Had such a lovely evening at Somerset! The food was absolutely delicious, the cocktails were great, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. My stay at the hotel was a great experience from start to finish. On my first day, Priyanka provided me with excellent service. She was very friendly, helpful, and took the time to explain everything about the hotel clearly, which made me feel comfortable and welcomed. On my last day, during checkout, Jasber assisted me by carrying my luggage to the parking area. He was very cooperative, professional, and kind, which left a very positive final impression of my stay. Overall, I was very happy with the service and the staff’s professionalism.
