When we first arrived, we had a small issue with our room. The staff were very generous and immediately offered us another room with an even better sea view. We had an amazing stay. The cuisine was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. I was especially looking for traditional Greek food, and I was very satisfied with the selection. The beach bar was something I can hardly describe. The staff there, just like everyone else at the hotel, were incredibly friendly and kind. Every evening they organized entertainment for the guests, and I even noticed that some of the chefs joined in by playing behind the DJ booth as part of the entertainment team. The beach was gorgeous. The sea was crystal clear, the sand was soft, and we were always able to find sunbeds. I gave this hotel 5 stars without hesitation. We had a truly wonderful stay, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit this part of Crete and Amoudara Beach.

We had a wonderful holiday at Neptuno Beach Resort. We really enjoyed our stay. The food was delicious with a great variety of choices, the hotel was beautiful and comfortable, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The hotel is located close to the sea, the pool area is great, and everything was perfect for a relaxing holiday. The reception staff and the whole team were very friendly and helpful, which made our stay even better. We highly recommend this hotel to others and hope to come back again!

My experience at this hotel fell well below expectations. First of all, the location is not ideal for anyone wanting to explore the area. The hotel is far from the main attractions, beaches, and points of interest, making it almost essential to rent a car. There is very little activity around the hotel, and the surrounding streets are poorly lit, making it unpleasant to walk around or explore the area on foot. We chose the all-inclusive package, but unfortunately the food offering was far below what we expected. The main buffet had very limited variety, and the dining area was too small for the number of guests. It was common to have to wait in line to find a table or access the food. During the day, the available snacks were extremely limited, consisting mainly of nuggets, a few pastries, and one or two other options. For a hotel that promotes an all-inclusive concept, the selection between meals was poor, repetitive, and well below what one would reasonably expect. Another point that I find difficult to understand is that, despite being on an all-inclusive package, all drinks become chargeable after 11:00 PM. This policy makes little sense and does not match what most people expect when booking an all-inclusive stay. The rooms are quite small. The space was so limited that I could only open my suitcase on top of the bed, as there was not enough floor space to open it properly. The cleanliness was satisfactory and met basic standards. However, the housekeeping staff started working at around 6:30 AM and made a considerable amount of noise in the corridors and adjacent rooms, which significantly affected guests’ ability to rest. Overall, I believe the value for money did not meet expectations. Between the inconvenient location, limited food variety, restrictions on the all-inclusive package, small rooms, and lack of attention to guest comfort, this is not an experience I would choose to repeat.

Wonderful and welcoming hotel. We arrived late, 22.30. Diner stops at 21.30. They served us a nice warm meal, because they knew:they checked the plane. Such a warm gesture. The hotel is perfect right on the beach, free sunbeds. The food is exceptional. So tasteful. Staff is warm and great. The chef of the kitchen is a nice and funny man. We loved our stay there!
