Mandarava Resort and Spa

This was my second time staying at Mandarava Resort in Karon Beach, Phuket, and it continues to be one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. From the moment I arrived, the staff were genuinely kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The room was remarkably clean and well-maintained, and I was even upgraded to a room type that exceeded my expectations, which made the stay even more special. Overall, my experience was truly amazing, and I already can’t wait to come back and rest and relax here again. The breakfast buffet was also fantastic, with a great variety of options and something for everyone. There are a couple of minor things worth noting. The resort is quite tucked away from the main attractions of Karon Beach, so the location may not be ideal if you want to be right in the middle of everything. However, the hotel’s shuttle service makes getting around much easier, so it wasn’t a major inconvenience for me. There was also some construction happening during my stay, particularly near the breakfast hall, which meant there was quite a bit of noise at times. I had to put on my AirPods during breakfast to tune it out, but I completely understand that construction and maintenance are sometimes necessary, and I appreciate that this was likely the best way for the hotel to handle it while keeping the resort running. Despite those minor inconveniences, I had an absolutely wonderful stay. Mandarava is the kind of place I would recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful escape from the chaos, somewhere you can slow down, rest, and genuinely relax during your vacation. I would happily stay here again.

Such friendly people! Wonderful greeting as soon as we arrived! The hotel is built in the middle of the forest, keeping a very green esthetic! Our room is amazing! Staff is very attentive. Love the grounds with all the trees and shrubbery. Just had the 60 minute massage. Tik was excellent. She kept checking about my comfort, such a relaxing experience! The floating breakfast at the adult pool was also so fun, so much food! The included breakfast for our package was a great start to our morning! Love all the food selection! The yoga by the pool was a challenging but much needed stretch for the body. The fruit carving activity was fun and they all made us feel welcome! Thank you so much Mandarava for such excellent service and wonderful time!

I am extremely satisfied with my stay here — everything was absolutely amazing! The service was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly and attentive. Every time we came back after going out, our room was cleaned so well that it felt just like the first day we checked in. The room was also incredibly spacious, comfortable, and spotless. The environment was beautiful and relaxing, and overall, we had a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Had and excellent stay here. Property is beautiful and well maintained. All workers from front desk to gardeners were so nice and greeted you with a smile. Rooms and pools were nice. Breakfast was nice and had lots of choices. Thai restaurant was also nice and had great sunset view. Drink prices were a little inflated but food was decently priced. We had a late departure but they stored our bags and arranged showers for us prior to departure. A nice relaxing stay...would stay there again.

We stayed for two nights at your hotel and want to thank you for an truly unforgettable experience! From the moment we checked in until the moment we left, the staff was absolutely amazing, attentive, and welcoming. Our room was remarkably spacious, spotlessly clean, and luxurious, while the pools provided the ultimate relaxation. To top it all off, the breakfast was rich, fresh, and perfect. There is no doubt that we will be returning to this hotel again. Highly recommended!
