I had such a wonderful experience at Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and extremely comfortable, with a perfect location and genuinely excellent service. The staff are always welcoming, attentive, and professional, which makes every stay feel special. A huge highlight for me is GRAY, the gym located inside the hotel. It is honestly one of the best gyms I have ever visited- stylish, spacious, perfectly equipped, and with an amazing atmosphere. It feels much more exclusive and inspiring than a typical hotel gym. Kempinski is definitely one of my favourite hotels in Dubai, and having GRAY inside makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommended!

An amazing stay at Kempinski Mall of the Emirates! Everything was perfect, from the beautiful room to the exceptional service. I especially appreciated the warm hospitality and the early check-in, which allowed me to enjoy the whole day comfortably. The reception team was outstanding. The Ski Chalet experience was truly exceptional. Having a private butler made the stay feel effortless—everything was just a WhatsApp message away, and every request was handled quickly and professionally. The stay included a delicious in-room breakfast, afternoon tea, two Snow Park tickets valid for six months, and two complimentary laundry items per stay, which was incredibly helpful as I was attending a wedding. The location is also perfect, with easy walking access to the mall. For around AED 2,500 per night, the value was outstanding. A special thank you to Amr from Room Reservations for his excellent assistance, and to our wonderful butlers, Laura and Angel, for their exceptional service. Thanks as well to the catering, housekeeping, and baggage collection teams for making our stay so memorable.

Next to the famous Mall of the Emirates and its metro station. The location is best. Ideal for tourists and businessmen alike. Plenty of activities and choices. The rooms are excellent. Some of the staff need to be schooled. Some are courteous. I didn't like the hotel lobby—strange design. Their valet staff are the best, but not their concierge or some of the front desk staff. Their breakfast remains to be excellent. Not for those who enjoy morning walks.
