My sister and I came down for a girls' trip and have had a great time! Our room was always clean and the food was great. Carlos, our butler, was very communicative and helpful. Rocio made the check in process smooth. Jesus and Luis in the Privilege restaurant were excellent. Martine at the dive shop helped us book a great day of snorkeling and swimming in a cenote. And Antonio at the main pool took great care of us and made sure we had whatever we needed. We would definitely come back!

Stayed in the Privilege portion of the resort and it was wonderful. The rooms were clean and well stocked. If you needed anything for the room, the staff was helpful and fast. The overall service was absolutely amazing - from the attention to allergies, to making sure you had everything and were having a wonderful time. Sebastian was our go to person when we needed anything. He made all the reservations for our delicious meals, made sure our needs were met, and remembered details we mentioned on the first day (ex remembered it was one of our birthdays on the Saturday and arranged several little surprises throughout the day). Had a wonderful time and am sad to be heading home!

Gustavo Alejandro Eduardo Antonio and Henry at the pool bar are fantastic. They work so hard and are always busy pouring drinks and making special drinks. Fantastic mojitos! Loam on the entertainment is an absolute star. She makes pool games so fun, has amazing energy and creates the best vibes The morning buffet is fabulous, we were always extremely satisfied and never had issues getting reservations for dinner at a specialty restaurant. Highly recommend the grill show at Sensei, great interaction from the chef and delicious food. Room was spacious and the resort is so clean. There is obvious pride shown by the staff at Ocean, coral and turquesa. This vacation was exactly what we needed to bond and relax.

Our honeymoon at Ocean Coral & Turquesa was truly unforgettable, largely thanks to the outstanding service provided by Elizabeth. She was exceptional, seamlessly scheduling all of our reservations exactly when we requested and remaining incredibly attentive to our daily needs. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, and we will absolutely return in the future solely because of her dedicated service.We also want to recognize Frankie from the main lobby bar, Angel from the Privileged Lounge, and Marco for their amazing hospitality. They consistently exceeded our expectations—from crafting the best margaritas and providing impeccable service during our romantic dinner, to graciously accommodating us when we missed a dinner reservation. We deeply appreciate everything the team did to make our celebration so special, and we will enthusiastically recommend Ocean Coral & Turquesa to all of our family and friends.

Antonio around pool area .Eduardo and Gustavo at pool bar Alexis too and Alejandro at chill out bar are amazing! They are so friendly, very hard working and will make you all the drinks you want...even have another ready and waiting before you are done your 1st. If you don't know what to order, just ask! Go see these guys they are awesome. They work very hard not only behind the bar but taking drink orders/delivering them around the pool. Please remember to say thank you, give a smile and a tip of gratitude for these hard working people. Lorena @the morning buffet @the omelet station, kudos to her! She is always smiling and welcoming :) She makes our mornings. Adela, with the Spa..she is very informative and lovely. No pressure to purchase but to be honest..we were going to go with a massage off resort but it was her as a person that had us decided to book a couples massage 💆‍♀️ 💆‍♂️ with the spa. Each day at the pool she would say hello, ask about our day. Yael and Fernanda, were amazing for aqua fit and Zumba, the shows were amazing. So many more that we would love to mention, even the gardeners were hard working and friendly.
