Khue Ho
This was our second stay at Novotel Kamala Phuket, and once again we had a wonderful experience. The villa offered a spectacular direct sea view. The room was spacious and clean, and although the hotel has been around for quite some time, it is very well maintained. The front desk staff were always smiling, friendly, and even remembered our room despite the large number of guests checking in. The bar area is spacious with beautiful views, and the staff there were warm and welcoming. The restaurant is beautifully designed, and everyone—from the manager (his name is Top) to the service staff—was attentive and proactive in taking care of guests. Breakfast was quite varied, with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options available. Although summer is the rainy season in Phuket, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had a great time.
Seven Vinton
After a long flight it was so nice to be greeted by the warm friendly Thai hospitality at the front desk with Night Supervisor ‘Fuse’ and Night Manager ‘Fast’. This was our second stay at this hotel, and we now consider it home. The rooms are spacious and well appointed; breakfasts are exceptional; and the view from the breakfast/dinner deck can’t be beaten, especially watching the sunset over the Andaman Sea. My family enjoyed lazy days by the pool looking out over the bay, and I enjoyed swimming in the warm sea waters and lying on the beach. This hotel has a well equipped gym and close access to local restaurants, street foods, and a local market. Night Supervisor ‘Fuse’ generously extended our checkout on the last day to help coordinate it with our next destination. We can’t wait until our next visit here. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff. Kop khun krap.

A great location by the beach. We had a room at the back, but overall the view were great. Staffs are especially amazing, from the supervisors like Fuse to the staff at the restaurants who tended to our requests, and to the staff that tends to transportation. However, the hotel would benefit from a better system of entrance and exit, its current a little tricky. Great stay afterall.

We stayed here for 6 nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is located right by the sea, which is beautiful. However, for anyone visiting at the end of May, swimming may not be very likely, as the sea was quite rough and the waves were strong during our stay. The pool was nice, and more than sufficient as an alternative to the beach. We were generally satisfied with the service, and the open-buffet breakfast was good and had enough variety for us. The main reason I’m not giving a higher rating is the room. We stayed in an “Ocean View” room, but in reality we could only see a small corner of the sea from the room :) That was disappointing and did not fully match our expectations of an ocean-view category. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay and had a comfortable experience overall.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Reception staff were welcoming, efficient and polite.We particularly enjoyed the breakfast. The team in the restaurant and the manager Top were excellent. Nothing was to much trouble. The swimming pool leads to beautiful beach. Always plenty of sunbeds available. We also used the well equipped gym. We will definitely use this hotel again.
