We came here for the romantic dinner on the beach to celebrate our honeymoon and it was honestly such a highlight of our trip! Top and all of his team were beyond lovely and accommodating. The food, view, and table decor were all top class. Really recommend! Actually wish we'd stayed here too - next time! 😉 Thank you to all the staff who made for such a memorable experience for us 🥰

I had the best experience at this resort thanks to the amazing staff, especially Mr. Rio, who not only helped us during our stay but was a lifeline to find something we had forgotten after checking out. He is absolutely the best. The resort has terrific location, not as crowded and wonderful food and swimming pool. They even have kids play area which amazing for parents with toddlers. I highly recommend this resort and I thank Mr. Rio and the rest of the staff!

The view from the pool villa room is absolutely breathtaking – waking up and falling asleep to the sound of the sea is truly the best experience. The breakfast offers something for everyone, and the service throughout our stay has been amazing. Rooms are kept clean, and happy hour by the pool at sunset is simply unforgettable. A couple of things to keep in mind: the bottled water in the rooms is limited, and pool towels need to be signed out and returned, otherwise there’s a fee. The kids’ playroom is a great bonus – clean and well maintained. You can enjoy a lovely beach walk to nearby eateries, but walking along the main road isn’t really an option as there’s no footpath. Overall, it feels like being on a private island – peaceful, relaxing, and special. I would definitely come back to stay again.

I recently stayed at Novotel Kamala Beach with my wife and our 1.5-year-old toddler, and the hospitality we received truly made our trip unforgettable. A special mention to Top, the F&B Manager, who personally ensured that every meal experience was smooth and well-taken care of. He constantly checked on us without even being asked. Chef JJ deserves huge appreciation for preparing my daughters Scrambled egg —our toddler especially enjoyed the customized meals prepared just for her. We were also extremely impressed by Ploy and Oil, the servers who treated us with so much warmth and care every single day. They always greeted our daughter with a smile, brought her food quickly, and even helped entertain her while we enjoyed our meals. Their kindness made us feel completely at home. The combination of beautiful beachfront views and such genuine hospitality made our stay truly special. We highly recommend Novotel Kamala Beach to anyone traveling with family—this team knows what real service means. We will definitely return!

Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach is a beautiful beachfront property located around 6–7 km from the main Patong Beach area, the heart of Phuket’s nightlife and dining scene. If you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle, Kamala Beach is a great choice. The hotel itself is quite large, with plenty of rooms, an infinity pool overlooking the sea, a beachside restaurant, and even a sea-facing gym perfect for those who enjoy working out with a view. The property has direct access to Kamala Beach, which is clean and quiet compared to Patong. The breakfast buffet was very good, with a decent selection for vegetarians, though the spread could include a few more options. However, our room was located in a block slightly away from the main areas of the resort, which made access to the pool and restaurant a bit inconvenient. We requested a change, but the staff mentioned that the room type and location had already been pre-assigned as per our booking, so it couldn’t be altered. Overall, I’d say this hotel is ideal for travelers looking for a relaxing beachside stay with scenic views and a calm atmosphere, rather than those seeking nightlife or a lot of nearby dining options. For peace and tranquility Kamala Beach is perfect. For action and entertainment Patong would be better.
