I organized a birthday week-end for my husband and our 16 friends and we stayed at the Melia for 5 days. The hotel is nicely located in Santa Eularia which is 20min from Ibiza town. The site of the hotel is just beautiful with an amazing view on the sea. They have a breathtaking rooftop with an infinity pool and a bar. We had a Junior suite which was nice, good size of room and the view on the sea was stunning. I have handled all the reservation for our friends and Celia was an amazing contact. She was so helpful, patient and pleasant to speak to. She proposed to organize an aperitivo at the rooftop for sunset and it was a beautiful way to start our week-end celebration. The only little thing that we thing should be improved is that there are no amenities in the room (slippers, cotton, shower cap etc.)

Would definitely recommend to get The Levels if you plan on staying at Melia Ibiza. The main hotel is just very crowded around the pool and doesn’t get to have the more peaceful and quiet outdoor lounge. Really enjoyed The Level spaces. The rooftop is so nice and peaceful during the day, and the barman on weekdays is the best! I’d say the building needs a little makeover and more attention to small details in the rooms to make it better and The Level experience more premium. The neighborhood of the hotel is really nice giving stunning views from the lounge and rooftop. Easy place to get around the island, just a 10 min walk to the ferry to Formentera and boat rentals.

We recently stayed in The Level at Meliá Ibiza (July 2026) and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel has many strengths, but there are also a few areas where improvements would make the experience even better. Pros The location is excellent, with beautiful sea views and easy walking access to Santa Eulària, the marina, and the local ferry. The adults-only concept creates a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Our balcony was spacious and the sun loungers were a lovely touch. The Level Lounge was a good size and offered complimentary drinks and fresh fruit throughout the day, which we appreciated. Having a separate entrance for The Level guests made arrival and departure feel more exclusive. The restaurant staff were excellent, especially Pablo, who was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and service-minded. The breakfast food was consistently fresh and of good quality. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and had a pleasant atmosphere throughout. The evening turndown service, including extra bottled water and fresh towels when required, was a thoughtful touch. The location made it easy to explore the town without needing a car. Cons There is only one small lift and no accessible staircase for guests, resulting in long waiting times, particularly during busy periods. The separate Level pool was disappointing compared with other Meliá Level properties. Despite being reserved for Level guests, there is no complimentary beverage service, with all drinks needing to be purchased separately. The snack selection in the Level Lounge was much more limited than we have experienced at other Meliá Level hotels. One of our biggest disappointments was that the hotel, and particularly the outdoor breakfast terrace used by The Level Lounge, allowed smoking. As non-smokers, we were often unable to enjoy breakfast or drinks outside because cigarette smoke was so prevalent. For a premium wellness-oriented experience, we believe a smoke-free terrace would be a significant improvement. On one occasion we were surprised to find a piece of polystyrene in a salad served at the bar. While this appeared to be an isolated incident, it was concerning. We would also have appreciated a wider range of vegetarian dishes across both the restaurants and the bar menu. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and The Level offers a peaceful atmosphere in a fantastic location with excellent staff. However, a few improvements, particularly regarding the lift, smoking policy, Level benefits at the pool, and a more generous lounge offering would make the experience much more consistent with what we have come to expect from The Level brand.

Our stay was extremely disappointing and, honestly, nowhere near what you would expect from a hotel charging over 400€ per night. The disappointment started as soon as we entered the room. The previous guest’s unfinished cocktail was still there, the towels were torn and stained, the door handle literally came off, and the paint was peeling everywhere. There were also some very questionable marks on the walls. The bed was another major disappointment. It was a very low-quality spring mattress, extremely hard and uncomfortable, with springs making noise whenever you moved. The whole experience felt like cheap materials and basic quality being dressed up to look luxurious. Cleanliness was also clearly below the standard expected from a hotel in this price range. On top of that, the soundproofing was practically nonexistent. We were woken up repeatedly throughout the night by noise in the corridors, staff slamming doors, and general hotel activity. To make matters worse, we spent an entire evening without electricity in our room. Despite this major inconvenience, there was absolutely no meaningful commercial gesture or compensation for the price we paid. The service was, overall, almost nonexistent. And charging 30€ per day for parking when guests are already paying 400€+ per night feels frankly outrageous. The food was another disappointment. The breakfast looks attractive at first glance but he food felt extremely cheap and, in our experience, some of it was honestly inedible. The swimming pools and facilities are very nice, and the spa was genuinely high quality. The spa team, in particular, showed a real sense of hospitality and was one of the few aspects of the stay that actually lived up to the standards you would expect from a luxury property. Overall, this hotel seems to focus heavily on appearance and presentation, but unfortunately the actual quality, maintenance, cleanliness, comfort, food, and service do not match the image or the price. Unfortunately, we would not return and cannot recommend it.

An exceptional stay from beginning to end. Everything was simply perfect from the beautiful room and excellent food to the outstanding service and incredibly attentive staff. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere and every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. We had such a lovely experience and will definitely be returning. Guys, thank you soooo much for making these days so unforgettable!
