It was our first time staying at Moon Palace Resort. The resort is very well mantained and clean. Things are quite organized from welcoming, check-in/check-out, transportation within and between hotels to events and activities. You can easily fill your day with many daily shows and activities in the resort. As a family with kids under the age of 12, we found the Playroom is a treasure. It is a place for kids under 12 to play with many options from movie, jungle gym, arcade games, trampolins... to fenced in outdoor games. You can leave your kids there for few hours (they have very good security measures to make sure only you or an authorized person can pick up your kids) while you can check out some adult only bars. At night in November, mosquitos are extreme. We sat outside for dinner few days. We had great dinners, so did the mosquitos. We will definitely bring a bug spray next time. Everything is through their app, which runs a bit slow but fine on Android. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The sale team is very persistent. The resort's private airport transfer service is very professional and on time.

Just came back from moon palace nizuc. It was the nicest all inclusive hotel property I've ever been to. We spent 8 days, stayed at Nizuc but went to Sunrise and the Grand multiple times for the pools, Waterpark and restaurants. All the restaurants were very good. My favorites being the Japanese and Italian. The Indian was the rest of the families favorite. We spent all day at the pools, water park, or surf rider park. Even played pickle ball, mini golf and went for a bike ride. The property is huge, but it's nice to walk around, or take golf cart shuttles. All the staff are incredibly friendly. There are apparently 8000 rooms but honestly we had no issues with chairs at the pool, or getting a table at a restaurant. Every evening they have shows, all the ones we watched were excellent. Michael Jackson, a fire show, a glow in the dark dancers. It was an excellent vacation. Would definitly recommend

This was our second time here. We came for our Honeymoon & back again for our 10 year Anniversary. Very cool to see The Grand built now, when we were here previously they had just started clearing the land. We have never had an issue or bad experience here. In fact, we were upgraded. If you like Birdwatching, it was worth it. They have a really sweet gal that shows you where all the beauties are hidden. We saw 26 different species. If you like Immersive eating experiences- try Monarca it was worth the money.

Whether you’re interacting with the bell boy, receptionist, waiter, room service, or housekeeping staff, you’ll find them to be incredibly helpful and sweet. The golf cart drivers, kids’ pool activity staff, creamery team, and play area personnel are all exceptionally friendly, ensuring a delightful experience for families. The food is outstanding no matter where you choose to dine. Additionally, the public relations team is super helpful, always ready to assist you. I wholeheartedly recommend Moon Palace Resorts as the best choice in Cancun. It’s the perfect place to make your trip memorable and effortless.

Moon Palace Cancun is an amazing place to stay! The resort is beautiful, the rooms are spotless, and the staff truly goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. A special shout-out to the team at Bugambilias . Wilbert and Raul were exceptional. They not only remembered exactly how I like my latte, but they even decorated my table for my 60th birthday. Their kindness really made my experience unforgettable. And a heartfelt thank-you to Jesús, who has been making my omelettes for over 20 years. His warm smile always feels like coming home. Thank you, Moon Palace, for making my vacation so enjoyable. See you next year! Highly recommend :)
