Amazing experience at Nikki Beach Dubai! The place was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Service was fast and excellent around the clock everything was well-organized and comfortable. Highly recommended, and this won't be my last visit. Thank you to the whole team for the warm welcome and great care. Huge thanks to Melanie for her amazing effort and cooperation in organizing this occasion. Because of her, the dearest person in my life smiled and that's priceless. I'll never forget this kindness. Truly exceptional!

Nikki Beach Resort is by far the most hospitable hotel and resort I have experienced in the UAE, and I’ve visited over 30 hotels and resorts. The level of service and attention to detail is exceptional. They surprised me on my birthday with pancakes, a candle, and a Happy Birthday song during breakfast without us even mentioning it, which was a lovely touch. The staff are incredibly welcoming and generous throughout the entire stay. Around the pool, they regularly offer complimentary ice cream popsicles, unlimited ice-cold bottled water, and buckets of ice to keep guests comfortable in the Dubai heat. The resort is spotless, the service is fast and attentive, and the buffet food is outstanding. Every part of the experience felt effortless and genuinely guest-focused. A true 10/10 resort that sets the standard for hospitality in the UAE.

Our stay at Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai was absolutely amazing and truly unforgettable. The staff were incredibly accommodating, helpful, and professional throughout our entire stay. Their service was exceptional, everything was prepared for us with so much care and attention to detail. One thing we really appreciated was how convenient and thoughtful the pool service was. The staff arranged the swimming beds for us, placed fresh towels on our beds, and even provided towels directly without needing to go to the towel reception. Everything was ready and waiting for us, which made the experience so relaxing and luxurious. The food was also amazing and definitely worth paying for. Breakfast at Nikki Café was especially outstanding, everything was delicious, and even the croissants tasted very high-end and freshly made. A special thank you to Ricky, the Assistant Manager of Nikki Café, for being so kind, generous, and welcoming. He always had a smile on his face and continuously checked if we needed anything. His hospitality truly made our experience even more special. We are so thankful and grateful for our stay at Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway in Dubai.

The beach club itself has a great reputation, but my experience was completely spoiled by the manager. The bald Egyptian manager was extremely unprofessional and rude. Before managing such a premium brand, he should learn basic customer service etiquette and professionalism. Someone representing a luxury hospitality brand should know how to treat guests with respect. On the other hand, the huge tall broad shouldered tall staff member who spoke Hindi was polite, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. He displayed the kind of attitude a manager should have and, in my opinion, would be a far better fit for the role. Unfortunately, because of the current manager’s behavior, you’ve likely lost not only my business but also that of many potential returning customers. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and invests in better leadership and customer service training.
