I had a wonderful stay at the Nipa Resort. The hotel is well maintained, peaceful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The overall atmosphere was very relaxing. I would especially like to highlight Noi, who provided outstanding service. He was always friendly, attentive, and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. His kindness and professionalism truly made a difference. Thank you to the whole team at Nipa Resort. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to return.

Nice hotel just far enough away from the main noisy part of Patong. Staff are lovely. Breakfast was good, catering for different choices. Pool bar does happy hour in the afternoon on 2 for 1 cocktails. Only used the pool 1 day due to being on trips the rest of the time. Fridge in the room. Rooms a good size. Our room went out onto the pool. Not too noisy a hotel which is what I prefer.

I honestly struggle to understand the 4-star rating of this hotel. Had it costed 50% of what they priced it, it would have been justified, but not delivering for the price asked. Yes, hotel, as it's far from a resort. There is a small pool with a few chairs in the backyard, but that's pretty much it for facilities. The 'spa and massage ' listed is an on-call service, and they massage on any random pool chair. The gym, which we really wanted to use, is practically unusable; it's under the roof with no air conditioning or ventilation, and after a few minutes, even in the morning, it was heavy to breathe. The one cable machine is broken completely and not usable, so is one of the two treadmills or the bike. The breakfast was a disappointment, open doom with no air conditioning close to a busy road, which is loud even early in the morning, staff that looks like they'd rather be doing anything else, and questionable food quality. The fruit is 3 small plates with small cut pieces kept inside a fridge, far from the big bowls of ice offered at other places. There is no tea selection available, and the coffee is quite bad from a machine. 3 Thai dishes are available daily, it was mostly rice and some stir fry, and some international, mostly sausage and pasta. There is an egg station, but we had to search and wait for the cook, then the first few mornings, after which we gave up. Overall, hygiene is not maintained, and guests are allowed to touch the bread and food with their hands.It was more suitable for a 2-star budget hotel. We had the deluxe room, the second most expensive option, and it was very large with a huge bed. That was a big plus. However, there was almost no storage space, two small shelves and 3 hangers per person. The bathroom needs maintenance, mould in some places and overall is poorly made. A huge problem was the shower, where multiple times we almost burned from a sudden splash of super-hot water before it returned to normal. Our balcony was overlooking the pool, so it was quiet, but the rooms which are overlooking the street would be very noisy as it's a very busy street. Our air-conditioning broke on the second day and needed replacement. There is a light system installed, but it doesn't work, and all the buttons do random stuff. The small fridge is packed as a mini bar with very little space left for personal drinks, and it is also quite loud. The cleaning staff was very nice and put in the effort. What lowered my rating further was a bizarre situation where the staff had left a slice of cake with a happy birthday note in my fridge, although it wasn't my birthday. A few hours later, they knocked on our door to take it back as they confused the rooms. And they were comfortable just taking it - this was just a slice, although I might have touched or licked it or left it outside the fridge.. poor person that got it. And on our last day, we asked for a packed breakfast as we were leaving very early, and specified that we didn't want any packed juices or sweets. The 350baht breakfast was a tangerine, plastic packed small croissant, two hard-boiled eggs in a shell and a small kids' orange juice ina  Tetrapack. Not quite 'star resort'. They were not even able to book us a taxi to the hotel and suggested we try the company on the street. And lastly, our laundry was dropped off inside our room despite us having the Do Not Disturb sign on the door, which I found unacceptable. You can find much better, and many hotels in Patong at this price point, and you won't regret skipping on this one.

Just spent 2 weeks here. Loved it. Staff work very hard to make sure your stay is stress free. Any issues we had were delt with promptly. Our room was clean and tidy and would be cleaned every day if we asked for it. The room was also bright and modern and was very comfortable during our stay. Breakfast was good with a good selection of western dishes but we tried to stick to the Thai dishes which varied from day to day. These were very good. Room service and mini bar prices were very reasonable but we didn't use them. Location is good. Couple streets back from the beach but only a 10 min walk and they also have a shuttle service to the beach. Bangla Road is only a 10 min walk away too. Only issue with location is its right across from the hospital so lots of sirens and noise but its Patong. Its noisy everywhere. Pool is really good apart from the usual towels over the sunbeds at 6 in the morning which is down to holidaymakers not the hotel. Did see a couple of arguments about this but the staff were on it straight away so credit to them. All in all, I'd have no problem staying here again. Lovely looking hotel, great rooms and super helpful staff. Thanks for a great holiday!

The hotel is nice and convenient, and in walking distance of the beach and Bangla road. Unfortunately me check-in experience was not good as I found the receptionist harried, impatient and aggro which was in stark contrast to the rest of the room and bar staff. Breakfast was good ( I especially loved the Phuket egg) but their tea was ready made and extremely weak, and they would not give you an extra teabag. Their buy one get one free cocktails at happy hour are worth the puchase, and good to enjoy around the pool.
