We had a wonderful experience hosting our company’s Iftar party at Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Hotel Dubai. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was outstanding. The staff were very professional, attentive, and well organized throughout the event. The hotel’s elegant design and beautiful ambiance created the perfect atmosphere for our gathering. The location is also very convenient and easily accessible, which made transportation smooth for all our guests. Highly recommended for corporate events, Iftar gatherings, and special occasions!

recently visited Oaks Ibn Battuta and had dinner at Mistral. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming, making it a nice place to relax and enjoy the evening. The food was okay — well-prepared and tasty — but I do feel the selection could be expanded to offer more variety, especially for guests looking for more options. That said, I still enjoyed my time there and appreciated the overall ambiance and service. With a wider selection, it would be an even better dining experience.

During my stay in Dubai, all of the hotel staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. I would especially like to thank Mr. Rashed for his outstanding support. From the very first day, he went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed, always with genuine warmth, sincerity, and a friendly smile. On my departure day, I experienced an unexpected issue with my luggage, and Mr. Rashed spent a significant amount of time assisting me with great patience and care until everything was resolved. His help felt truly heartfelt, not just professional. His kindness, positive attitude, and dedication made a stressful moment much easier for me. Regarding the hotel itself, I would like to mention that the location is not very close to the city center. Additionally, I was unfortunately not fully satisfied with my room. As the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, I stayed in one of the older, non-renovated standard rooms, which did not fully meet my expectations. However, aside from the room, all other services were very good. I would especially like to highlight the hotel’s interior design — the lobby, restaurant, and overall atmosphere are very authentic, stylish, and beautifully designed, creating a pleasant and welcoming environment. The staff also made a genuine effort to ensure a comfortable stay. Thank you to Mr. Rashed and the entire team for their kindness, professionalism, and support throughout my stay.

We stayed at the Ibn Battuta Gate Hotel for 5 nights in Jan 2026. We enjoyed the location of the hotel, with it being only a 10 minute taxi ride away from JBR/Marina areas, but much quieter, and easily accessible via Metro. The kids absolutely loved the Kids Club, special shout out to Delia and Hasun! My little girl loved having her hair braided, face painted & doing crafts. My eldest boy loved to play on the computer games and make origami, with new friends. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and evening meal, there was lots of choice and the chef Mourad was super helpful and cooked delicious food for our family, our son particularly liked the pasta dishes he made specifically for him. The pool is stunning, not too busy, and a lovely relaxing space with ample sun loungers. We had a great stay here!

I recently stayed at Oaks Ibn Battuta Hotel (Room 837) for a couple of days and had a great experience overall. The room was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, breakfast was good, and the pool was nice. The staff were very friendly, especially during check-out. We also really enjoyed the relaxing experience at Soul Senses Spa. The only issue was during check-in, as the receptionist (I believe her name was Israa) was a bit rude when asking for my documents while I explained that I was waiting for my new Emirates ID. Aside from that, everything was excellent, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
