We had a wonderful stay at Nikki Beach Dubai. The amazing sea views, peaceful atmosphere and quiet surroundings made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, with great attention to detail throughout our stay. Everything was beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean — from the rooms and beach to the pool and public areas. We also thoroughly enjoyed our dinner experience at the Beach Club. The food was delicious, beautifully presented and of excellent quality. A special mention to Ricky, our waiter, who was incredibly friendly, attentive and engaging throughout dinner and made the experience even more enjoyable. A big thank you as well to Irada, who welcomed us so warmly and took care of our check-in. Her friendly and professional approach made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. A truly relaxing and memorable stay that we would happily repeat!

Our stay at Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai was absolutely amazing and truly unforgettable. The staff were incredibly accommodating, helpful, and professional throughout our entire stay. Their service was exceptional, everything was prepared for us with so much care and attention to detail. One thing we really appreciated was how convenient and thoughtful the pool service was. The staff arranged the swimming beds for us, placed fresh towels on our beds, and even provided towels directly without needing to go to the towel reception. Everything was ready and waiting for us, which made the experience so relaxing and luxurious. The food was also amazing and definitely worth paying for. Breakfast at Nikki Café was especially outstanding, everything was delicious, and even the croissants tasted very high-end and freshly made. A special thank you to Ricky, the Assistant Manager of Nikki Café, for being so kind, generous, and welcoming. He always had a smile on his face and continuously checked if we needed anything. His hospitality truly made our experience even more special. We are so thankful and grateful for our stay at Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway in Dubai.

Our second stay at Nikki Beach Resort Dubai completely changed our impression of the property. A huge thank you to Fahad and the entire team for their incredible hospitality. From the warm welcome at the gate to the thoughtful room amenities, every detail made us feel genuinely valued. Special thanks to Irada, Hassan, Mustafa, and Kofi, who all went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The property itself is beautiful, with one of the nicest beaches in Dubai. The rooms are spacious, modern, tastefully designed, and the Beach View rooms offer stunning views that are well worth it. What impressed us most wasn't just the resort itself, but the way the team listened to our previous feedback and turned it into such a positive experience. That level of care says a lot about the management and the culture of the resort. We've definitely found our new favourite staycation spot in Dubai and can't wait to return. Highly recommended!
