We had a wonderful staycation at Kempinski. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, hospitable, and accommodating. The room was amazing, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The facilities were absolutely top-notch, and the swimming pool was one of the classiest and most beautiful pools we have seen. Everything about our stay felt elegant, relaxing, and truly five-star. We loved our experience and would definitely recommend Kempinski to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. We would be very happy to come back again.

On May 29th, my friend and I went to the hotel for a day pass. The evening before, we called the hotel to confirm the price because the website showed 159 AED for entry, including food. We wanted to make sure the information was correct. The lady on the phone confirmed that the price was indeed 159 AED and that meals were included. However, when we arrived at the hotel, the reception staff told us the price was actually 250 AED. They simply said, “Sorry, the same issue happened with another customer yesterday as well. If you pay 250 AED, you can enter.” Basically, they made us look like we were lying. We then asked to speak with the manager. Someone came to speak with us, but all they said was “sorry.” I do not even believe the woman we spoke to was the actual manager. The whole situation was handled very poorly. On top of that, the service was extremely bad. The staff outside were very slow, and the pool was not very clean. But more importantly, misleading customers like this is unacceptable. We are two women who came all the way there, paid for a taxi, and then felt forced to pay the higher amount because we did not want to go back after already arriving. We had to spend money we did not plan for because of false information given by the hotel staff. Why are you misleading people? Why are you giving false information to customers? If necessary, the phone calls should be reviewed. This was a very unpleasant experience and completely unworthy of a hotel like yours. I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone. I will report this situation to Dubai Tourism.

Had a wonderful Iftar experience at this hotel during Ramadan. The atmosphere was beautiful and peaceful, perfect for breaking the fast. The buffet had a great variety of delicious dishes, from traditional Ramadan favorites to international options. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. Highly recommended for a special Iftar with family and friends.

Got a day pass for my wife and the baby, absolutely well worth it, great service and beautiful location. Plenty of other kids as well which was a bonus! Very family friendly 👌 great cocktails and we enjoyed the food pool side.
