, desperately looking for a sanctuary to recover. Kaila Beach Hotel became that exact space. Frontline & Guest Relations From the moment we checked in, the reception team (especially Violeta, Rana, and Erdem) handled us with genuine empathy and efficiency rather than a rigid transaction. Special thanks to Nadine and Pascal in Guest Relations for their active listening, and Sarah, Sedef, Drusel, and Filiz at the Lobby Bar for creating real human connections over Turkish coffee. Dining, Housekeeping & Operations Buffet service is tough, but the restaurant team (led by Erol, Irfan, Emrah, and Sous Chef Adem in the kitchen) worked tirelessly to deliver amazing variety and freshness. Ali and Nadia at the Patisserie served every sweet with genuine care, and Drusun kept our room pristine every single day. When we arrived, our bathroom lacked soap dispensers. However, by the time we checked out, management had installed brand-new, filled dispensers. Seeing a business spot an operational oversight and fix it in real-time shows an incredibly responsive leadership culture. Spa, Beach & Highlights The Spa & Wellness team (Ugur, Murat, Anna, Yunus, Agni) executed flawless Hamam and massage treatments that were vital to our physical recovery. Special shoutouts to Soner (the hotel photographer) for his warmth with guests, Aslan at the barber shop for a premium haircut, and Mustafa keeping the private beach immaculate under the 30°C sun. Hospitality is never measured by buildings or stars; it is measured by how people make you feel. We arrived carrying stress and left with beautiful memories. Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish, Kaila Beach Hotel is not only abundantly beautiful with so many places to eat and drink or relax by 3 different pools or in the spa or the multiple water slides even our balcony had beautiful mountain views; but the Staff are just so attentive- from the check in team to the room service- they have a big lovely smile and are happy to chat or even sit with you. The buffet has different food at all times of day and it’s different everyday, great food and (again) lovely staff. They welcomed us and joked with us from our arrival in the late evening and we made so many friends; ‘Sinton BBQ’ Restaurant had delicious food and presentation, special thanks to Berkay and Emre who made us feel SO Welcome everyday even just when walking by the hotel or the bar within, this hotel has great energy, opulent beauty and so much to do, from the Turkish baths and massages to the shops in the lobby and outside the hotel, what a great location, the market is an entire street right around the corner, there’s a tunnel straight from hotel to the beach- I cannot sing their praises enough. Also special thanks to the spa team because I never knew how badly I needed to experience a Turkish bath. Before this I would’ve never considered it. We’ll definitely be back next year, this place has been the greatest holiday of all time, we genuinely felt like we were treated like royalty- too good- all inclusive was also so worth it, free drink and food day and night music and vibes anytime of day, shows at night. This experience is going to be so hard to top for any holiday we go on for the rest of our lives. We even met the Boss- who was really nice and so interested to hear our experience, gave us some more free drinks on our way out as well as his card, thankyou Izzet- you the man. 15 stars out of 15, no notes.

We love coming back to this hotel... you really can't go wrong with the value for money. From the staff, to the cleanliness, to the rooms, to the food. What more can you ask for. Everyone is so friendly and we really appreciate the extra mile they go to. Entertainment and Customer relations get a special shout out. Thank you for making our holiday so good. 3rd year in a row and we look forward to coming back again.
