I recently stayed at Oaks Ibn Battuta Hotel (Room 837) for a couple of days and had a great experience overall. The room was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, breakfast was good, and the pool was nice. The staff were very friendly, especially during check-out. We also really enjoyed the relaxing experience at Soul Senses Spa. The only issue was during check-in, as the receptionist (I believe her name was Israa) was a bit rude when asking for my documents while I explained that I was waiting for my new Emirates ID. Aside from that, everything was excellent, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Stay! I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The room was clean, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the overall service was excellent. A special thanks to Mohamed at the reception with handling bags who was extremely supportive and professional throughout my stay. He made the check‑in process smooth and was always ready to assist with a smile. His hospitality truly stood out and made the stay even better. Highly recommended!

The staff were very professional, attentive, and well organized throughout the event. The hotel’s elegant design and beautiful ambiance created the perfect atmosphere for our gathering. The location is also very convenient and easily accessible, which made transportation smooth for all our guests. Highly recommended for corporate events, Iftar gatherings, and special occasions!
