Both were consistently exceptionally friendly, always smiling, and brought a lot of positive energy through their warm and welcoming attitude. In particular, Samtidi has a beautiful, heartfelt smile that immediately makes the stay more pleasant. They took plenty of time to carefully address my request from the very first day and successfully resolved it. Throughout my entire stay, they were extremely helpful, professional, and regularly checked in to ensure I was comfortable and did not need anything else. I would also like to sincerely thank the two housekeeping team members, Rohit and Aruna. They cleaned the room every day very thoroughly, reliably, and with great attention to detail. Many thanks to all four for the outstanding service. Such dedicated, warm, and professional staff make the stay especially enjoyable. I would be very happy to come back again!

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, but what truly made it memorable was the flawless service provided by our room attendant, Shumail. Every single day, our room was kept spotlessly clean and fresh. Shumail’s attention to detail is remarkable—the linens were always perfectly crisp, towels were replaced promptly, and our personal belongings were neatly and respectfully organized. Beyond his incredible cleaning skills, Shumail stands out for his warm hospitality. He was always incredibly polite, professional, and genuinely eager to help with a smile. It is rare to find someone who takes this much pride in their work and truly cares about guest comfort. Shumail is an absolute asset to the housekeeping team. I want to give a very special thanks to the chef Mr. Sushil. He is like a magician with food. I have never had such tasty food ever in my life . We were always looking forward to the breakfast and the dinner . He catered to our son's allergic needs . The room was amazing. We had a view of the museum of the future. What really surprised me was the service. Chef Susheel made us bespoke dishes as we were Indian, vegetarian and had a nut allergy. I really want to applaud the fried okra/ladies fingers. It was crunchy and delicious. Overall an amazing hotel.
