This is my third stay at this hotel this year, and once again it exceeded my expectations. The service and location are excellent, which keeps bringing us back every time. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose. The staff are extremely friendly and professional, always greeting us by name, which made the experience feel very personal and welcoming. One of the things we love most is that the hotel offers so many restaurant options — you really have everything you need without having to leave the property. And of course, our favorite part: the live music band at Jules never fails to deliver a great atmosphere and end the day on a high note. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back again.

Definitely not a 5-star hotel. I do not recommend it. The staff was not welcoming at all. No one helped with our luggage or showed us to our room, which was located quite far away (about a 5-minute walk). It was difficult even to get a simple greeting from some staff members. The noise starts as early as 6:00 AM, making it impossible to get proper rest. I had specifically requested a room with two beds but was initially given a room with only one bed. To be fair, they did change the room after I complained. The room itself was not properly cleaned: the fridge was full of crumbs, there were hairs all over the dressing area, and the shower dripped throughout the night. There was also a strong smell of damp cigarette smoke throughout the room. Finally, the breakfast was very limited, with little variety and not what you would expect from a 5-star property. Overall, we left the hotel feeling even more tired than when we arrived due to the constant noise in the hallways and the lack of comfort. Very disappointing experience.

I haven’t stayed in the rooms but I have a membership for the gym which I do give a thumbs up too, I find it a little pricey but it’s better then the gym I have in my accommodations. They have a yoga rooms, area for calestenics, matted area for boxing/MMA, then a strip of stair master machines & treadmills then the section with machines, benches, squat racks, cables and pull up bar, dumbbells and etc! I like that whenever I go (usually end of the day) I see them cleaning it pretty thoroughly which is a big plus to me. They are definitely missing a few machines but have more than enough to improvise! Also they have sauna and steam room and the sauna is nice, they provide you with a bucket of water and it gets hot! Otherwise it’s overall a nice hotel I always see different events going on while I’m entering and exiting walking to and from the gym. Looks like they have a buffet on a daily basis!

The hotel staff is absolutely remarkable! The level of service is superb from everyone. The hotel is understandably old but hopefully the management touches up the little things (e.g. pool railings are rusty, the filter guards are broken) -- minor things, but should elevate the hotel. Le Meridien Dubai lives up to its name and standards!
