Excellent. Stayed for two nights before Koh Sok national park. Very kind staff to give a free upgrade. Room was very nice. Staff were lovely and helpful with a communication for a transfer onwards to the the national park. Breakfast was world class. Huge selection of food and a dedicated section for eggs cooked as requested. I had intended staying three nights, but unfortunately a flight was cancelled and I had to redirect through Bangkok, so I only got to stay two nights and was a bit jet lagged. I joined the on site Thai boxing class in the garden area for some exercise. A young man there taught the class was a pure gentleman and excellent teacher. Very nice restaurant for food beside the beach. No negatives from me. My only suggestion would be for Mgt to not engage much with, "Karen like" Google one star reviews from trouble making customers. I would suggest simply to say "thank you for your business, you are free to leave a review as you like, and the hotel are also free not to have you return in future as a customer". Thanks again to all the staff.

Although it needs a little bit of love, it's still a beautiful hotel. The staff are wonderful, the facilities and proximity to the beach are great and the food is quite good as well, even if a bit overpriced. Our ocean front, pool access room was fantastic, and I really don't have any real complaints at all about anything. Don't expect a luxury experience, but do expect more than what you pay for.

Very nice hotel. Directly at the beach. If fully booked it's hard to get a sunbed at the beach after 9am. Staff is friendly and always trying to your day the best ever. Very good breakfast with Thai specialties and European breakfast dishes. Excellent coffee! We attended a lobster Easter party buffet dinner (1590 bht net per person) which was very delicious. We've been here for 4 times and never did regret it. Surrounding the hotel you have plenty of tourist orientated restaurants and bars. We preferred the original Thai restaurants (for example "Jim Fiske")on the big main street going through Khao Lak where you can eat healthy tasty local food for a fifth of the price of the pizza&hamburger tourist stuff. Yes you have to walk 1 km from la Flora to get there but it's worth it.

Best choice for Khao Lak Pang Nga accommodation. We had a pleasure time here. Every staffs are very friendly and give the excellence service. I would recommend all Thai and foreigners coming to stay here. Actually my family planned to stay for 3 days but we extended to 6 days due to all the great room and services. We're really impressed. The aroma spa here with P.Jim Kanthima is amazing! She gave the relaxing massage and release the pain. Recommend and give 10 out of 10 scores for her.

Beautiful resort with lovely rooms and staff. We stayed in a Seaside pool access room which was well worth the extra cost. The location was great being so close to the market, shops and restaurants (although a few more beachfront restaurants like Kamala Beach would have made it perfect). We did have dinner in the restaurant at the hotel once and wasn't that impressed. You can find much better food at a more reasonable price only a short walk away. The light show is an added bonus right at the hotel. If I was going back to Khao Lak I would definitely stay here again.
