Our stay at Kempinski was absolutely amazing. The hotel was spotless, and the location couldn’t have been more ideal. The staff truly make this property stand out from others — their warmth and professionalism were exceptional. A very special thank you to Ahmed at the front desk, who treated my family like his own. His kindness and attention made our stay even more memorable. Another heartfelt thank you to Rahman from Concierge for arranging all of our excursions seamlessly and for stepping in to support us when one of our outside drivers did not show up. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend this hotel.

Had a wonderful Iftar experience at this hotel during Ramadan. The atmosphere was beautiful and peaceful, perfect for breaking the fast. The buffet had a great variety of delicious dishes, from traditional Ramadan favorites to international options. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. Highly recommended for a special Iftar with family and friends.

Excellent 5 star service. Great gym. Pool a bit too cold right now. Fresh towels. Good products in the shower. All is safe and sound🥇 A bit far out to drive but totally worth it if spending a few hours there.

Our experience at the Kempinski Hotel on the Palm was exceptional from start to finish. We enjoyed a wonderful meal at the beachside restaurant — the food was excellent, the atmosphere relaxing, and the setting absolutely beautiful. We spent part of our day between the beach and the pool, and both areas were spotless, comfortable, and ideal for unwinding. A special mention goes to Bikram, whose service truly elevated our visit. He was incredibly attentive, genuinely pleasant, and made sure we felt taken care of throughout the day. His professionalism and warmth added a personal touch that made the entire experience even better. Overall, I would highly recommend the Kempinski Hotel to anyone visiting the Palm. Whether you’re looking for great food, stunning views, or outstanding service, this place has it all.

Got a day pass for my wife and the baby, absolutely well worth it, great service and beautiful location. Plenty of other kids as well which was a bonus! Very family friendly 👌 great cocktails and we enjoyed the food pool side.
