We had a beautiful honeymoon at Le Blanc. The service and food were incredible. The mocktails were great at every restaurant. The butler service was so helpful and attentive. All the staff did a great job. We enjoyed the hydrotherapy circuit each day and took part in the craft activities and dance lessons. Live music at the meals and by the pool was great. We cannot say enough good about our time there.

I can't say enough good things about Le Blanc, but I especially wanted to recognize the spa and Ms. Rocio. Without exaggeration, Ms. Rocio gave me the best deep tissue massage I have ever had. She has an incredible touch and somehow found every area of pain and tension in my body. By the end of the session, I felt completely recharged. It was exactly what I needed before returning to the realities of work and everyday life. She was so exceptional that I immediately booked her for the rest of my stay. I am incredibly grateful for her skill and professionalism. Beyond the spa, the entire resort exceeded my expectations. The food was spectacular, the property was immaculate, and everything felt truly top shelf. The resort is the perfect size—large enough to offer everything you could want, yet intimate enough to never feel crowded. The rooms were beautiful, the service was outstanding, and every detail reflected a commitment to excellence. If you're visiting Le Blanc, do yourself a favor and book a massage with Ms. Rocio. It was one of the highlights of my entire trip, and I can't wait to come back.

I recently spent 7 days at LeBlanc Cancun with a friend on a girl’s trip in June 2026. This was her first experience at an all-inclusive resort so I was excited to share one of my favorite resorts with her. Previously I had only been to LeBlanc in Los Cabos so Cancun was new to me as well. I have to say the trip was amazing from beginning to end! We felt welcomed & pampered from the moment we were picked up at the airport and walking into LeBlanc felt like walking into paradise which of course started off with the warm neck wrap & welcome cocktail. We stayed one night in a regular room then moved to a Governor’s suite as we were offered an upgrade. The room was beautiful and perfect for the relaxing pampering trip we were anticipating! Our butlers (Juan and Rene) were amazing and took great care of us during the day and also in the evenings. So amazing to have your room set up at night with your preferred aromatherapy scents, pillow spray & chocolates. One day we had a bath drawn for the jacuzzi tub that overlooked the ocean & it was set up completely with bath salts, bubbles & rose petals. We ate at every restaurant (some of them twice) and enjoyed every one of them. The service and food was impeccable in all but I will say Bella was our favorite. We also really enjoyed Terrazza as well with the outdoor eating experience. I have never experienced this level of service anywhere except at LeBlanc resorts. The pools were great, not overcrowded and very clean. We never had an issue getting chairs and the pool staff took great care of us too. Oh and then there is the spa!!! Total luxury and pampering!! We went twice during our stay and both experiences were so exquisite. Each night after dinner we went to the Cavo Bar and spent a few hours enjoying the entertainment options there. The staff & bartenders there were the best, took great care of us & made every night fun. Thank you Maira, Raul, Ivan, Zacarias, Alex & Jhonathan!! Loved our Cavo night & will definitely be back to see you. We got to experience a beach canopy on our final day and that was a perfect end to a perfect trip. Thanks to Jesus and the rest of the staff there as well. Just total luxury all around – have never felt so pampered and relaxed. Can’t wait to come back!

The best resort I have stayed at hands down!!! Service is really important to me, and Le Blanc did not disappoint. From the moment we got there we were treated like royalty almost!! Welcome drinks, neck heating pads, butler service all day, it was a literal dream vacation. Fully got to unwind and enjoy a vacation after a long time. Our butler Josè was amazing! The service at all the pool’s and bars were also so great! I would love to come back here! My favorite part was the second night we got reservations at the Japanese restaurant and it was the last reservation time for the evening so the restaurant was pretty empty. The server told us that he will bring us all of the best dishes and that if there’s anything specific we want we can order it, but he will bring out the popular dishes based on what we said we like eating. One by one dishes were coming out fresh and it was just a great service experience. The food was also sooo good at the restaurant and the buffet!

We recently stayed at Le Blanc Spa Resort Cancun during shoulder season and overall had a great experience—the service, food, drinks, daily hydrotherapy, and atmosphere were excellent. It’s a beautiful intimate property, and we had a very relaxing time. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Renan from the lobby bar—fantastic cocktails, friendship, and service! We looked forward to sitting down with a drink from him every single night of our trip. He’s the best bartender at the resort. Shoutout as well to Jesus for impeccable service! We enjoyed all of our dinners, particularly at Bella and Blanc, and felt welcomed and cared for by all the staff, which made for a relaxing trip. One thing for other travelers to note that I wish we had known in advance of our stay—all of the chairs around the main pool (Sol Pool) are reserved daily for Diamond/high ranking resort members. As standard guests, we were ultimately able to get chairs around this pool later in our stay, but only by going through/tipping our butler and also the pool staff. It’s a pay-to-play system, which was surprising for a resort at this price point. I did not expect to be locked out of a main amenity at a luxury-level all-inclusive. Overall, we had a great time at Le Blanc and returned home feeling very refreshed. Thank you to all who made our stay so relaxing and memorable!
