Yada Na Ranong
It was such a comfortable and delightful stay! We stayed in a family room, and everything was beautifully and perfectly set up. ​We had both dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. Dinner was absolutely delicious—I ate so much!—and I really enjoyed the happy hour. The breakfast selection was also amazing with plenty of variety. ​My kids absolutely loved the swimming pool, playroom, and kids' club. All the staff members were polite and provided excellent service. We truly hope to come back again!

We stayed in a family room with our three children, and it was more spacious than any hotel room we’ve ever stayed in. The room was thoughtfully designed with children in mind, offering plenty of space and amenities for them, while still being comfortable and enjoyable for adults. It was truly a room that both parents and kids could appreciate. We had both dinner and breakfast at the restaurant, and every dish was delicious. The Thai and Indian cuisine were especially outstanding. There was a great variety of food, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, warm, and attentive to the children. If we have the opportunity, we would love to come back and stay longer next time. For anyone looking for a family-friendly hotel in Phuket, I honestly can’t imagine a better place. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended for families!

My wife and I, along with two friends, stayed here for 10 nights earlier this month. We all had an absolutely wonderful time here. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the pools were amazing, the restaurant and bar offered plenty of choices for everyone along with delicious food and beverages, and the onsite massages and spa were superb. All staff were friendly and helpful, with a special shoutout to Motey who makes the best crepes in the world, Pla in the bar for her friendly personality and excellent cocktails, and wait staff including Sharif and Gitz. The location was excellent, as it was a short walk to Kata and Karon beaches. The free courtesy shuttle departs every half hour for the 400m journey to the beach (it's quite a steep hill to the resort!). Overall we would definitely recommend staying here and would love to visit again one day.

We had such a lovely stay at Novotel Phuket Kata Avista Resort & Spa. Honestly, it was especially amazing for families with children. Our little boy enjoyed every moment — the pool, the atmosphere, and how friendly everyone was. The staff were always smiling and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was really good. We felt relaxed from the first day. The hotel is on a hill, so going up with a stroller can sometimes be a little tiring, but thankfully there is a shuttle service to the Kata beach every 30 minutes, which was very helpful for us. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would gladly come back again!

We had a good time thanks to the friendly hospitality of the staff. Right from check-in to check-out Nadear was so helpful and kind, making it her mission to make our stay as lovely as possible. Our daily cocktails made by Pla and Aon were delicious and made to our specific requests. Nothing was too much for them. Breakfast buffet had an endless variety to choose from with friendly attentive staff... Apple, Ray, Cartoon, Sherif and New. There is a shuttle that takes you down to Kata Beach and back every half an hour. It's about a 4 minute hike without it with a hill but it's ok if you are health conscience on holidays. Aye made the short but sweet trip very pleasant for us. We felt like we were staying in a 5 star resort with the 5 star service we received.
