I recently stayed at the Mulia Resort and it exceeded every expectation. The property is absolutely stunning, from the immaculate pools to the beautifully maintained grounds. The service was exceptional — every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely focused on making our stay perfect. The rooms were spacious, luxurious, and incredibly comfortable. The food options were outstanding, with every meal offering great quality and variety. Overall, Mulia delivers a true five-star experience and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended! The only suggestions I would have is I wish there were ramp access around the pools as we had a baby with a stroller.

Huge resort with great pools and clean beach. Nice and quiet. Very prompt and efficient service, while never intrusive. Liked that for shower, the water flow and temperature controls were independent. But the smooth cylindrical tap was a little hard to turn with soapy hands. Other than that, nothing to complain about. Breakfast had wide arrays of choices that all tasted good. On our last day, there was a short queue to get to the buffet breakfast. If not eating in the resort, need to take transport (not really walkable) to get to outside restos as the adjacent sites are all other big resorts. Enjoyable stay overall, and would love to come back.

My family and I had dinner here (7/12/25) and the food was delicious and the service was friendly. Very clean and tidy, lovely Christmas decorations all over. Loved the pink coloured theme. The only reason you don’t get a 5 star rating from me is because when we went to the front desk to pay our bill at the end of dinner there was a delay and there appeared to be miscommunication between the front desk and the service team. The front desk had to wait to receive information from the service team and that took some time, then they couldn’t figure out if the deposit (which was paid prior to our booking) was deducted from a previous bill. We had a big group of 15 people and half of them had left earlier, so while the ladies at the front desk ladies were figuring out if the deposit needed to be added or deducted from our total price I noticed that they started speaking in their language (which I found rude) so I knew there must of been an issue and I said to them what’s the problem why are you speaking your language I don’t understand what’s going on. They said they were still finding out who paid the deposit and if it needed to be deducted or added to our final figure … For the amount of money we paid for dinner you would think they had a better and quicker paying system and not keep us waiting for as long as we did. Also, we were charged for a service fee and then a tax fee, so for those who have dinner here please make a note of these two different taxes that you will be charged for. Please review your paying system and improve your processes. Thank you.

Every time we return to Mulia Resort, it feels like coming back to paradise. The entire Loyalty Team is simply incredible, so welcoming, attentive, and genuinely funny. They always make our holiday feel extra special, no matter how many times we visit. I honestly can’t say who’s the best, because they’re all absolutely amazing. I would like to give a huge compliment to Putu. I’m not sure of his exact title, but he is the one who greets guests at the airport and farewells them upon departure. He is so professional, welcoming, and organised, truly the perfect first and last impression of Mulia. His skills and knowledge are outstanding. Thank you once again to everyone at Mulia Resort for making our stay unforgettable. We can not wait to see you all again soon!

We’ve just returned from a 6-night stay at The Mulia, and it’s safe to say this place is still as incredible as it was two years ago. The staff went above and beyond, accommodating my recent (temporary) eye issues in which changing our linen daily was no concern for them. The room is absolute luxury containing a spa bath on the balcony, an automatic toilet in the bathroom and a super comfy bed. My only complaint with the room that has changed since our last visit is the shampoo and conditioner is now locked down in the shower. This makes it annoying to wash your hair with someone like me who has thick hair or if you have kids/babies and they need to have a bath, the shampoo and conditioner is then inaccessible as it’s locked in the shower. The food is amazing, at breakfast you can order as many dishes as you want off the menu. And the afternoon tea is something we all looked forward to each day with two hours of cocktails and high tea. The pools that only The Mulia guests can access are well maintained. All staff are extremely hospitable and helpful, a special shout-out to Debi and Wijana, who took extra special care of us. Please don’t change a thing, The Mulia. You’ve perfected the art of hospitality, and that’s why we’ll keep coming back
