I write this review having not stayed at the hotel, but visited guests there regularly. The rooms I've seen are fantastic. Big, modern, well appointed. The restaurants and cafes very convenient for meetings. The service level is amazingly good. And when I've eaten there, the food is very good. I'm not a fan of the location, but that's because I am not a big fan of the JBR neighborhood. If you want to be there, it's perfect.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I would especially like to thank Iram Ayaz from the housekeeping team for her excellent service. She always cleaned my room perfectly and surprised me with beautiful towel and flower decorations. Her kindness and friendly conversations made me feel truly welcome. She knows how to make guests feel welcome and earn their trust, making them want to come back again. Thank you, Iram, for making my stay so special!

We absolutely loved every minute of our stay at Le Royal Meridien. Our first time in Dubai. Beautiful resort, lovely big room with balcony and sea view (Atlantis straight ahead and can watch the boats leaving the marina etc) Delicious food choices, Maya Mexican was our favourite but the buffet was also very good, as was the daytime menu to order to your sun lounger! Staff go above and beyond. Pool staff were fab, they work so hard. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. Plenty of sun loungers at pool and beach (maybe due to pre peak season) One of the pools was quieter with mainly couples around, perfect for us. Beautiful spa and great gym facilities. Location is perfect for getting to the Marina, shops, and tram/metro. Concierge will also sort taxis We would love to return!

We had a exceptional family stay at Le Royal Meridien Dubai. One of the highlights is the service. Particularly during the time when many hotels deal with understaffed operations, this property keeps the service levels up. Whether is executive lounge, Maya restaurant or pool bar. Here I would like to praise Santosh, the pool waiter. Incredibly attentive, with genuine smile and remembering our preferences. He always went beyond the standards to ensure we have fantastic experience. He is a gem! Overall the property is very well suited for families, great variety and quality of F&B outlets. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Beautiful gardens to walk around and clean beach. This is our 4th stay and we are certainly coming back soon again.

We had another wonderful daycation at Le Royal Méridien JBR, and this was actually our second visit this month. The pool and beach facilities are excellent, the food was amazing, and the service was outstanding throughout the day. A special thank you to the entire team for their warm hospitality and professionalism. Everyone was genuinely friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The food variety was impressive, prices were very reasonable, and as a Bonvoy member, the additional discount was a great added benefit. The hotel looks fantastic after the renovation, and the overall experience offers excellent value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed our day and will definitely be back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing daycation in Dubai.
