We had a very nice stay at Maya Resort in Sanur with our family. The resort is beautiful, well maintained, and located right by the beach, which makes it a great place to stay with children. A special thank you to the Kids Club team – Unik, Asih, Lasmi, and Linda. They were very kind and attentive with our kids, who really enjoyed spending time there doing crafts and playing. It made our stay much more relaxed knowing they were well looked after. Overall, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and we felt very comfortable during our stay. A lovely option for families visiting Sanur.

Highlight: 1. Our dinner at Rue is simply amazing! The friendly staff — Rahayu is so attentive, helpful and full of smile, amazing food (PIZZA IS A MUST TRY), atmosphere during our visit at Tuesday night was lovely with a live music. 2. Our Nest Room is cozy, fitted with a proper working desk, and it smells so amazing! The balcony was also really nice and equipped with the “Nest” for us to chill. 3. The property itself is just the right size and highly recommended because it gives a very soothing atmosphere — given that we were there during rainy day! 4. The welcome from the staff was very professional yet still very warm, giving us the feels of home. We both really enjoyed our welcome drink, that time it was Pineapple Kombucha with Torched (Candied?) Pineapple — refreshing, unique, and sweet 💖 5. There were afternoon tea with two kinds of snacks, a nice touch for us to snack before dinner time.

I had a wonderful experience at Rue Bali Sanur. It’s a very comfortable and cozy place to hang out, meet friends, and spend quality time together. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it perfect for gatherings or casual catch-ups. A special thank you for the excellent service, especially to Chef Made Putra, for delivering such an amazing culinary experience. Truly appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail. Highly recommended.

I had such a delightful experience at Rue Bali! I tried the Cinnamon Roll, Chewy Dubai Cookie, Lemon & Passion Fruit Tart, and their Passion Rush drink. The Cinnamon Roll was perfectly soft and fluffy with just the right amount of sweetness. The Chewy Dubai Cookie was surprisingly rich and satisfying, with a nice balance of chewiness and flavor. The Lemon & Passion Fruit Tart was refreshingly tangy and beautifully presented—definitely a treat for the senses. The Passion Rush drink complemented the desserts perfectly with its fruity and refreshing taste. Overall, the quality of the food and drinks is top-notch, and the cozy ambiance of Rue Bali makes it even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for dessert lovers!

Very pleasant stay at this hotel in Bali, even though it was only for one night. I stayed in room 201 and everything was comfortable and well prepared. During check-in, I was assisted by Kirana, a trainee at the front desk. She escorted me to my room and explained the facilities clearly and professionally. I found her very beautiful and graceful, which made the experience even more memorable. She made my arrival smooth and comfortable. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to see her again at check-out.
