Everything about this hotel is just so great! From the food in our breakfast, it’s very delicious and we look forward to it everyday. I think one thing I liked about it too is that it’s international friendly, all are great and everyone can definitely enjoy it. For the room service, we are happy for the daily cleaning of our room. We also look forward to it everyday. For the service, we are happy to always get served by ms Ashley! Such a lovely woman and she makes sure we’re enjoying every bit of moment in the restaurant and hotel. Will definitely recommend! Very friendly and warm place ♥️

We were very happy to be staying with Millennium Plaza, Juliet checked us in and out and was so welcoming and kind. The laundry service was pristine, almost didn't recognise some clothes from how well it was ironed! When our flight got cancelled, the hotel extended our stay for a good price. Overall, every single employee we came across was extremely good at their job & lovely to speak to, from the chefs to the lifeguards. I am very glad I booked here. Highly recommend!

His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality truly stood out. From smooth check-in to ensuring every request was handled promptly, he made my stay comfortable and stress-free. The hotel itself is perfectly located in downtown Abu Dhabi, with clean rooms, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. But Aminur’s dedication to guest satisfaction is what makes this place special. If you're looking for a luxury stay with outstanding customer service in Abu Dhabi, this hotel is the right choice. Highly recommended for business and leisure travelers. I will definitely return!

Our stay at this hotel was exceptional. The hospitality and warmth of the staff truly enhanced our experience. All team members were very helpful and supportive. A special shout-out to Mr. Rahmuttulah and Jenish from the Concierge department for assisting us with luggage safekeeping after check-out. The reception staff member who checked us in and the housekeeping staff were also excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bed was exactly what you need after a long, tiring day. The room size was good, and the location is very convenient—right opposite the Museum of the Future and just a 5-minute walk to Emirates Towers Metro Station. Taxis are easily available, and there are plenty of dining options in and around the hotel. I would highly recommend Millennium Plaza Downtown for anyone staying in Dubai.

I want to give a very special thanks to the chef Mr. Sushil. He is like a magician with food. I have never had such tasty food ever in my life . We were always looking forward to the breakfast and the dinner . He catered to our son's allergic needs . The room was amazing. We had a view of the museum of the future. What really surprised me was the service. Chef Susheel made us bespoke dishes as we were Indian, vegetarian and had a nut allergy. I really want to applaud the fried okra/ladies fingers. It was crunchy and delicious. Overall an amazing hotel.
