Our family stayed at Kempinski Hotel Palm Jumeirah for five nights, and it exceeded all our expectations. The hotel is truly luxurious, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. The facilities are excellent, and every member of the staff was genuinely warm, welcoming, and eager to help. The housekeeping team also deserves special recognition. Our apartment was always kept spotless, beautifully organised, and carefully prepared every day. Their attention to detail and consistently high standards contributed greatly to the comfort of our stay. A special thank you to Melina, Oksana, the lovely Kyrgyz lady at reception whose name I unfortunately cannot remember, as well as Birkam and Dosdon from the pool area. They were incredibly kind, professional, and always made us feel welcome. One thing that impressed us most was the dedication of the staff. We often saw the same team members serving breakfast in the morning, then working around the pool during the day, and later serving guests again at dinner. Despite what must have been long working hours, they never lost their smile, positive attitude, or energy. That level of professionalism and genuine hospitality deserves special recognition. This was our family's first visit to Dubai, and the hospitality of the entire Kempinski team made our holiday truly special, memorable, and meaningful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a premium luxury experience in Dubai.

We had a wonderful staycation at Kempinski. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, hospitable, and accommodating. The room was amazing, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The facilities were absolutely top-notch, and the swimming pool was one of the classiest and most beautiful pools we have seen. Everything about our stay felt elegant, relaxing, and truly five-star. We loved our experience and would definitely recommend Kempinski to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. We would be very happy to come back again.

On May 29th, my friend and I went to the hotel for a day pass. The evening before, we called the hotel to confirm the price because the website showed 159 AED for entry, including food. We wanted to make sure the information was correct. The lady on the phone confirmed that the price was indeed 159 AED and that meals were included. However, when we arrived at the hotel, the reception staff told us the price was actually 250 AED. They simply said, “Sorry, the same issue happened with another customer yesterday as well. If you pay 250 AED, you can enter.” Basically, they made us look like we were lying. We then asked to speak with the manager. Someone came to speak with us, but all they said was “sorry.” I do not even believe the woman we spoke to was the actual manager. The whole situation was handled very poorly. On top of that, the service was extremely bad. The staff outside were very slow, and the pool was not very clean. But more importantly, misleading customers like this is unacceptable. We are two women who came all the way there, paid for a taxi, and then felt forced to pay the higher amount because we did not want to go back after already arriving. We had to spend money we did not plan for because of false information given by the hotel staff. Why are you misleading people? Why are you giving false information to customers? If necessary, the phone calls should be reviewed. This was a very unpleasant experience and completely unworthy of a hotel like yours. I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone. I will report this situation to Dubai Tourism.

We had a wonderful stay at Kempinski Hotel & Residences Palm Jumeirah. We stayed in the Palm View Executive Suite with our family and four children, and the experience was excellent. The suite was very spacious, clean, comfortable, and most importantly, very quiet, which made it perfect for our family. The Palm view was beautiful, and we really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families. A special thank you to the reception team for being so kind, welcoming, and friendly throughout our stay. A particular thanks to Mr. Issam for his excellent service and hospitality. We truly enjoyed our experience and would be happy to stay again!

Overall day visit experience was pleasant, nice beach, cosy pool with a bar, big, clean and AC changing rooms with hot water and towels, dated lockers but operational. Staff was attentive and well mannered. We enjoyed the visit and would likely come again.
