This is a beautiful hotel; lobby is elegantly arranged. Rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable bedding. Pool is also great. Great location too. You can walk out either sides to many shops and cafes. A special thanks to Miss Kam for being very professional and helpful in arranging our extended stay here and a lots of personalized consideration.. and thank you to Miss Vicky for a fast check out process. All staffs at the restaurant is also very warm and attentive.. would love to come back here..

This is the second time we have stayed at this resort hotel in last 12 mths. We love the swim up pool rooms, the friendly staff especially Rofen on front desk who remembered us from last year, all the swim up pool bar staff especially Nana, Ton and Hafiz that supplied us with Margaritas all week. We love the pool, its cleanliness, the safe location and friendly security staff- all with friendly greeting and smile…. The food is excellent. The chef puts his heart into every dish …Top notch all round. We will be back…!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We are still enjoying our stay at Mövenpick, and we can already say that this is an outstanding hotel. The facilities are excellent, the rooms are beautiful, the pools are fantastic, and everything is maintained to a very high standard. But what really makes this place special is the staff. Every team member we have met has been friendly, professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The atmosphere is relaxing, the service is exceptional, and we truly feel at home here. Thank you to the entire team for making our vacation so enjoyable. We are looking forward to the rest of our stay. 😊🏝️🍹

We have stayed 3 nights, 4days and whole trip was amazing apart from the rain of course it's a rainy season here. Hotel starts and especially receptionist named Phoebe and Kam were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast buffet have some good selections and ther are tasty. Room was much bigger with pool side view. Great view through balcony. Room service was also very clean and neat. Especially bathroom was bit bigger which was a plus for us. We've a please stay here. ❣️

Every staff member I encountered was professional, proactive, and genuinely welcoming. It is rare to find such a high level of consistent, personalized care over a long stay, and it truly made me feel at home. Thank you for the outstanding hospitality and for the birthday wishes, the lovely signed card, and the amazing carrot cake. It is my absolute favorite, and the dark chocolate and icing were delicious! That level of personalization and care truly made my day special.
