I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything from check-in to check-out was seamless. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. The facilities, especially the pool and breakfast buffet really exceeded expectations. Location was perfect too, close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. A special shout-out to Satish from Concierge, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Their warm hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference — truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. Highly recommended and I can’t wait to return!

I had a 4-nights pleasant stay at Movenpick JLT, for my pre birthday celebrations. On arrival, I was greatly welcomed by the lovely Duty Manager (who was working at 9:30am on 18/01/2026 - I don’t have his name!), who wonderfully accommodated my stay, also giving me a wonderful free upgrade to the Junior Suite! Unfortunately, on my first night, I was unable to sleep due to a water pipes problem - where the sound of gushing water through the walls, was on and off throughout the entire night. The other Duty Manager (who was working at 9:30am on 19/01/2026 - I don’t have his name!) soon resolved the issue, moving me to another Junior Suite room that did not have that piping issue. Though, both rooms I was in, still had issues. These issues being: inconsistent access to hot water and room appliances repeatedly breaking - such as my balcony door lock and shower head holder. Thankfully, the wonderful Engineer, Ali, fixed everything and was very helpful! The rooms and facilities were spotlessly clean. I have to give a special thank you to the amazing hotel shuttle service driver, Yasin. Yasin is a brilliant driver who was extra helpful in ensuring I got around Dubai as easily as possible. I’m SO thankful!! Also some final extra special thank yous to the very kind and helpful staff: Helen, Zipporah, Balu and Rodrick. The staff at Movenpick JLT provided an exceptional service. It’s just seems that the building is due a needed refurbishment, to ensure it proves it’s 5 star rating.

Our 5 day stay was excellent. The hotel staff were lovely, the room cleaners were excellent and the food and drink was top quality. We went for an all inclusive package and had no regrets. If we wanted to eat or drink elsewhere our package extended to the UBK restaurant on site and to the Riva Beachclub offsite. All in the hotel was beautiful. The gym, pool & sauna were excellent and we had zero complaints. Thanks again to all the staff for making our trip so memorable.

I stayed at Mövenpick Jumeirah Lakes Towers for 12 nights and had a wonderful experience. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I especially appreciated the nice balcony, which was perfect for fresh air and relaxation after a long day. The service throughout my stay was excellent, particularly the breakfast team. A special thanks to breakfast team Purushu and Vaishnavi, who treated me like a family member and made every morning cheerful and welcoming. Their warmth and attentiveness truly made a difference. I would also like to thank Alex, Ajay, Abhishek, and the housekeeping team members Afsal and Devaraj for their professionalism and consistent support. The hotel has clearly trained its team very well in hospitality. Their personal approach made my stay in Dubai feel like home. Highly recommended.
