I had a fantastic experience at Mövenpick thanks to the receptionist Manar. From a smooth and friendly check-in to prompt help with luggage and helpful local recommendations, she was attentive, efficient, and genuinely caring. When a small booking issue came up, Manar took ownership and resolved it quickly — truly exceptional customer service. Highly recommend asking for Manar if you stay here!

I stayed at the property on 11 November 2025 with a confirmed prepaid reservation for three nights. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the hotel was fully booked and that no room was available for the first night. As an alternative, I was offered accommodation at another property located far away for one night, with the option to return to this hotel for the remaining nights. As my stay was planned specifically due to nearby business meetings, relocating to another property was not feasible. I therefore insisted accommodation at the same hotel. As a result, I had to wait for over one hour before a room was made available. This was particularly inconvenient, as I had just completed a drive of more than five hours from Oman and was already extremely fatigued. I would like to acknowledge that the reception staff were courteous and helpful, and they made genuine efforts to arrange a room. As a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience caused, the hotel upgraded my room for the remaining two nights, which I appreciate. However, despite this gesture, the initial inconvenience and lack of room availability despite a confirmed prepaid reservation is unacceptable, especially from a hotel belonging to such a reputed chain. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to prevent similar experiences for other guests in the future.

Good Hotel with high service standard and good for couple or professional stay. Also good if you have some travel to Abu Dhabi as closest to Abu Dhabi and Dubai Marina from this Point and also have quick access to Metro Nearby good Indian Restaurants. Good breakfast spread having European or Mediterranean or Arabic taste with some limited Indian Dishes. Hotel has Indian and Italian Restaurant Good service and eager to help staff. Noteworthy support and service by Salah.

Check in was seemless and the front desk staff were very friendly and kind. I had my children with me and the room was clean, comfortable. Thank you housekeeping. I love that everyone was attentive and offered assistance this is especially helpful to someone with a 6 year old inquisitive son.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are clean and the hotel location is good. You can reach the palm in like 10 minutes. The service in the hotel ist good an everybody is trying to help you. Guys like Sakeer an Balu made our stay even more comfortable.
