I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service and communication during my recent stay. The level of service we experienced was far below what one would expect from a five-star hotel. Your communication has been unbelievably poor. Frankly, it feels like a bad joke how poorly the service was handled, and your latest request has gone too far. When checking out, I specifically informed your staff that I had taken a single bottle of mineral water from the minibar and that I would like to pay for it. I was explicitly told that it was on the house and that I did not need to pay for it. Now, after I have already returned to Germany, I receive a request asking me to pay this amount. This is completely unreasonable. In addition, we experienced several other problems during our stay: • The afternoon room cleaning was forgotten on multiple days, even though we pressed the service button and called in advance. • We arranged luggage service with the reception one day in advance, yet when the time came no one knew anything about it, which caused us unnecessary time pressure. • There was blood visible in the bathroom that clearly did not belong to us. • On one morning, the room service was simply forgotten. • At check-in, the baby crib we had requested a week in advance was not prepared. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the incapable service we experienced. This does not reflect the standards of a five-star hotel in any way. Because of this experience, I will certainly share my experience with others.

I had an incredible experience at Le Boulevard in Dubai, and a huge part of that was thanks to our server Khaloua in the club Lounge. She was absolutely exceptional—so warm, radiant, and kind. It’s rare to meet someone so genuinely caring, and she made us feel like we were at home. Kempinski was our first hotel in Dubai, and if the level of service across the city is anything like it is here, then this is easily one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had worldwide. The staff is exceptional - attentive, efficient, and always available when needed. The rooms are of very high quality, spacious, and beautifully finished. A huge advantage is the direct connection to Dubai Mall and the proximity to Burj Khalifa. Highly recommended.
