I recently stayed here and had a mostly positive experience, though there were a few bumps at the start. * The Room & Issue: Upon check-in, I found that the room AC was not working, which unfortunately caused some physical discomfort (itching, likely due to a cleaning/maintenance issue). * Service & Resolution: A big shoutout to Prashanth, who stepped in right away to help. Realizing that technical fixes take time and knowing I was in a rush, he efficiently handled my relocation to a Junior Suite. The front desk team—including Rehan, Balu, and the friendly Filipina receptionist at check-in/checkout whose name unfortunately escapes me—were fantastic. They accommodated all my requests with zero hassle and great hospitality. * Dining: The breakfast was great! Highlights included the delicious paratha served with curd and pickle, followed by the refreshing ginger shorba at the end. * Views & Surroundings: The view from the room overlooking the lake and Sheikh Zayed Road (SZR) was stunning. For convenience, there are nearby grocery options and a Chai Sutta spot, though keep in mind that the local convenience prices run a bit high. Despite the initial AC hiccup, the excellent recovery by the staff, great food, and lovely views made for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. Every moment here was a true pleasure, and I genuinely enjoyed my time from start to finish. The breakfast was exceptional — beautifully presented, delicious, and accompanied by truly impeccable service. A special thank you goes out to Woon and Gabriel, Imran, Ajay and Dimples whose attentiveness and genuine care made all the difference. Their warmth, professionalism, and incredibly thoughtful attention to detail did not go unnoticed. It's rare to come across such dedicated people, and they truly made my experience unforgettable. A very nice hotel in a good location, the metro is 10 minutes walk, Dubai Marina Mall is very close. The service is also very good, very nice waiters, help a lot by the breakfast: Gabriel, Woon, Abhi, Yakub. If you have any issues in your room, the service solves them or suggests other solutions. The hotel has the beach club and it has transfers there every day. We like staying here, thanks

Both of them were incredibly professional, friendly, and always happy to help with a smile. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and their attention to detail really made a difference. It’s rare to come across staff who genuinely care about their guests’ experience, and Sakeer and Satish are a real credit to the hotel. Their exceptional hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable.
