⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Manager & Exceptional Service I have stayed at many hotels, but I can honestly say I have never come across a manager like Bimlesh. From the moment we arrived, he was professional, welcoming, attentive and genuinely caring. He goes above and beyond to make sure every guest feels valued and looked after. What impressed me most was that he doesn’t just manage the hotel — he personally cares about the experience of his guests. Bimlesh is an absolute credit to the hotel. His professionalism, kindness, patience and attention to detail are exceptional. You can see that his team respects him, and his leadership makes a real difference to the atmosphere and service throughout the hotel. It is very rare to meet someone in hospitality who takes such genuine pride in what they do. Bimlesh is truly outstanding and deserves the highest recognition. Thank you, Bimlesh, for making our stay so enjoyable. You are an exceptional manager, and I would happily return to this hotel because of the wonderful service and hospitality you provide. Five stars are not enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stayed here during a layover and was genuinely impressed. The location close to Dubai International Airport makes everything easy — check-in is smooth and you're not wasting precious transit time commuting into the city. The dining options are a highlight. Five to six themed restaurants (Chinese, Thai, Italian, English) all executed well, and the breakfast buffet is comprehensive, beautifully presented, and served with real attentiveness in an elegant space. The rooms deserve special mention. After a 15-hour flight, walking into a bed with pristine linen and a goose-down duvet was everything. The cleanliness throughout the room was exceptional — the kind you genuinely notice, not just assume. Housekeeping clearly takes pride in their work. Shoutout to Rita (Guest Service Specialist) — professional, warm, and attentive despite the time constraints of a layover stay. She made the experience feel personal rather than transactional. One honest note: the hallways are quite busy and carry noise. As a light sleeper, I did notice it. Worth requesting a quieter room if that's a concern for you. Overall — excellent choice for layovers or extended stays. Strongly recommend this spot

The grounds of this hotel is well maintained. Several restaurant options. Hotel staff is very attentive almost too attentive. Be prepared to provide your room number for every free amenity, the pool, the gym, etc. My bedding was clean the furniture was not. I did not sit on the couch. I had a room with a garden view which is excellent if you want to be close to the pool, spa, and gym. This hotel does offer a car service for an extra fee. No shuttle to and from airport which would be convenient, but not the end of the world. This hotel is very close to the airport. Noise level in hallway was loud all night. Overall I would stay here again.
