I have been staying at Mohanpink Hotel for the past 5–6 days, and every single morning I’ve come down for breakfast. What truly made my stay special was not just the food, but the incredible hospitality and care I received from the team. I would especially like to mention Saurabh and Abhishek. These two genuinely made my day, every day. Their attention to detail, kindness, and warm attitude created an experience that went far beyond service—it felt personal and heartfelt. What touched me the most was how they always seemed to understand my needs even before I asked. Whether it was my preferences or small details, everything was already prepared with care and a smile. It’s rare to find such dedication and genuine effort, and it made me feel truly valued as a guest. Their consistency, positive energy, and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed. Because of them, every morning started on a perfect note, and that is something I will always remember. Good location with plenty of restaurants on the lakes right in front of the hotel. Room was lovely, spacious and comfortable. Loved role shower. Booked half board and really wish I hadn’t as it’s a buffet- with 3/4 main course choices which were also like warm even though they’re sat on a hob. Also no one was regularly checking if any of the dishes needed refilling or the fruit too- I had to ask them to refill it as I’m sure others did too. Food wasn’t appetising and wished I’d paid the money instead for meals elsewhere.would have also been nice to be offered even a glass of wine or beer to go with the meal but it stated no alcohol was allowed. Shame! Took the free shuttle bus to the beach club which was great and I enjoyed that.
