When looking at the map.. The Club (Adults Only 18+) has six (6) exclusive swimming pools with swim-up bars as well as two (2) magnificent lounges.

The Club (Adults Only 18+) it’s separated from the Family Club (All Ages) section by a “natural fence”, which will ensure the exclusivity for those guests who are enjoying the pools or other areas with an adult-only ambiance (18+)

We took a vacation at Majestic Mirage Costa Mujeres and had a great experience. The resort is awesome, the location is fantastic, and we had a wonderful time. We really appreciate great service, and we definitely found that here—especially when we had dinner at the steakhouse. Our server Luis Enrique was fantastic. He’s super friendly, really attentive, and gave us some great recommendations. He went above and beyond to give us a great night. We really appreciated his top-notch service. Overall, it was a great vacation!

Staying at Majestic Mirage for a little over a week with my family, we have previously stayed next-door at Majestic Elegance and really enjoyed our experience. When this new resort opened up we thought we must try it, and it exceeded our expectations. The service was amazing. Everyone was very attentive and the service was exceptional. We had amazing service, especially at the steakhouse for dinner from our server Jhandi. Always checking up on our food and if we needed anything else with a smile on his face. Truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be coming back in the following years.

We stayed at Majestic Mirage costa Mujeres June 4th-11th 2026! Our stay was absolutely incredible! The grounds were beautiful the rooms were spacious and clean and service was top notch! We stayed in the family club section and had two swim up rooms. One by the water park and one by the main pool, both were phenomenal! The service by the waterpark was great I can’t remember the two guys names who walk around and ask for drinks I think one was Luis but they NEVER let our drinks run out! They were on top of refills and asking us if we needed anything at all every few mins, Israel who works the grill at the waterpark was so sweet and kind even when he had a line he was so friendly and remained calm and talkative, such a hard worker! Our butlers were Frank and Humberto, they both made sure our stay was pleasant and helped us with anything we needed! The restaurants were all really good, the Indian and the Mexican absolutely exceeded my expectations! Elipio and Omar were incredible servers and so friendly! The only complaint I really had was that it would be nice if they would make the family club pool for family club guests only, adults from the adult only side came to our pool daily getting drunk and acting crazy where kids were swimming, even though all adult pools had their own swim up bar.. I hope Majestic makes this change! I will honestly never forget my stay here at the mirage and hopefully we can return again one day!

We have been here for 5 days already, and honestly the buffet service disappointed us many times. Several times we waited more than 10 minutes even for drinks or simple requests, and sometimes the things we ordered were never brought at all. Compared to our stay last year at Majestic Mirage in the Dominican Republic, where the service was fast, professional, and very attentive, this was unpleasant and unexpected. However, one person completely changed our experience — Alberto Cruz. He is incredibly polite, professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. I always drink decaf coffee, and with Alberto I never have to wait — within 1–2 minutes after asking, it is already on the table. He remembers guests’ preferences, pays attention to details, and treats people with genuine care and respect. For the last several days, we have intentionally chosen tables in Alberto’s section because the difference in service quality is huge. He consistently provides the best service we have experienced here. Honestly, many other servers here should learn from Alberto Cruz because this is exactly how real hospitality and customer service should be. Employees like him are the reason guests want to come back again. I also want to clarify that I am speaking specifically about the buffet service. In the restaurants, the service has been absolutely incredible. The hotel itself truly impressed us with its charm. The property is beautiful, the atmosphere is amazing, and the food throughout our stay has been absolutely delicious. Thank you, Alberto Cruz, for making our vacation much more enjoyable and for turning disappointment into positive emotions.

Rene and Yuli were amazing at the French restaurant at the Majestic Hotel in Costa Mujeres. Professional, kind, caring with a lot of knowledge about the food, drink and the restaurant. Totally enjoyed them pampering us. The food was outstanding especially the steak and the short rib along with French onion soup, spinach salad and scallops! Dessert was just as amazing crème burlee, pistachio canoli and layered cake that has a coffee flavor! Thank you everyone!
