Very clean and friendly hotel. All the staff work really hard all the time. The food is good for an all inclusive and you can always find something to eat. There is some repetition to the menu but nowhere near as much as I’ve experienced at other all inclusives and you can see how much the chefs care as the kitchen is open to the restaurant. The pool is clean and always seems to be plenty of sun loungers or places to sit in the sun. The drinks and cocktails are of a high quality and better than many other all inclusives. Overall a great place to stay on Crete!

Had a fantastic stay. Hotel was spotlessly clean, staff very helpful and friendly, particularly Ellie, and the chef was so accommodating with my wheat allergy. So many food options which were all delicious. Waiters and waitresses were all very professional and were quick to clean and set tables once empty. I could not fault this place and was sad to leave.

We had a wonderful stay at Sentido Kyknos Beach. The hotel offers a great atmosphere and very friendly service. A special thanks goes to the waiter Jannis, who took care of us in the evenings. His attentive service, warm personality, and good humor really lifted our mood and made our dinners extra enjoyable. He truly added a personal touch to our holiday.

It was a really nice stay in this hotel after the brand change to Sentido! Everything from the moment we completed our check in till we said goodbye was amazing! Really tasty food by breakfast but lunch and dinner was something else, a lot of vegetarian options and vegan food and the theme nights too! The whole restaurant had an elegant atmosphere and luxurious vibe! There were 2 pools well maintained and cleaned! Rooms are big and renovated and fully equipped (super extra the coffee machine in the room) and the cocktails at the bar delicious! We must admit though the highlight of the hotel is the a la carte restaurant with the Cretan cuisine and the friendliness of the staff! We will come back soon

The most beautiful hotel, in a fantastic location. The food has been absolutely delicious and varied every day. A good choice of all inclusive drinks at the bar including cocktails. Excellent service at the pool/bar especially from Christos who has been attentive, super friendly and helped us learn Greek! The à la carte restaurant and Mediterranean bbq night are also well worth a visit! We have loved our stay and hope to come back soon!
