The warmth and attentiveness of the reception team (Lucy, Karen and Phil) the impeccable service from the entire crew specially Hawley, the wonderful buggy driver ( forgot the name) the restaurant team ( Sarina) and the kids’ club Tara and Judy staff truly stood out. Every interaction was thoughtful, genuine, and delivered with such care. Even the pool area, the very cold drink very detailed for a need of toddler made by Kent and Romeo.❤️ What makes this place truly special is the way they go beyond simply providing excellent service—they make you feel genuinely valued. We celebrated our 12th Wedding Anniversary and Mother’s Day at Lapita, Dubai Parks and Resorts, Autograph Collection, and our stay was absolutely amazing from Day 1 until our Day 3 check-out. The room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable, with a lovely view overlooking the river area. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a wide variety of delicious food choices, and our little one enjoyed the unlimited ice cream during dinner. What truly made our stay extra special was the hospitality of the staffs. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Special thanks to Romeo, Samrat, Sulochaman, and Grace from the restaurant area for always making us feel comfortable and well taken care of every time we dined. We would also like to thank Tara, Judy, Phoo, Khalifa and Ojo from the Kids Club for being so accommodating and attentive. They ensured the kids’ enjoyment and safety at all times and prepared lots of fun activities that our child truly enjoyed and gave us moms time to relax. Appreciation as well to the receptionists, Marry , Dominic, Howly ,Gayan and Success, for the warm welcome and excellent customer service. Every time we saw them in the lobby, they always checked on us and asked if there was anything they could assist with. We really enjoyed our stay at Lapita! Such a lovely place to relax, unwind, and enjoy a little break with the family. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious with plenty of options. We stayed at Lapita Resort as a family of four with teens, over the Eid break. Despite the parks being closed, we had a very positive experience. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the service felt well coordinated across the resort. What stood out most was the attention to detail. Staff often anticipated needs rather than just reacting to them. The overall impression was of a well-trained team working efficiently together. A relaxing stay with genuinely good service throughout. Thank you and well-done! We hope to return soon.

We had such a great dining experience! The service was excellent, and all the staff were very accommodating and attentive. They kept checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed, which we really appreciated. A special shoutout to Chef Sanjeev! 👨‍🍳 He was amazing and even prepared Aglio e Olio pasta for us, and it was sooo good! 😍 The shrimp was definitely one of the best dishes too—absolutely delicious! Thank you, Chef Sanjeev and the whole team, for the wonderful food and great service. We really enjoyed our time and will definitely come back!
