Had an amazing experience at the Jade Resturant while staying at The Moon Palace The Grand Punta Cana. I’ll be sharing a detailed review later for our entire stay however, I wanted to point this one out in particular . Right from the moment you check in to getting your table, server comes promptly with a smile and takes your order. Makes you feel special and welcomed. Food in decent portion size more than enough for 1 person is served fresh & fast. Cocktails are make by the bartender with love and care. Overall we loved the service, quality of food and attention to detail. Plz note, I would highly recommend making reservations in advance as this obviously being the most popular is hard to get in.

Everything was amazing. Teppan Momo had great food and was an entertaining experience. Le Jiraf and Tavalo also had great food with a more relaxed dining experience. Our room was very cozy. The pools are always warm and the beach is beautiful. Every staff member was very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this place to anybody looking for a top-notch experience!
LANDRE TORADO
Good resort to bring a family. In the future when it is 100% complete it will be one of the best places to bring family or have Romantic getaway. Unfortunately, during our stay there it felt like it was 60% complete. Floors 8 - 17 were still being constructed. Only 3 pools were open. The other 6 were still being constructed or were not properly cleaned and ready for people. There were only 7 sit down restaurants that were open out of the 19 there were advertised. Theater and other entertainment options were not available during my stay. We were looking forward to the kid's place, kids' restaurant, and kids pool unfortunately they were not ready yet either. There was one kids pool that was open but was closed the last two days I was there with my family. Customer server was spotty. I feel like they weren't properly trained and didn't show the same hospitality and service my family was used to at other palace resorts. In a 1 or 2 years I believe when everything is open and all staff have been properly trained this will be a great place to bring a family or significant other!

Needs improvement, but it has strong potential to become one of the best hotels in the Caribbean not just in Punta Cana. Overall Service — 8/10 The service was not quite at the level we experienced in Mexico, but it was better than expected. Front Desk — 3/10 The front desk staff needs significantly more training. Some employees seemed unsure of what they were doing. One of our family members was eventually asked to change rooms after asking multiple employees beforehand whether a room change would be necessary. Every employee she spoke with told her it would not be necessary, which created unnecessary inconvenience. Buffet & Juice Bar — 7/10 The food was good, but the buffet menu needs to be changed more frequently to provide more variety. A special shout-out to Maria at the new juice bar she makes the best juices! Restaurants — 8/10 Overall, the food at the restaurants was on point. La Cantina — 4/10 The food taste needs significant improvement. Not Mexican food. Le Jiraf — 9/10 The food was impressive. The only issue was that some orders took too long to arrive. Jade — 10/10 At Jade no Wagyu A4, but besides that Brendi provided excellent service, and the food was outstanding. One of the best experiences of our stay. Shout out to the front desk employees at the restaurant excellent attention. Carvao — 6/10 I would not recommend this restaurant. The service was slow, and the food felt overrated compared with the other restaurants. We experienced several power outages, including at the buffet, during check-in, and even while we were enjoying the castle kids area. The entertainment team also ends the children’s activities too early. They collect the balls and other items that children use to play around 5:30 PM, even though the pool remains open until 7:00 PM. This doesn’t make much sense. This is definitely an area that could be improved. In general, the buildings and overall property need more attention to detail and maintenance, Dust almost everywhere. If you are allergic bring your medicine.

Went for a girl’s trip with one of my friends and had an amazing time. The hotel is still under construction and staff is still learning the ropes, but still we were able to have a fun and relaxing experience with the amenities available. The room was modern, comfortable and clean. Food was delicious and staff were friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Deivi and Bienvenido that treated us like royalty at the pool! Also super grateful to Diego for helping us create an unforgettable vacation. Can’t wait to go back next year!
