Stunning hotel in a quiet location on a hillside in a jungle style location. We were allocated a lovely room with a sea view and it was very quiet. The hotel grounds are immaculate and it was always easy to get a sunbed. The breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed an evening meal in the buffet restaurant and also the thai a la carte which were both very good. We had a few minor issues but I cannot tell you just how helpful the staff are and how hard they work to make your holiday experience as good as possible. The level of customer service was incredible and any issues were quickly forgotten. It was an easy walk to Karon and back and we had no issues with the walk back despite being in our 60's. There was always a tuc tuc available to take you to your room but we preferred to get our steps in.

A stunning hotel with beautiful scenery in between blocks. Some of the pools are much nicer than others, we were lucky to be near the nicest one! Breakfast was busy at prime time, but always lots of choice. We enjoyed a lovely meal during BBQ night! Staff were always really friendly and accommodating. Around 20 mins walk to the beach, Friendly bar 5 mins down the road is recommended for live music and great drinks! We also had an amazing massage at the spa from lovely staff

We had a wonderful stay at Mandarava. Many thanks to lovely Lemon from the reception for giving us a quiet room. 😊 The hotel was exactly what we were looking for as a family with a toddler- quiet, but still within walking distance to the restaurants and the beach. There is a buggy shuttle to the beach that comes in very convenient, as well as a shuttle within the resort, in case your room is up on the hill. Amazing hotel! We would definitely come back.

What a place! This is mine and my partners second time at this hotel and definitely won’t be our last. From the stunning grounds to the friendly people, everyone in this hotel bends over backwards for you. We had 2 minor pieces of feedback whilst currently staying here which I voiced and within the hour had the manager come and speak to us to check in. They went out their way to check in with us personally but to also acknowledge our feedback and act on it so quickly shows the type of service they provide. The details of having ice cold water at each pool is a great addition plus being able to collect as many towels as possible. Snacks and drinks are slightly on the pricier side however that is to be expected of any hotel worldwide! I couldn’t recommended this place enough and we look forward to continuing our stay and coming back again. 🌴♥️

This hotel was amazing! Definitely recommend to friends and family. Rooms were big, clean, beds comfortable and they have loads of pool around the hotel! The staff were so helpful, attentive and very polite. Good vibes at this resort, I would stay here again! The breakfast and dinner was good. If weather is nice you can also sit outside with a nice view of Karon beach. Speaking of, they have free shuttle buses that head down to the beach every hour until 7 ish this is ideal if you want to head down to the beach!
