I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant overall experience. While the rooms are a bit outdated in terms of decor and furnishings, they were clean and comfortable, which made my stay convenient. What truly stood out was the service. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. From check in to check out, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. I was also pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which made the experience even more enjoyable and showed that the team values their guests. Even though the interiors could use some modernization, the excellent service more than makes up for it. I would definitely consider staying here again because of the hospitality and positive experience.

My stay at the hotel was a great experience from start to finish. On my first day, Priyanka provided me with excellent service. She was very friendly, helpful, and took the time to explain everything about the hotel clearly, which made me feel comfortable and welcomed. On my last day, during checkout, Jasber assisted me by carrying my luggage to the parking area. He was very cooperative, professional, and kind, which left a very positive final impression of my stay. Overall, I was very happy with the service and the staff’s professionalism. I truly appreciate their support and hospitality.

We are having a lovely time at the Mövenpick, so much so that I could not wait for check out to leave a review. The breakfast is really nice with a good variety, and the restaurant experience was enjoyable overall. The staff are nice and welcoming, we met Mr Saipan and a few other lovely people. The décor and lounge areas are very cool and inviting, perfect for relaxing. The gym and pool facilities are great and well maintained. A comfortable and pleasant stay.
