I had a wonderful experience staying at Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates. The level of hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail was truly exceptional throughout my stay. The staff were always welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to making guests feel comfortable. A special thanks and appreciation to Ms. Fatima, the Guest Relations Manager, for her outstanding service and warm hospitality. She handled everything with great professionalism, care, and elegance, making the experience even more memorable. Her dedication to guest satisfaction truly reflects the high standards of Kempinski. I am a regular customer at kempinski !!! It’s 9:30 already and since 5 pm i am waiting i need urgent action kindly contact me directly ! As i have booked earlier and have requested connected however, have been given a room in a maintenance floor and don’t want to change and request to downgrade or accommodate 8 people in one room!?!?! Please contact me this is not acceptable or allowed in any regulations to accommodate 8 in one bedroom It’s frustrating when management tells u u have this option or not !! I can’t understand how a 5 star hotel treating customers like this ! The bathroom has insects and water was yellow when we reached i have spoken to reception and no one took action i had to keep water running to clear and i had children

Next to the famous Mall of the Emirates and its metro station. The location is best. Ideal for tourists and businessmen alike. Plenty of activities and choices. The rooms are excellent. Some of the staff need to be schooled. Some are courteous. I didn't like the hotel lobby—strange design. Their valet staff are the best, but not their concierge or some of the front desk staff. Their breakfast remains to be excellent. Not for those who enjoy morning walks.
