Both were consistently exceptionally friendly, always smiling, and brought a lot of positive energy through their warm and welcoming attitude. In particular, Samtidi has a beautiful, heartfelt smile that immediately makes the stay more pleasant. They took plenty of time to carefully address my request from the very first day and successfully resolved it. Throughout my entire stay, they were extremely helpful, professional, and regularly checked in to ensure I was comfortable and did not need anything else. I would also like to sincerely thank the two housekeeping team members, Rohit and Aruna. They cleaned the room every day very thoroughly, reliably, and with great attention to detail. Many thanks to all four for the outstanding service. Such dedicated, warm, and professional staff make the stay especially enjoyable. I would be very happy to come back again!

I want to give a very special thanks to the chef Mr. Sushil. He is like a magician with food. I have never had such tasty food ever in my life . We were always looking forward to the breakfast and the dinner . He catered to our son's allergic needs . The room was amazing. We had a view of the museum of the future. What really surprised me was the service. Chef Susheel made us bespoke dishes as we were Indian, vegetarian and had a nut allergy. I really want to applaud the fried okra/ladies fingers. It was crunchy and delicious. Overall an amazing hotel.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Millennium Plaza Downtown Hotel in Dubai! I would especially like to thank Juliet at the reception, who was incredibly kind, accommodating, and attentive. She kindly helped me move to a room with a better view at no extra charge, which I truly appreciated. Every time I called the reception for something I needed, they were always quick to assist and provide it. The other staff members were also very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Thank you, Juliet, and the entire hotel team, for making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I truly appreciate your excellent service and would definitely recommend this hotel! ❤️
