Mardan Palace is an amazing place. When taking a look at the pictures it is quiet obvious it is a very luxurious, clean and well interiored hotel. What you can't see on the pictures are the people who work here. We had some medical issues during our stay and the guest assistance did everything you could ever ask for and even more. They organised everything for us, they talked every few hours with the hospital and made sure we were fine. You could feel they really cared about us and our well beeing and not just because we are their costumers. Thank you so much, Monica and Ikbel, you made our stay unforgettable!

If you love desserts, look no further—Titanic Mardan Palace absolutely nails it. The dessert selection is outstanding, with an impressive variety that feels indulgent and thoughtfully prepared. Most of the staff are friendly, attentive, and genuinely keen to help, which makes the overall experience relaxed and welcoming. The hotel itself is breathtaking: the interior design is luxurious, and the landscaped grounds are equally stunning, creating a real sense of grandeur throughout your stay. One area that could be improved is food labelling. It would be incredibly helpful if dishes were clearly marked as vegetarian, vegan-friendly, and nut-free, as this would make dining easier and more inclusive for guests with dietary requirements. Overall, a beautiful hotel with excellent service and unforgettable desserts—definitely a place worth visiting.

Just returned from a week at this hotel. So… yes there is some maintenance work going on but nothing that spoilt our holiday. You just have to consider that you are in Turkey not the UK. Plus points… this hotel does have a wow factor as you enter the main building. It’s impressive. The bedrooms all have character. Ours was cleaned regularly and the cleaning staff were speedy when we asked for extra toiletries, extra towels and an ironing board. Around the main pool, the staff were always keeping us topped up with water and any drinks we wanted. The main restaurant has a wealth of choice and caters for anyone with allergies. Staff in the restaurant are very attentive and welcoming and I cannot praise them enough. Of an evening the outside seating area is relaxing and really pleasant, the inside area is spacious and feels very grand. At this point I would like to call out Emrullah in the bar staff. He was kind, pleasant and very attentive throughout our stay to us. Other staff were great but we felt he went above and beyond. Finally, call out to Monica on the Customer assistance staff for her attention and just being around for anything we needed. We will be back.

We had an amazing stay at Mardan Palace. Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The service was impeccable both in the main restaurant and at the bars in the Mardan Lounge and the lobby — truly top-level hospitality. The food was delicious, with great variety and high quality every day. You can really feel the attention to detail. Our room was cleaned daily, spotless every time, and the minibar was restocked every day with drinks and snacks, which was a very nice touch. Overall, a wonderful experience — we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

We have stayed at the Mardan Palace Hotel in Antalya three times now, but sadly our most recent visit last week was extremely disappointing. Since the hotel changed ownership, the overall service and standards have noticeably declined, which is why I can only justify giving this hotel a 3-star review rather than the luxury experience it once offered. The one standout during our stay was Ertan Balal in the main lobby bar, who consistently provided excellent service. Unfortunately, aside from him, there seemed to be far too many so-called managers walking around aimlessly without ever asking guests how their stay was or addressing concerns proactively. When issues were raised with reception — including poor electrics in the room and broken tiles — staff simply stated that they had “reported it to management,” implying it was no longer their responsibility. That level of response is unacceptable for a hotel that markets itself as a luxury resort. I also feel Jet2 should take some responsibility here. It is difficult to believe they were unaware that major refurbishment works were ongoing, yet customers were only informed three days before departure. Had we been properly informed earlier, we would almost certainly have changed our booking to the Fariones in Lanzarote, which is a genuine 5-star experience. My impression is that refurbishment work at this hotel will continue for quite some time. In fact, a member of staff told us the hotel may close next year for a full refurbishment programme. Jet2 could and should have handled this situation far better, especially if their representatives in Antalya were keeping them informed.
