The property is amazing, no doubt about it! What really stood out for us, though, was the exceptional hospitality. We have special dietary requirements, and the entire team managed them wonderfully. A special mention to Head Chef Tara Singh, who went above and beyond to accommodate our requirements and make sure we had a wonderful dining experience. His attention to detail, care, and warm hospitality truly made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended for the beautiful property, excellent service, and outstanding hospitality!

Our stay was incredible! We came here for the first leg of our honeymoon. The staff was amazing and our room was beautiful - an ocean villa with private pool. The Level area is spectacular and Lilian is amazing!! She is so incredibly sweet and always made sure we had a drink in hand! The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating - helping us book excursions, spa services, dinner reservations, airport shuttles, laundry service, and more! Would highly recommend!!

She was always welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. Her warm personality and excellent service made every meal more enjoyable, and we really appreciated how well she treated us during our stay. We would also like to mention Guillermo, the hotel director, as well as Bruna and Isabel, who were all lovely and contributed to such a positive experience. Overall, we had a fantastic time at Meliá Zanzibar and would happily return. The setting is wonderful, but it is the kindness and professionalism of the staff that truly make the hotel special.

A very special thank you to the managers, who were constantly present around the resort, listening to guests and making sure everyone was satisfied. It is rare to see a management team so involved and approachable. Even the smallest complaint is taken seriously and handled quickly and professionally. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially the reception team, who were always welcoming, smiling, and ready to help. Everyone genuinely does their best to ensure guests have the best possible experience. My room was beautiful, modern yet authentic, very comfortable, and impeccably clean. I also really enjoyed the swimming pool, which was pleasant, well-maintained, and spotless. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. Our experience at Meliá Zanzibar was absolutely fantastic, but if there is one person who made our holiday even more special, it was Lilian. She was one of the waitresses who looked after us almost every day, and without a doubt, she was the best. She was always smiling, incredibly kind, attentive, and constantly one step ahead of our needs. She quickly learned what each of us liked to drink and would often bring our drinks before we even had to ask. Whenever we were relaxing by the pool, she would also surprise us with something to snack on. These small gestures made a huge difference and made us feel genuinely cared for. Another thing that really impressed us was that she speaks Spanish, and at a very high level. Being able to communicate with her in our own language made the experience even more personal and enjoyable. We would also like to thank Guillermo, the hotel manager, and his entire team. From the very first day, they made us feel completely at home. They were always checking in on us, taking the time to chat, and making us feel as though we had known each other for years. Any question or small issue we had was handled quickly, professionally, and always with a smile. It is clear that this hotel has a team that genuinely cares about its guests and is passionate about creating unforgettable experiences. A huge thank you to everyone, especially Lilian and Guillermo. They are a true credit to Meliá Zanzibar, and we would not hesitate to come back.
