We came to Punta Cana and would like to highly recommend Nikos Restaurant, especially thanks to Manager Ariel, our waiter Arcenio, and his assistant María and rosa They truly saved our dining experience! We had been disappointed with the service at some of the other restaurants, but this team made a real difference. The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding! Perhaps some of the other restaurants have recently opened and their staff are still receiving the training they need. I encourage the entire team to learn from Nikos and its wonderful staff, who demonstrated what excellent hospitality and customer service should look like. Thank you, Chef Ariel, Arcenio, and María, for making our experience so enjoyable. Your professionalism, attention, and dedication truly made a difference. You deserve recognition for a job exceptionally well done!

Fantastic Family Holiday - Outstanding Entertainment & Bar Staff* We are on our first week family holiday The hotel is great, but what makes the difference is the PEOPLE. A huge thank you to the Entertainment Team - you are amazing! So professional, energetic and kind, especially with the kids. You created such a fun atmosphere all day long and made our holiday unforgettable, special thanks to Jesus,Franklin, Fernando,Baru and Yireisi And to the Bar Team,Juniors Jose ,Sergio and everyone else thank you for your incredible service. Always attentive, friendly, quick, and making the best drinks with a smile, even when very busy. We felt welcomed from day one. Great service, great vibes. Had an amazing experience at the Jade Resturant while staying at The Moon Palace The Grand Punta Cana. I’ll be sharing a detailed review later for our entire stay however, I wanted to point this one out in particular . Right from the moment you check in to getting your table, server comes promptly with a smile and takes your order. Makes you feel special and welcomed. Food in decent portion size more than enough for 1 person is served fresh & fast. Cocktails are make by the bartender with love and care. Overall we loved the service, quality of food and attention to detail. Plz note, I would highly recommend making reservations in advance as this obviously being the most popular is hard to get in.

Amazing experience!!!! Food was great, the drinks were great as well. But most of all the staff treated my family amazing. Super friendly and helpful, quick for everything. Sandy at the buffet was 10/10; always saved us a table and made us feel like a big family all together, Yireisy was super friendly to our entire family and was amazing with our kids, felt extremely comfortable with her around always, and Jesus was super kind and funny, he made our experience a party honestly! Jose Luis by the pool was always so quick and helpful, our food was always there on time, and he was so fun, Franklin the sever was friendly and quick as well, got us drinks as soon as possible. They made our experience excellent and so comfortable and everyone in total made our experience much better, definitely will be coming back especially for the staff.

I would honestly save my money and visit another resort for now. As Palace Elite members, we were very disappointed with the overall experience. The property is beautiful and new, but it still needs another 3–5 years to work out its issues. Check-in took forever, staff seemed inexperienced, and even management was often rude or unhelpful. Simple requests, dinner reservations, and getting our resort credits to appear in the app took up so much of our vacation time. There is also construction everywhere, which takes away from the experience. We attended the membership upgrade presentation but ultimately decided against upgrading because of how much improvement is still needed. Even Wonderwoods, supposedly one of the best restaurants, was nearly empty despite being extremely difficult to book. The hallways often smelled unpleasant, with piles of dirty linens and trash sitting around. The rooms lacked basic luxury touches, transportation felt more like a bus service than a premium experience, and the constant techno music didn’t reflect the local culture we hoped to enjoy. We also had safety concerns with the ongoing construction and an elevated playground that appeared inadequately secured. On our last night, the electricity went out twice while we were sleeping, which was unsettling. I’m giving two stars because the food was genuinely good and a few staff members were wonderful. Unfortunately, the overall service, lack of organization, and safety concerns made this resort feel far from the luxury experience we expected.
